Can you guys do yourselves a favor and come here?? I think I just found my new *favorite* burrito spot. If I could give this place more stars, I would. We happened to drive by here when we were on the way to Sprouts and saw the tented lights in the parking lot. We drove up and saw the cutest little taco truck set up. They even had a table so you could sit down and eat if you wanted to. When I walked up I saw 2 people working-- one of which happened to be the owner's daughter Stephanie who was taking orders. First question-- Was it cash only? She instantly answered and said no, they accepted cards and Apple Pay. Perfect. Because if I needed to, I would have walked over to the ATM on the other side of the parking lot. I ordered a Carne Asada Super Burrito ($12.50 + tax= $13.66) to share and Stephanie asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. I answered and said the 'orange' because I was curious to see what their take on it would be. After splitting the burrito down in half and taking my first bite, I already knew. This place is legit bomb. I made sure not to use any of the orange sauce first because I wanted to see how it tasted on its own. I was not disappointed. The carne asada was super tender. It was almost like they slow cooked the meat and then fried it up. That kind of tender. The rice was fluffy and seasoned, and the beans (which are always a deal breaker for me if not done right) were done perfectly. With the finely chopped fresh onions, salsa +cilantro and the best part-- freshly sliced avocados with melted cheese--- OMG. Oh and the orange sauce? Also bomb. I haven't tasted an orange sauce like this one before since everyone does it a bit differently. Their take had a fresh squeezed lime taste in it along with the spicy hot that I love to pour over burritos. I took every bite thinking to myself, Is this really just that good? The answer? Yes. Now get yourselves over here and try it for yourself. You can thank me later. My last thought now as I'm writing this is why isn't this place packed with a line running down the parking lot? I'm thinking because no one knows about this place yet but soon enough I think that will change.

3rd time here and this place hits the spot every time. This time I had the barbarcoa super burrito. The meat was flavorful and tender. The orange sauce on the side has the perfect spice to go with it. And the ladies that works there are awesome. Love that they are right across the street from my house and I can go there on my way home from work. Hope they don't move location anytime soon.

Came based on reviews and I have to say they did not meet my expectations. Food wasn't bad, just not my favorite mexican taco joint. It is conveniently located by my hour 2 minutes away so I may find myself here from time to time when I am craving. Super nice family who runs this spot.

Food: go for the shrimp tacos, you won't regret it. They're on the bigger side so two was perfect.Their orange sauce is just the right amount of heat for me. Service: always nice and friendly. Feels like I'm at auntie's house and she's cooking for the family Ambiance: look for the well lit bright tent in the same plaza as Outdoor Supply Hardware.I always order and eat at the table they set up.There are two vendors so make sure you look for their name :)

This quiet and humble taco stand is a light that graces this sparse parking lot after hours. ...maybe that's why it caught our attention as we drove down Capitol Expressway on our way to Sprouts the first time we went LOL.We've only gone here twice, but I had to make a review to put something on their page, because they've been so amazing and I just know our next visits are going to be just as great. So far, we have gotten Al Pastor tacos and Carne Asada fries. Their tacos had a good amount of meat and the Al Pastor was delicious. They add cabbage and pico de gallo on top and give you some red and green salsa on the side. I also asked for some orange sauce on the side and I loved it. Their green salsa was the mildest and the red was the spiciest, so it goes green, orange, red in terms of spicy. I will say though, the second time we got the orange sauce was spicier than the first, so there is a bit of range there! I did not mind though because it was still delicious and I did like it a bit spicier. Now I have to highlight these Asada Fries. These Asada Fries do not forget about the Fries part of Asada Fries! It seems like most places half-ass their fries because they're just going to have a bunch of stuff on top anyways. Not Tacos El Mano! When we got home, we were so surprised on how crispy these fries were! I can honestly eat the fries on their own (or dipped in their orange sauce). The carne asada was good, has a chopped/ground texture and is seasoned well. They also put pico de gallo, sour cream and avocados on top. I didn't notice until after I ordered the second time that their menu actually says you can choose the meat on the fries, so I'm looking forward to trying another meat on top. I'm so used to places serving just carne asada fries, so I'm glad they give us the option. The second time we went, they were actually starting to clean up, but they were sweet enough to take our order still. (THANK YOU!) While we waited, I was able to chat with them more and learned that they also do catering. The main two at the registers names are Stephanie & Denise, while the main two cooking are Sylvia & Lupe. Stephanie & Sylvia's numbers were on one of the signs and Stephanie said to just call/text her if you want to place an order. I'll list all important information on the bottom of the review. They said that most days they are open from 5 to 10 or 10:30, usually until 11 on weekends, but they could close earlier if it's not very busy. They've only been around for three months so they are definitely still working things out, but their food is delicious so far and the team is very sweet and welcoming. I enjoyed our chat as we waited for food and they all seemed very excited to get this business going. I was impressed by these hardworking women and look forward to supporting them in the future! Also, I saw that they only have Pozole on Saturdays so I definitely have to check that out as well :)Silvia's phone number: 408.806.7205Stephanie's phone number: 408.775.0609Typical hours: 5pm to 10pm-ish, til 11 or later on Friday/Saturday depending on how busy they areLocation: parking lot between Bank of America and Speedee
