Back to have chicken and waffles! We'll definitely be back to have it again. Both my kids are fond of Khao Soi with Beef Stew. It has become a favorite for my 12 year old daughter and my 10 year old son is now requesting it.

Amazing brunch addition to Livermore. This is a great fusion restaurant that offers a different option for breakfast/lunch. The menu is extensive! They are busy during your regular brunch hours but I've been seated quite quickly. Parking is easy as it's a large lot. The inside is super cute and cozy. Love this place! Get the curry, you'll take home 3 meals.

We came for a late Saturday lunch and got seated right away. We couldn't choose one thing for each of us, so we ordered family style and shared everything. We ordered the Truffle Tots, Chicky Tiny Waffle, Chicken Omurice, Tiramisu French Toast with the upgrade to a complete meal with scrambled eggs and bacon, and the Stir-fried Eggplant with Pork. Our favorites were the tots (super crispy) and the french toast (not super sweet so if you're not a huge fan of sweet breakfasts, this is a solid option to share)! The Chicky Tiny Waffle was alright, but we are not huge fans of maple syrup so we'd probably order a savory fried chicken dish next time. We've never had creamy eggs than the egg on the omurice. The complete meal isn't quite worth the extra cost with two thin slices of bacon and scrambled eggs. The eggplant was good, but next time we'd order it with dinner instead of brunch. I really enjoyed their fried chicken, it is similar in flavor to the popcorn chicken at a boba restaurant.I can't wait to return to try some of their more traditional Thai dishes!

Sometimes things take time. After all, you never want the food to be waiting for you.But unsurprisingly it didn't take a lot of time for Time Thai to open their 2nd location in Livermore just 3 years after opening their first location in downtown Pleasanton.Time Thai has always been Thai fusion but the Livermore location does it to another level since they have an awesome weekend brunch with bottomless mimosas as well as combinations of breakfast food like waffles with Thai fried chicken or mixing crab meat into eggs benedict.Imagine my confusion when the Livermore location opened up and my wife said let's have weekend brunch and she led me to a Thai place. But honestly, it really works.Come to think of it I've always liked Thai-style crispy wok fried eggs (kai dao) and add that to a waffle and you've upgraded breakfast. But Time Thai takes it further. Everything from fish benedict and carbonara to their signature dish the B.E.C.K. Which is Thai holy "B"asil + fried "E"gg + "C"hicken served with rice. Not sure what the K stands for. Ask for the tray of hot sauce and bam "K"razy party in your mouth. Most of the food was amazing. My favorite has to be their khao soi, which is northern-style curry stew with two different types of noodles. I always get the beef which I think is brisket. This is a must get. That said, I felt that two of their dishes didn't meet expectations. The som tum set consisting of papaya salad with sticky rice that is served with chicken was okay. I think this looks better than it tastes like everything on Instagram. Also the omurice aka omelet rice fell a little flat. It wasn't really omg-ur-rice.Also, true to their name, Time Thai does take some time for their food to be prepared. It's great that it's fresh but just be warned if you are in a hurry. Slow. Time. Thai.Still, I think Time Thai is a great addition to Livermore. I think over time they may need to expand into the units next door.

Time Thai Kitchen is definitely a cute spot to get lunch at. I loved the ambience and parking was super easy since it's in a shopping center. I just thought the food was okay. I think it tasted a bit too sweet for my liking. The spicy basil fried rice didn't taste spicy at all and I probably should have asked for Thai spice. I wished the mangoes were sliced a bit thinner and that we were given forks instead of spoons. The portion of the mango sticky rice looked small but it was actually pretty fulfilling. I'd definitely come back to try their brunch menu.

Tried this Thai place for the first time. It was 8pm on Saturday night and it was empty. They had many to do orders on the counter ready to be picked up. We were a group of four and we ordered Shrimp pad see ew, yellow veggie tofu curry, Tom Kha soup and veggie fried rice. We told them to make the spice level medium and not too spicy. Beautiful restaurant with good customer service. Food was average I have to say as compared to other Thai restaurants. We were given water as soon as we all sat down. Soup was 9/10. We all loved it. Pad see ew was good too. We didn't like the yellow curry. It was on the sweeter side and very watery- below average. Fried rice was also just ok. Overall not too bad but not the best experience we had. If I ever come back, I will skip to order their curries.

