I came to the Spirit of 45 event on San Jose with my wife, we had been dancing and wanted something refreshing to drink, we saw the this food truck was at the event, I decided to get an Authentic Agua Fresca, they had Horchata and Mango, I decided that mango was the better choice, this water was $6.00 and not only that but when I took a sip I realized it was Jumex, this had nothing fresh. The only Authenticity about this water was that in fact it is from Mexico but not fresh.

Ripoff! I asked for a veggie burrito. When they gave it to me it was missing the guacamole and instead it was just lettuce/beans/rice. I will definitely not come back here again. The burrito was $10

It's definitely a task to find good al pastor in san jose. For me if it's not cooked on a spit and served straight off that spit rather than cutting a whole bunch off at once and then reheating it later on the griddle, it's not "real" al pastor. They're parked right outside my building so I had to try a taco, and I am glad that I did. The flavor had character and individuality, it didn't just taste like chili powder. It was a little tangy with a hint of smokiness that was perfectly woven in with the pork flavor. The layers of meat are thin so the flavor really soaks in, but it doesnt overpower the pork. These guys took the time to work up a really special recipe, or their grandma did, idk who it was, but there is love in that pork! Their salsas are off the hook, you have to try the green sauce, and the orange sauce... And the red sauce, so yeah, try them all out. I can tell you that I am counting the seconds until they open on tuesday for their $1 al pastor taco day, every tuesday by the way, I'm most likely going to fast the day before and get like 30 tacos throughout the day tuesday... No, I'm not friggen joking.

Remarkable dishes coming out of a tiny truck. They catered a dinner for the Petaluma Downtown Association to thank the volunteers for the Art & Garden festival. Everyone raved about the selections. Kudos to the cook.
