Taro’s Boba Bar

Philip and his team were wonderful to work with and executed our corporate event flawlessly! It was the highlight of our three day summit, everyone commented on how delicious the tea was (not too sweet and good quality, fresh boba and toppings) and how nice the presentation was. They are fully insured and can work with your onsite events team for setup, COI, etc no kitchen needed, they can create custom menus and signage and also host smaller parties and birthday/baby shower/wedding events. We took quotes from a few competitors on IG and Taro's Boba Bar made this choice a no-brainer, they offered a decorated, staffed, custom menu for 70 for several hundred less than several other popular options. Check out their IG for all the custom menu options, including fresh fruit and more creative/visually appealing tea options/staging options. Probably because their business is still expanding. Book them before they are too hot, you won't regret it! You can do everything online to make things easy. Will look forward to working with them again and referring them to other colleagues and family.

I had the Small Boba Station Package (Black Milk Tea, Lychee Green Tea, Mango Green Tea, Honey Boba, Lychee Jelly, Crystal Boba) for my birthday party and it was a massive hit! Philip was extremely easy to work/coordinate with and I had zero stress that day regarding the boba station. We had approx 40 people at the party and we ended up with some leftover tea and toppings. It really elevated the party and was super fun to have. Highly recommend!

We had Taro's boba at our wedding cocktail hour in San Ramon and it was a huge hit ! We got so many compliments on the boba and flavors offered. Phil and his team were super easy to work with and everything went smoothly on the day of :) Would recommend them for a wedding or any type of event !

Taro's Boba Bar, you're awesome! I'm so glad I found them on IG! We booked Taro's for our son's 1st birthday party & boy are we happy we did! I communicated with Philip leading up to our event & he was so great! He was super responsive, professional & communicative. On the day of the party, he & Erin set up the boba bar so beautifully & they worked super quickly! The boba bar was literally up & running in less than an hour! The boba bar display was so nice, they even had decorations to fit our First Rodeo theme!The boba was DELICIOUS! All our guests kept coming up to us saying how yummy the boba was & I 100% agree, it was sooooo good! We got the Thai milk tea, Jasmine milk tea & passionfruit green tea with honey boba, lychee jelly & mango jelly. It was so fun to be able to make our drinks ourselves. You better believe I'll be booking with Taro's Boba Bar again for our future events!

Honestly the most fresh and delicious tasting milk tea I've ever had! The customer service was quick and nice, just like how this drink went down. Would definitely cater from this establishment again :)

Great concept! So glad I had Phil and Taro's Boba Bar part of my son's celebration. Our guests loved it and kept going back for more. The service and communication were great. Thank you again. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.I had a graduation party for myself and a couple other friends. As a boba connoisseur myself, it was ESSENTIAL to have some tea + boba provided at our celebration event. 10/10 Service: My quote was answered within an hour and the communication was already at a great start. Philip gave me all the details, drink options, and topping options as well as answering all the questions I had. 10/10 Drinks: BOBA WAS SUPER YUMMY AND SOFT!!! And the drinks were absolutely delicious!!! My other friends thought we bought catering from some popular boba storeBasically overall 11/10 haha! My birthday is coming up next month and I'm already looking to book Taro's Boba Bar again :))

Found these guys on Yelp while I was looking to host a boba bar for my team. They were very responsive and friendly. I hired them for my event and it was amazing. My team loved it. You can tell a good boba place by the quality of the boba and they nailed it. Taro's Boba Bar was absolutely amazing! Everything, from their service and accommodation to their execution was nothing but stellar. I was looking for a self-serve boba station for my wedding in July. I reached out to many of my local boba shops to see what they offered and their pricing. Turns out that many of them don't offer self-serve. They either have an attendant who serves boba, or makes the drinks at their location and delivers them all made. I specifically wanted a self-serve station because I wanted people to have the ability to get as much or as little as they wanted. Luckily, Instagram heard me complain and Taro's Boba Bar appeared in my explore page. From the moment that I contacted Philip, he was extremely kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for me to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding. He hand delivered my flight of 8 samples, along with picking up custom stickers that I requested to be put on the cups. He made it seem like it wasn't a big deal, but the drive from San Jose to Walnut Creek is no small task, especially during commute traffic. On the day of my wedding, everything was absolutely perfect, and the boba was the highlight of the day, especially in 108* weather. The self-serve station was beautifully decorated with everything you need. And everyone (including myself) was obsessing over how good the drinks and toppings were! I cannot thank Taro's Boba Bar enough for all their hard work in making my wedding a priority. Their dedication and responsiveness made my life so much easier, especially while planning a wedding, that I know for certain, that I will definitely hire them again for any occasion.

We were looking for boba catering for our wedding that was self-serve with good flavors options. All of the first result places were either requiring a big order ( more than 100 cups) or deliver only. Then we found Taro's Boba Bar 2 weeks before the wedding date and Philip was so helpful and efficient with everything! The setup was beautiful and the drinks were amazing. Our guests kept saying that was the best boba they had! Taro's Boba Bar is definitely a hidden gem and I cannot recommend working with Philip enough. I'm super grateful and the boba bar was a nice touch to our wedding!
