Tacos Al Pastor Food Truck

My friend is a regular at this truck and introduced me to their food during pre-covid so it's been awhile since I've gotten a burrito :(However, I just had their super burrito recently with carne al pastor & no beans and it was soo good! I really enjoy their sauce as it has a really nice kick to it as well. My rating is 10/10 for my al pastor burrito.During pre-covid, I ordered a super burrito with lengua (also one of my favorite choices of meat) with beans, but I don't usually get it often as my stomach isn't so happy afterwards. It was also a bit too much amount of beans as well so I would have to rate it a 6/10, the lengua was cooked perfectly though and I would get it without beans next time!

No pico de gallo, but their salsa sauce is bomb. $1.75 each, I was satisfied with just 2 tacos.I can't wait to try the rest of the menu next visit. Everything is reasonable, CASH ONLY. Expect a little wait if you come here at exactly Noon.

I freakin love this place! I've only tried the Carne Asada tacos and they're super tasty. It was $2/taco which is cheaper than most places. Super friendly man working! I wish they had their hours posted but I think the truck leaves the plaza around 5 PM. Come beforehand so you can catch them :)PSA: It's in the Silver Creek Target plaza. The one with Boiling Crab and right next to Thai Elephant/Cool Tea Bar plaza. They also took card the last time I was here using Square.... o____O

Boy am I glad I caved into my taco craving! This truck is behind the oreilys in the target shopping center on silver creek/capitol. One guy running everything, took about 10 min total to order and get food. The salsa that comes with the tacos is the perfect amount of spicy for this white girl lol one of the best tacos I've had in San Jose, don't be intimidated by the ambiance just go and order food, you won't regret it!

I accidentally stopped here once and we're totally surprised. That's why last week I took my wife as wee confused as to where to grab something. They make everything fresh - a simple burrito takes several minutes - they cook with their . I will go back many times over.

Omg this guy makes the best burritos and tacos. I called him short notice and he showed up to my function at my kid school.

This truck what they are pushing out is amazing! This is definitely a must try. Every burrito they make there is so much love and attention to detail. Very kind-hearted owner! Love you guys

I love tacos so I go to a lot of taco trucks. This is, by far, the best tacos I've had from a taco truck. It's a bit of a drive for me but every time I stop at Target I get these tacos. I have not tried anything but the carne asada tacos so I can't comment on the other food they serve. The salsa is so good & the tacos are not dry like a lot of taco other trucks. I will definitely be coming here whenever I need a taco fix.

I ordered 30 tacos (25 carne asada, 3 tongue, and 2 al pastor) from here this morning and they were all delicious! Their cantaloupe juice was great as well. Definitely recommend this place! *CASH ONLY* (Just wish they would post their days/hours of business)

2 super tacos. Very full plate. Tastes excellent and served quick. I pulled into the target parking lot on Silver creek road for some groceries and saw the taco truck right there. Good place to eat and very fulfilling.
