They'll vanish at anytime and when they do I'll be sad. You can find them in Fremont and other Tri-city areas, each stand seems to be operating under 1 main organization. The location I frequent is very bold and every time I see them in operation I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Hours are 6:30 to midnight-ish but you'll see a line forming before 6:30 as they are prepping and setting up. If you come at 5:30pm there'll literally be nothing there. They have a big pot of menudo and other classics but the go to is definitely the Al Pastor. In addition to the string lights the giant overactive propane burner is easy advertising and one of the only ways you can get it super fresh sliced directly from the spit. It looks much different than restaurant or taqueria Al pastor and if you've never had it like this you are in for a treat. This kind of operation is very polarizing so come at your own discretion. Sanitation wise 2+ billion people eat less sanitary food than this everyday and the percentage of food poisoning is higher in restaurants than for street vendors because of the difference in large quantities of raw and cooked food versus small batches. They've increased the prices from $3 to $4 per taco and there are still long lines. It's more $ than restaurant tacos but people eat here because of the quality taste.

A first time patron that will be back!Came across this joint on my way home one night. Line was long so I decided to come back another time. Well, today was the day and I am glad I made my way back. The food was authentic and on point! Burrito portion was filling and didn't miss on flavor. I got the carne asada super burrito. It came packed with rice, frijoles de olla, avocado, cheese and salsa. You can add cilantro and onions on request. Salsa options are red and green. I went with the red and it was mildly spicy.Los Perrones also offers two agua fresca options daily. Today was horchata de fresa and horchata de chocolate. (Strawberry or chocolate horchata) They also serve stuffed baked potatoes, tacos, tortas and all the other classics. Hours are 6:30pm-11:30pm daily. Hit them up and let's see what you think.....

Papa rallena is a Mexican loaded baked potato. It was amazing!! Baked potato, Mexican cheese, grilled to perfection and I got cabeza and lengua mix, cheese, onion, cilantro. Minus beans and rice. It was $15 but it was so big and a lot of meat! I love their spicy orange sauce and mild green avocado sauce. I would like to try their Malta and Al pastor meat with pineapple next time. They don't speak English and they have torta Tuesday - 2 for $15. Their base in in Sacramento and this location is in the corner of Decotto and Fremont Blvd (Fremont bank). They opened from 7 to 11 pm. They take Zelle.

I think this is the same one that is now outside Target in Fremont Hub in the evenings. I have seen a long line when I drive by so I decided to try it. Plenty of parking behind it as this is Target parking. I ordered the al pastor burrito and added the cilantro and onions as an extra, and chose the red salsa which was mildly spicy and with a squeeze of lime with every bite, it was delicious! It was around $13 for the burrito and they do accept card as well as cash. Definitely will come here again.
