Slowest Subway ever! Sad that it's slow af and it's the closest to my bf's house. It wasn't ever this slow before though.(and this is the shortest review I've ever left. Idk what else to say.)

No shopping cart. Go elsewhere for your grocery shopping. This place lacks any proper assistant.

This Subway always tends to make mistakes, wether it's online order or in person with bread choices. I ordered this sub online for it to be toasted. Then it wasn't toasted when I got to work to eat it. Few days later I go in to order and bring this to their attention that they made a mistake, I didn't even get a "I'm sorry" didn't even get a discount on the sub I ordered that same moment. They looked at their error, then looked away. Unfortunate, I ate here often... fortunately their other many of other Subways in area. It's funny how the person after me had a coupon to get a discount, they honored that but I'm here a repeat customer with an issue that they made, aren't offering a discount on that!

Mobile orders and their ovens were broken and when I asked for a refund they told me they could not. This place just steals money

My family and I went into this location and noticed a homeless woman with tattered clothes sitting inside asking everyone that came in for a dollar. We noticed that she had two very large bottles of alcohol and made no attempt to hide it. We said no to her request. Another woman walked in and offered to buy her a sandwich, the homeless woman wanted this kind woman to buy her chips and she said no and told her she was already doing her a favor. The homeless woman then started to get verbal with this woman and said some explicit language. My mother pointed out the bottles of alcohol which this woman buying her food became angry and now there is another verval altercation. The women who worked there did absolutely nothing to stop it. They allowed this woman to walk in and beg for money. My mother for some reason didn't want to leave and we all stayed and tried to finish our food without calling the police. I don't know if these employees knew how to handle a situation like this, but in my job, she would have been asked to leave immediately. This disgusts me to know end. Subway needs to train it's employees better!!

Horrible experience. Ordered a Hot&Melty Steak and Cheese. Steak was extremely stringy...to the point that I needed to clean between my teeth between bites. Sub was also cold and melty instead of hot. Food is now sitting in my stomach like a brick. Stay away!

Ugh ordered online and picked up my order. That was easy. However, got home to see that my daughter's sandwich was supposed to be turkey and cheese, light mayo, however it was just mayo and bread. Called the restaurant to report it and they wanted me to come back. I said I wanted a refund and was told they can't do that because it was ordered online and they don't know how to do that. I asked to speak to a manager but guess the manager doesn't go to work and they don't know when they will go in. I contacted corporate and all I got was a sorry. No $$ back for the sandwich I didn't receive. Only gave it a 1 star because I can't give them a 0.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! EXTREMELY RUDE!! Every single time I've been to this location every worker there is so rude. They're extremely unprofessional! Once the girl making my sandwich dropped the chicken on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to make my sandwich with the same chicken until I said something to her and when I got home I found there was a long hair in my sandwich. The owner needs to hire and train more professional and friendly staff. The only reason I used to go here is because it's conveniently located near my home but I've had a bad experience every single time I've been there. I am now deciding to make a longer drive to a different location just for friendly service and a better experience.

In the photo, please enjoy laughing at how my sandwich was packaged, I can only describe it as being comically terrible. I know you can't tell from the photo since it looks like something you'd find at the bottom of an actual garbage bin, but it's a Buffalo Chicken Melt. Just absolutely gross all around- I didn't eat this obviously, I had a package of fruit snacks I found in my purse for lunch Instead (thanks, Subway!) but I also observed that the "Buffalo sauce" was a semi clear, super watery reddish sauce that looked more like the juice that comes out of a ketchup bottle than any kind of Buffalo sauce I've ever seen. Do people actually make an return visit to Subway? I haven't been in nearly a decade and maybe I'll try again in another ten years if this clown show survives miraculously. Not shocked to see a 2 star overall rating for this place, although I'd say that's awfully generous, I'd give this disastrous place a 0 if it were an option.

For the first time in a long time I finally had great Costumer service. Gloria was professional, kind and helpful while preparing my sandwiches! I had many questions and she kindly answered them all :)
