My wife has been interested in going to various adult book stores to check them out for fun. She really liked this one! We went on a weekend evening so it was pretty busy. The staff was super nice and it was mostly men in the arcade but they were all very nice to my wife and made her feel welcomed.

This store is a one stop shop for your after hours pleasures. All of the employees are knowledgeable in the product Y-Not has to offer.

Amazing customer service. Especially on Wednesday & Thursday Evenings!! Large selection of products. They are very easy to talk to and answered all my 1,000 questions. No one pressure me to buy something I wasn't sure about.I really like this place!!They have the right toy I was looking for!The arcade area looks interesting, however not for me but if you wanna have fun this is the place to go! They have many selections of good adult movies. Too many to choose from.Also notice they have a lot of new inventory ! So I'll definitely be coming back soon...

What can I say!!! Omar is the most informative fountain of information for both men and women. I have been here twice and each time he is the most helpful and personable and funny person and it's worth the visit just to hang And chat with him. Best advice giver I have ever met and had made my sexual experiences more exciting than ever. i would highly recommen!!!!

Selection of lubes are limited. Franko is still in training and called julie for some help and she was SUPER knowledgable. I purchased quite a few items and they gave me 30% off plus some free samples. The reason for the minus 2 stars:1. It's a bit run down. Now I dont mind it if the items were cheaper compared to other stores. But I had to be persistent on the samples and the discount. And there were only 2 flavored testers. Testers are super important. Now julie just made an order and had a few boxes that needed to be on the floor so I think if I come back the selection will be greater. 2. I had to take a star away because of the weird guys in the back staring while waiting for a room which btw seems like a dungeon and not uplifting or mood setting. I had to look over my shoulder while walking to my car. I will be back and hopefully I can update my review. I would definitely train employees in their products. (Super important) also I would do upgrades. If its not in the budget, offer something to your customers that other surrounding adult stores wont give. Whether if that be a yelp discount or free samples. I would like to see lingerie as well so I wouldn't have to go to a different store but not required. Julie was so sweet I really want to send my friends here once improved!

Great ambiance and friendly staff. Pay the booths. If not, you'll be reminded almost immediately. As far as the customers go, expect a little older Asians and Latino men, but hey, at least it's more "crowded" than most of the other shops around here.

Went in looking for a specific product for me and my partner only to find what I needed and so much more! The staff here go above and beyond to be helpful and make you feel comfortable to find exactly what you need. I highly recommend checking this store out for anything you might need and I will definitely be back!:)

The video arcade policy seriously needs improvement. The staff constantly checks if there is anyone standing outside of the booths or anyone in a booth not feeding money, then urges to either leave or go in a booth and feed money. One cannot be in a booth all the time when there is no fun around. Simply annoying. Better just get a standard fee and stop bugging customers.