I made plans to visit my bestie who lives in Livermore. I had a small window until my next work meeting, so I suggested we grab brunch some place in the area. We've been to all the American breakfast staples, and I wanted to try to find a new restaurant I haven't been to yet. Time Thai Kitchen popped up on my search, and what intrigued me was its Asian fusion brunch menu. It was also a bonus that my friend hadn't been to the restaurant either since it was that new. Time Thai was located at at a big strip mall with ample parking. We got to the restaurant a few minutes after it opened at 10am. Although I did join their online waitlist through Yelp just to be on the safe side, we were obviously the first customers. The restaurant was cute and simple and had an appetizing food menu. They served cocktails as well. I can see it being a brunch hit, hence the waitlist. Overall service was great. Staff members were friendly and ready to assist. I appreciated that the food came out in a timely manner. As well it should have since we were the only customers at the restaurant for a majority of our time there. We ordered the truffle tots to start. My bestie got the duck eggs benedict, and I got the fried chicken omurice. We shared everything and loved it all. I especially enjoyed my fried chicken omurice, which was so savory and flavorful. The fried chicken thigh was perfectly crispy on the outside and had juicy, tender meat. I'll be looking forward to trying other items off their menu. I'm also interested in their traditional Thai food menu for dinner. Time Thai is definitely a gem in Livermore.

The Wife's new go-to Thai place in Livermore, after enjoying the Pleasanton location. We got our standard dishes - green curry with tofu and vegetables for me, and pad see ew for her. I also added tom yum soup, also with tofu and veggies. To accompany was Lobster Reef Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Her dish was excellent, as usual. Mine was the temperature of the sun, and it took a while before I could appreciate the flavor. I should have just dumped all the rice into the curry pot to help cool it down. Once it was an edible temp, the flavor was quite good. There was a chunk of bamboo I had trouble chewing through, but otherwise was cooked well. The soup was quite spicy, but the fruit forward Cab Blanc was perfectly paired. We got there on a Saturday night at about 5 without a reservation, and before we left, there were people waiting outside, great to see the place so busy!

Time Thai Kitchen is a cute little gem tucked into a plaza with plenty of parking. The service here is top-notch--our servers were quick, efficient, and kind. They even served us water in adorable little mugs when we sat down, which was a charming touch. The ambiance is cozy, and their menu is surprisingly expansive, with more non-Thai options than we expected. Portion sizes were generous and perfect for sharing, especially if you're not super hungry. Here's what we tried:Truffle Tots (5/5):These were warm, crispy, and not overly greasy. The truffle flavor was spot on, and the sauce on top added a great touch, keeping the tots from feeling one-note.Tiramisu French Toast (5/5):Absolutely decadent! The French toast was light, fluffy, and surprisingly not too sweet. You could really taste the cocoa and mascarpone cream flavors, and that cream was delightful. A perfect balance of richness and texture.Benny Benedict (4.5/5):This dish was impressive. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with beautifully runny yolks, and the chicken was fried to golden, crispy perfection. The seasoning was just right, and the portion size was generous, with plenty of crispy tots on the side.Chicken Omurice (4.5/5):The crispy chicken and perfectly cooked egg were fantastic. The sauce was sweet with a great consistency, though the rice was slightly mushy--likely from soaking up all that sauce. Still, the flavors came together beautifully.Tom Yum Scrambled (5/5):This was packed with flavor and tasted just like Tom Yum soup in breakfast form. I personally would have loved a bit more sourness, but that's just my preference. The roasted potatoes were phenomenal, especially when paired with the soup-like sauce. Everything was super fresh, though it was a bit heavy on the eggs for me--not a dealbreaker, though.
