I tried a new flavor, Kumquat Green Thai Tea at 75% sweet. It was nice and refreshing. The service was nice and friendly. You are immediately greeted as you walk into the door.

Came here for the ube waffle - tasty, made with real coconut & ube chunks, slightly sweeter than othersSuggestions: The packaging for the waffle could simply be a waxed coated paper bag instead of a box! It just made the waffle soggy within 5 minutes. I would come back anytime I'm craving a quick snack.

So we stopped here late night and it was busy so there was a bit of a wait but once we got our drinks we were not mad. We had the milk tea and the strawberry matcha and both were good. They were playing loud dance/techno music (we could hear it in the parking lot lol) and the bathroom "wasn't working" but we would definitely come back and try some of their other teas because the flavors and sweetness were on point!

Been a repeat customer with TeaZentea these past 5 months. I always ordered the Matcha Crème Brûlée and the order came out wrong with no Matcha this time around. It only had milk tea and the crème brûlée.

Driving home from the 4th of July weekend, I stopped for boba nearby. Despite WiFi issues that limited payment to cash and disabled mobile orders, I ordered a Taro Smoothie with double boba at 50% sweetness and a Taro Black Milk Tea with boba at 25% sweetness. While both cold drinks had fresh boba, they lacked the expected taro flavor.Additionally, the server could have been more helpful. She was curt in her responses to my questions about taro drinks, despite no one being behind me, and seemed rushed. On the plus side, the AC was on full blast with a commercial fan blowing at the entrance, providing a cool environment.Overall, I rate this place 3 stars. The lack of taro flavor and the unhelpful service were drawbacks, despite the refreshing ambiance.

Located right by seafood city, this boba shop was very spacious, had plenty of seating, and cute decor. It was also very clean inside. I ordered a regular milk tea with boba and liked the flavor of the drink, although a little on the sweeter side. The boba was also a little overcooked and didn't have much bounce to the texture and more soft. We went at a time where it wasn't busy so we got our drinks pretty quickly. I think it's a solid boba shop if you're in the area.Parking is also plenty since it's located in a plaza with other restaurants and shops.

We decided to try this place as it was right next to Seafood City. The place is clean and bright. You can order with a cashier or on a large tablet. The drinks were okay. We got them all 50% Sweet with 25% Ice.We ordered:Brown Sugar Matcha with Cream and boba: the drink was pretty, but I wished it has a stronger matcha flavor. Taro Black Milk Tea: this was standard. Tips: - "No ice" is +1.00 extra and toppings aren't included. - The boba as it was soft, chewy, and sweet- We like that they close late- You can sign up for their points program with your phone number. - When you self checkout, there is no easy button to put no tip. If you want to put no tip, you have to put it as "custom" which was kind of inconvenient.

First thing I noticed was how beautiful the place is. I love the flowers and the chairs were incredibly comfortable. The workers were polited and said welcome right away! Super polite when getting my order and made sure my drink would be ordered correctly. The drink I ordered was a brown sugar milk tea with boba. The drink itself was very good however I asked for medium sweet. The drink was still pretty sweet but it was understandable since it was a BROWN SUGAR milk tea. The boba is very good, I like that its chewy but not annoying to eat.If you come here, I recommend going down a sweetness level!

There was nobody else in the store when we arrived around 6:30pm on a Sunday. We ordered on the kiosk, but you can also order from a worker. The space is large for a boba spot & has plenty of comfy couches for seating. Pandan Waffles - We ordered three, so we did have to wait a little extra after receiving our drinks. They freshly made, had a nice crispy crunch on the outside, with the i side still stayed nice and soft & bouncy. The pandan flavor could be stronger & it would make the waffle tastier, but it's pretty good overall! $3.50 for one waffle is a pretty good price these days. I would always eat the waffles as soon as possible, as they do tend to get stale & soggy if not eaten right away.Drinks - We also all enjoyed our drinks & I do think their boba is yummy! It was the perfect chewiness for me. Their menu of drinks is quite extensive & includes a nice selection of boba drinks for whatever type one might like.I noticed they have a good amount of snack options, so maybe will try those on different visits.

Located in a busy area right on the front facing path of the Seafood City plaza in Milpitas, TeaZenTea. There is also another boba place inside the plaza itself once you head into the Seafood City area, but that one is more the Filipino style, while this one is more of the Chinese style between the two, so just in case you wanted one style over the other. One thing that TeaZenTea has going for it is its ambiance. It's quite nice inside, from the sitting areas, to the overall aesthetics of the place. Very clean, and just has a chill and laid back atmosphere. The menu here is not large, but does have most of the basics that you would want out of a boba place. You would just order from the kiosk directly and they will make your drink afterwards.Pricing wise, it is a bit pricey, especially when you consider the other boba place inside is considerably cheaper, though, they're not really a boba place necessarily and more of a drinks place, so that does make a difference. Even for boba though, it's kind of expensive here comparatively. However, the biggest downside here is that the drinks are just not good, at least not what I got today. Usually the main thing to try is their "signature" drink, and I tried it out with their TeaZen specialty milk tea. The only thing that was special about it was the pre-madeness of the drink, and how the drink came out in an instant, which I already knew was a bad sign when it comes to milk tea, but hey, I still had my hopes that it wouldn't be bad.But TeaZenTea did not disappoint, and it was as watered down, not flavored as one could have imagined. I asked for the lowest level of ice, and it was still so much ice it was ridiculous, though it may have been a benefit to me that I got to drink less of it in the end.Without adding boba, this was already well over $6 for the drink, so adding it all together would have been even more for just a standard sized cup.Maybe I'll try them out again next time, but this experience this time around was just...not up to expectations, or good at all. And for the price, even more disappointed.
