Tacos Papo

I placed my order online on Tuesday for the taco Tuesday deal and was told that this will take 35 minutes but my order was ready before that! The only order system was simple and easy. I had a smooth interaction when picking my order. The inside had many tables for dining in and everything was clean. I saw many kiosk for ordering. I got 5 asada tacos and they were extremely flavorful! I actually got a big piece of tendon for one of my tacos and it was so hard to chew, but overall they give you a good amount of meat and sauce. I would come back for the Taco Tuesday deal, but the regular price for the street tacos might be a bit much as the tacos were not that big.

Came here for Taco Tuesday and it was jam-packed! Literally every seat was taken. Since they expanded there are more tables for dining in but seems as though their popularity has grown as well. I know they're family-owned and so the kitchen can get backed up when there are nonstop orders. The food is always delicious, but you may be waiting more than 30 minutes for an order, as they seem to prioritize dine-in over takeout when things are bustling. Still worth it, if you're willing to wait, but you might want to go somewhere else if you're in a rush.

Taco Papos is a Favorite of mine & my daughters. Lots of choices, the usual tacos plates or traditional Mexican dishes and some original dishes such as hot Cheeto burrito or birria ramen. Plain chicken quesadilla is my daughter's favorite. Finally got to try the birria ramen and it's delicious. Would recommend if you are close by.

Came for the first time since their remodel was complete. The space is large and open with much more available seating. The food and service was on point. It's located in a strip mall where there is plenty of parking.

I thought I had previously reviewed Tacos Papo but I guess I needed to try a few more dishes to make my decision. Definitely love the food. Finally some authentic Mexican food options in Union City! The reason it's not a 5 star is only because the last time I was there they lost or forgot my order and it took 30 mins to get my food with 2 hungry kiddos. The prices are also a bit high for the food but I get it in this economy what isnt. I had originally tried the Birria Ramen at a Yelp event and loved it but when I brought my full family I needed to try their other food. The ramen was 10/10 specially in this cold weather. Sopes were delicious they add plenty crema, and lettuce with cheese but the star of the show is their green salsa. I can eat a bucket of that salsa on everything they give me. I also tried the Mexican hot dog. Personally I do not like sweet with savory so I could have done without so much ketchup but it was still good. My son had the quesabirrias and the tortillas really made the whole dish so much better. They make their own tortillas and they are delicious! My husband had the nacho Birria fries but he wishes he did the asada instead of Birria still pretty good. My youngest had the kids quesadilla. I was pleasantly surprised it was 2 quesadillas instead of one. With growing boys more is always better. Besides the delay in our food the service was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back to try more.

Modern interior and easy ordering through the kiosk! My favorite is their taco salad and the melon agua Fresca. We also tried the street tacos and birria. The birria taco is larger than expect and crispy, served with the consume. Just wished they gave more pickled sides and extra salsa. But everything tasted pretty good and will be added to my staple local restaurant list!

I'm a new customer, and so far, so good! I LOVE their salsas - I've had the green, orange and red and all three are so delicious and also unique to other salsas I've had. For meat options, I've tried the lengua, pastor and asada and enjoyed all three. I've only ordered twice from Uber Eats but looking forward to going in person soon. Happy to have found my new Mexican spot around here!

Love the inside aesthetic. Ordered Quesabirrias 4/5 , and a Torta 2/5 . Ordered steak for both.. The meat quality is pretty good. Could be better. The meat inside the torta should be thin sliced in strips. Service was fine. Got everything in less than 10mins.

Flaming Cheetos Burrito - 5 stars. The burrito was pretty good in flavor but giving an extra star for originality. Thank you for hosting a Yelp Elite event. You went the extra mile to support the Yelp community just as you do in your cooking. Truly amazing food and people here at Tacos Papos. Will be coming back with my family next week so we can try the rest of your menu.

Carne Asada Super Burrito was very delicious. I have been here many times, but food was always to go. Even though I was here for a Event, the workers were all very nice. I have tried their Birria Ramen and boy was it spicy, but it had good flavor. Their Quesabirria is also a hit and squeeze half a lime in the consume... chefs kiss. It is a must to ask for extra lime.
