This family owned restaurant is located ontop of the hill, offering a hidden gem for Mexican food lovers. The first time I visited, I almost missed out - I didn't realize there was a seating area in the back and left because I wasn't planning on getting my food to go. A few days later, I came across their Yelp page and discovered they do have indoor seating, tucked away in a back room. Everything is very clean and well kept.Eager to try a new Mexican spot close to home, I stopped by before work. Since then, I've visited four times, and I keep coming back for their Al Pastor and Carne Asada burritos. They're simply irresistible! The flavors are perfectly balanced, the meat has beautifully crisp edges, and their salsa verde packs a flavorful, spicy punch. Once, I tried the burrito crispy-style, and it was absolutely spectacular & i recommend it!I've recommended this spot to friends, and those who've tried it have loved it too. My only wish is that they offered a sauce bar, even a simple one, as they only provide one container of salsa verde per $10(?) order, with additional costing $2 extra.Next time, I'm looking forward to trying their rice plates and tacos. I'm sure they'll be just as amazing as the burritos!

Horrible customer service! THE LADY IS SO RUDE, CHEAP and STINGY. I don't know what is her problem, but she really pissed me off. I should have had read the bad reviews before coming here. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars and good pictures of the food. I was craving some Mexican food and found this place near by. I ordered to go by phone, the guy who took my order was nice and friendly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I see my To go bag all sealed and ready to go. I ordered a steak super burrito and a side of rice and beans which almost came out to be almost $30 for just a burrito and a small side of rice and beans. Mind you, my bag was sealed and had two salsas in it and two bags of chips. This lady decided to dig her hand into my nicely packed order and take out the salsa and tell me it is extra. When the guy had already packed two for me inside with two bags of chips. Then she says oh it's per $10 order you get a salsa. Like it was already in there and she had the nerve to take it out and charge me cause she saw I was holding cash. I asked why do you need to take it out when it was already packed. And she said the guy messed up and shouldn't have put this in. At that point I was already tired of arguing with her. I'm all about supporting small businesses but she really out here stingy af tryna scam me for more money when their food is overpriced and dry. Burrito was mid, super dry, had no sour cream or guac/pico/tomatoes for a super burrito. Only had rice, beans, and onion, and a little bit of sauce inside. I do not recommend this place, they're way better taquerias that aren't cheap and rude with way better quality food.

The best burrito I've ever had! I ordered the super carne asada burrito and was very impressed. I like that their carne asada is sliced thin so that the edges are crispy. They do not skimp on the fillings and so every bite that you take has a decent amount of everything for maximum flavor. You can tell that everything is made fresh too. The salsa verde is good and has a nice kick. Pairs really well with the burrito and chips. Service was great as well. I highly recommend! Please give them a try!

Don't mind the naysayer. This is one of the best, cleanest, and consistent locations for mexican food out of SF and Daly City. The owners are two hardworking family members that are always working efficiently and quickly to provide the best service they can. The burrito is juicy and the wetness can't lie! Also, the taco smacks. What else can you ask for? You will not regret it, also there are nearby meter parking spaces that takes coins. :)

I had a super chicken burrito--and probably the best I've had in a while! Their mango agua fresca was refreshing, and not too sweet. The space is super clean with tables in the back, but easy to grab to go, which I did. Friendly staff, quick service, and they take credit cards + Apple Pay. Looking forward to coming back for more!

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Daly City! They have the best soft tacos and burritos! I ordered two regular soft tacos with pastor and one with Carne asada and both tasted delicious in their own way. The meat wasn't dry and the seasoning was perfect. The pastor sauce was very interesting and had a little kick to it. They pan-fry their tortilla for the burrito! Gosh, great and quick service! Come support the two people who take care of this business!

Delicious food. Best Mexican spot in the area. I don't know why Yelp pretends character count makes a review any more valid than a concise review. Do you want the engagement or not?

Probably one of the better if not best burrito in a 2 miles radius. The size and quality of the burritos of the tacos are pretty solid. The machacas is a good switch from normal carne asada which is also good at this location as well.It doesn't match up to the price points. (almost $19 for a super burrito )I've also noticed that the cashier will regularly charge for chips and salsa regardless of reaching the break off point of $10 which rubs me the wrong way. (Like why bother putting up a sign if that's the case... just charge for chips then...)I'd still come here irregularly but value wise Taqueria Iguana Azul is roughly 30% cheaper and offers incentives such as Doordash deals and weekday specials. And if I wanted to go with sheer quality a 2 mile drive over to Taqueria Guadalajara or Farolito isn't a huge ask. (AND CHEAPER)
