Placed a mobile order here and my order was ready by the time I arrived, but my sandwich was very lacking in meat. Would not go to this location again.

Very fucking customer service....this place sucks highly...there is no manager. And the lady who serves is so arrogant...I asked the manager name and she refused to say....if you are that afraid in saying so why the fuck are you working not treating the customers politely???Here is the photo of the employee who was so arrogant...I hope the manager see this review and take a proper action on her...

Employees were extremely rude, when asked to put chicken wrap in oven before the guacamole employee started talking extremely bad in Spanish not knowing i understood her, she had an attitude the whole time.

Just an ok subway location with no restrooms and few sitting chairs, it's nearby my work so I sometimes come to get a sandwich

staff is always nice! always clean! in and out during lunch hour... my grandma meets me there she even got me a card XDthank you!!!

Great gas service and the sandwich was great also. The employees are friendly and professional

Ordered a mobile order which included guacamole and other various directions to toast, etc. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich I saw it was missing the expensive ingredients and it wasn't toasted. I reached out to Subway about this mistake and they pretty much wouldn't do anything about it. This subway is not accountable for its mistakes, stay away.

Will definitely never eat at this location ever again. Ordered a salami sandwich. I counted 9 slices of salami. Really! This was on a large. I sent an email to the main office; sorry we hope its better next time. I may never eat at a Subway ever again. If you are interested in a bread sandwich, this is the place for you.

I ordered online at Subway went in San Jose near my house when I ordered online my order got taken four times I went to Subway to pick up my order and they had made one sandwich but four times $20 was taken out of my account and my bank said it went straight to subways account I have tried to contact customer service I've called every number I could find online nobody ever gets back with me customer service is a joke to Subway they owe me money no one will get back to me this is a multi million dollar company and yes that's a lot of money to me I do Door dash for a living the store that it happened at gave me back $20 but they still owe me $42 and everyone is ignoring me and I'm really getting upset how they treat people there if anybody knows how I can get in contact with someone that can give me my money back please let me know And now because they're ignoring me it's the principle and this happened on August 6 my name is Carla and my phone number is 408-375-4088

I went to this location at 8:50pm because according to YELP and GOOGLE you guys close until 9:30 pm. So after double checking I decided to go grab a sandwich, but when I arrived at 8:50pm the door was LOCKED. The girl behind the counter looked up to see me and then proceeded to continue cleaning and completely ignored me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is absolutely ridiculous, will definitely NOT return to this location again!
