The place is big and has a lot of space to seat and charge your laptops. It is pretty cool there so bring a jacket. The pizza was actually bad so won't recommend it.The coffee could have been better but they have a lot of options!

Gorgeous place! I love the social buzzing atmosphere they have going on here -- makes working here fun. There is plenty of seating and great natural lighting. The staff is super sweet and makes sure they get your order correct. I'll definitely go here to do work again :) and you can get a stamp card for drinks!2/10 strawberry matcha. I was very excited for this but the matcha came in full colored and the flavor was not there. I got mine with oat milk and it tasted better than if you were to get it with whole milk. The strawberry flavor was also very lacking. When I would usually get strawberry matcha at other places , the strawberry would add a nice tarte flavor. I didn't get any strawberry or tarte flavor. 5/10 grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup could be a bit more flavorful but I enjoyed it with the grilled cheese. Would be better if there was more to add flavor to my grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was also lacking flavor. I don't know if it was the lack of seasoning or the type of cheese they used. 4/10 Mac and cheese. I love the type of noodles they used as the boodles that did get cheese had cheese inside it. There would've been more cheese sauce (and more cheese type). I don't don't what type of cheese they used but a little cheddar (not white) might help. I was actually looking for salt and pepper because it was very lacking. I would order it again if I bring my own salt and pepper! I will come back again just to continue working in such a gorgeous place. I walk my dog around as there's a really small trail at the front. I want to try their other drinks when I come back :)

Lighthouse has a "decent" online menu. And, ordering is very simple which helps when I'm running low on time and have to get back to my desk.I just had to mention that I really dislike the take-away containers. By the time I get back to me desk, 5minutes away, the food is room temperature. It was a big disappointment when I ordered the bagel with lox. When I got back to my desk I noticed how poorly it was put together and dumped into the box container. 1) The bagel was not cut in half 2) The bagel was not nor wrapped to maintain warmth. It was room temperature when I arrived at my desk.3) The lox was fair serving, but again was at an odd room temperature. 4) The cream cheese smear was barely present5) capers and dill were at a loss because the rest of the bagel was dead. What a poor presentation and offering given how much it cost. It is absolutely not worth the price. I bring up the containers because the same problem is there for the breakfast burritos. I tried 3 times now. Never again.

Spacious and beautiful cafe with high floor to ceiling windows and nice vibes. I have only been here early in the morning, so the parking lot and cafe were relatively empty and quiet which was perfect for working, reading, journaling, or just sipping on something in peace. This place is surrounded by a bunch of (biotech) companies so if you're wondering if your GPS is taking you to the right place once you get off the freeway, don't worry ahah

I saw this place on Instagram (an influencer I follow came here) and so I had to--but it took time! I don't have a car in SF and was wondering how to get here.Luckily for me, I was car-sitting and came down with a friend (another Yelp Elite, Christina L.!) Parking was easy, ample, and free (there's a few EV chargers too!) We admired the surrounding lush greenery and the tall, modern biotech buildings. The Lighthouse building is wooden, modern, and cavernous as well. When you walk in, there's first some side seating and an auditorium--walk to the left of that. There's floor-to-ceiling windows and large doors that open and let in light. There's an outdoor sofa and seating outside, but most people were working, chatting, and sitting inside. Lots of people coworking--lots of outlets here. We each ordered the $8 pistachio cream lattes--I got iced, and Christina got hot. They were good but I didn't taste the pistachio much. The employee said the order didn't print so they forgot our order and we had to go up and remind them. Oh well, we were camped out coworking there for a few hours. They serve alcohol and a lot of sandwiches, salads, and lunch/breakfast items. Will be back to cowork out of. Groups and individuals can rent out the space for larger events.

