I waited 25 min in line. I acknowledge the staff for working their butts off. Though when it came time to pay, they didn't accept my gift card... so I didn't get my sandwich and left starving.

They are one of the few places open for food on campus during the summer. I met my first Cali Caprese wrap at this particular Subway -- delicious!! Good service!

I was really itching for a Subway sandwich so I stopped by this one. The street that this Subway is on is quite interesting as it is quite littered with trash. When I went in, I tried asking the server if I can make my own sandwich. She asked her manager and said no. Since Subway advertises it as a "make-your-own-sandwich place" I was a bit confused and annoyed so I just ordered a BLT. It was also clear that the server was not having it either. The sandwich was good but if you want to make your own sub, do avoid this Subway and go to another.

Worst Subway ever. Students don't care about what they do and how they treat their customers. I'm generally a nice person but it's annoying when I'm trying to tell them what I want in my sandwich and they're talking to their co-workers and constantly saying "huh, what?" They apparently didn't have avocados but I clearly saw it right there. They were just too lazy to get it and cut it. Annoying. They're open Saturdays but sometimes they'll say they are closed just because it's "slow" and they don't want to work. Horrible management. Will only come here if I'm starving and can't find anything else.

I do understand that students are hired to work in this Subway but they should please treat customers a bit better honestly! My friend and I stopped by hoping to get a sub before our class 15 minutes, but it took us even longer than that to actually have our order taken. The line was not even that long; they did not even move fast enough within that small space. Despite of everyone waiting, they were just slowly walking, taking bread out of the oven and even chit chatting. In addition, the sub of the day was out and there were not any other bread except sour dough, which even deeply disappointed us because it was only afternoon. While they were taking order, I had to keep repeating what I want because she didn't listen and even talk with somebody else. The service were cold and not hospitable at all! I would have walked over off campus to the other subway if I ever really wants it!

I don't normally make reviews, but I believe this is needed. I was served by a student, believe his name is Michael! Michael toasted my sandwich very well as when I asked him to toast my sandwich, he brunt it to the point it looked like coal. It was like he knew my preference already! I LOVE IT BURNT. The sandwich was delicious and made feel like I was closer to heaven LITERALLY!! I love how when I asked for extra dressing from another employee, I got soup on top of my sandwich!! FREE SOUP WHO WOULDNT LOVE THAT! BEST SUBWAY HANDS DOWN

Disappointed because I got charged avocado but I got almost zero and he didn't even wrap my sandwich well enough that it was falling apart while walking to the libaray.

Note: This is an update to my previous review. The sandwiches have remained consistent in taste quality and freshness. The service has significantly improved in speediness compared to my first visit, cutting the waiting time by half. Unfortunately, the location also continues to be extremely warm inside so I tend to wear bright colors or light clothing whenever I go. Overall, there is still room for improvement in Subway providing faster service time, but I am pretty satisfied! I'm glad it's back on campus. My only bread choices are 9-Grain Wheat or Italian Herbs & Cheese topped with provolone cheese, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and honey mustard. I either purchase the Subway Club or Cold Cut Combo sandwiches, six-inch or foot-long and toasted or non-toasted depending on my appetite, and have yet to be disappointed.

As far as subways go, it's better than most, but not spectacular. The staff is always friendly, quick and make good sandwiches. Try to come between classes to grab a quick bite to eat

I love Subway (especially since they started toasting their subs) and I would say that this particular location does a very good job at making their sandwiches. They never seem to skimp on the ingredients and really load up their sandwiches while not making it messy when you open the wrapper up.I usually get their BLT and they tend to load the bacon on there and not count how many pieces like other Subway restaurants. The only negative thing about this location is that since it is a franchise of the student union, they don't accept the Subway cards (to get points). However, that is canceled out by the fact that they don't charge me tax because I'm a student. Students don't get charged tax at the student union restaurants.