The Lighthouse has been on my list of coffee spots to visit for a while, and I'm glad I got a chance to go! I read online that parking is hard to find, and when I arrived I luckily found one open space because the lot is super full. It looks like you can also park in other neighboring lots though. There are plenty of tables to sit at, but not all of them have access to charging ports if you plan to do some work there. There is also free wi-fi to connect to.They have a breakfast and lunch menu, and I came around lunch time. Food options for lunch range from salads to pizzas, and I saw they also offer Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup, which I ordered. In addition, I ordered a Lavender Oat Iced Matcha. The Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup is the perfect serving for one person, though I kind of found it a little small. The matcha was great! The flavor and the dark green color were there which indicates good matcha powder was used. I would probably order the same drink again if I come back, or try their iced lattes. You can order your food and drinks at the register, and they will give you a number so they can deliver them to you. The ambiance can range from quiet to loud depending on the people because some are networking and some are attending events that are being hosted next door. Overall, I think it's a great spot to do work at if they are not super busy!

Aesthetics of the restaurant was minimalistic. So clean and spacious. Tons of parking on surrounding lots. Service was quick and the staff greeted you with smiles and offered suggestions! The Caesar Salad, Mac&cheese, and grilled cheese with tomato soup was tasty. Minus 1 star because it was nothing over the top, but definitely solid dishes! Minus another 1 star because the drinks were very sweet and watery at the same time. We got the Dirty Chai and matcha soy (we could barely taste the flavors in the drinks ): just tasted like we left our drink out for 30min before drinking, hence the watery taste). Overall experience was nice. I would recommend for WFH folks or students :)

The space:Beautiful, spacious, lots of natural lighting coming in through the floor to ceiling windows. There are plenty of outlets in the floor for those, like me, who are able to WFH. Additionally, there is free Wi-fi which I have been able to use for calls/work. In fact, this is probably my favorite cafe to work at during the week. That being said, I would say that you are paying for the space and not really the food/coffee.Food/coffee:The coffee selections are better than most, but the latte options are limited to the syrups they have on-hand. I have been to this cafe several times, but the more I go, the more I realize that it's the space that makes this cafe/restaurant and not the items on the menu. The most recent time I visited, I got a 16oz drip coffee but was surprised to see a ton of clear rectangles floating at the surface? I did not drink it after that and got a cold brew instead. The sandwiches and pizza are good, but I would not get these again.I got their tomato soup and grilled cheese, but only got half of the cup filled with soup! If I pay $13+, excluding tip, the least I expect is a full cup - especially since this was under the "Lunch" section of the menu. For reference, a cup of soup is $5 on its own, so this tells me that the grilled cheese is worth $8? This wasn't just a one-time thing either, I gave this a couple of chances until ultimately writing this review.Overall: 3 starsI love the ambiance, outlet accessibility, and staff/service. I would go here for work/studying or to chat with friends. Again, it is one of my favorite places for to work. On the other hand, the food/coffee let me down quite a bit as the portions and flavor aren't backed by the price you pay here.

The Lighthouse is nestled between a bunch of biotech offices in South SF, but it's a beautiful building with an amazing study ambiance. I came on Monday afternoon and it had lots of open seating and plugs. There's outdoor seating as well! I tried their Tuna melt, Chicken Avocado sandwiches, and hazelnut latte and I'd say the Tuna melt was the standout. The latte was way too sweet, and the sandwich prices were a bit steep for the size but you're paying for the ambiance too. Bathroom was super nice and clean, and I would definitely come back again to work with a drink!

4 stars if you don't need an outlet lol I watched at least two people open the floor outlet covers and try multiple ones before giving up/finding one that worked.Bright and sunny space that's perfect for group work or a solo wfh. Wifi was great and there's no password for access. Restrooms were really clean and spacious as well. The small parking lot in the front was full so I parked across the street but not sure if that's allowed since there were no signs that I saw...I just got an iced coffee and stayed for 2-3 hrs but saw others easily stay for longer! The food looked okay; wish they had more pastries but I'll definitely stay for lunch next time. Prices looked a little high tho. Lots of seating before 10am, but became more packed as the day went on.
