I went in late on a weekday to get a jacket for my daughter at Sears and was a bit peckish. Eastridge mall has a nice large car park so you will easily find a space. The mall is not too large that you would get tired walking around.The subway restaurant is located in the food court, in the middle on the upper floor opposite Macys. I ordered 3 x 6" Veggie Delight's and was happy to hear that Subway has these for $2 each all December long, I got mine toasted with swiss cheese and all the vegetable toppings. What a great deal. The staff listens and gets your order right first time.4 stars.

Since Subway is a franchise, the sandwiches will taste the same regardless of where you get themso this review is for the service.I've come to expect service at Subway to be fast, straight forward and pleasant. The service at this location was slow, confusing and chaotic.My husband and I ordered two separate chicken breast subs, toasted. The first worker forgot to heat my husband's chicken. Minus one star. Next, another worker started putting the produce on my husband's sandwich then for some reason the other worker looked at my sandwich, pushed it aside and started working on another customer's sandwich that was behind me and my husband. Seeing this, the woman working on my husband's sandwich suddenly stopped, grabbed my sandwich and started piling on produce without asking what I wanted.. when I corrected her, instead of acknowledging me, she dropped my sandwich then finished making my husband's. When she got back to my sandwhich, I asked her for pickles and she grabbed the banana peppers and placed them on my sandwich. So I said loudly PICKLES while pointing and she swept off the peppers and added pickles. It was all very confusing and unorganized like the workers did not know who's order to take and what to do next. Standing in line, we also noticed that the lettuce was brown and that the produce was sliced VERY thin. For example, the cucumbers were so thin that they had to be cut with a mandolin or something. They were also light handed when it came to adding produce to the sandwich as if to save money on their ingredients.Next time I'm at the Eastridge food court I'll just go to McDonalds.

I will never be eating here again. My brother and I were hungry after doing some shopping and we thought we would get a quick bite to eat. As soon as we walk up to the counter my brother and I look to the back by the sink and we both see a Cockroach climbing on the wall. My brother and I informed the employee who was about to take our order and she looks at the roach and laughs and turns back to us and asks us what we would like to order. This is absolutely disgusting. The date we saw the roach is on 11/31/19 around 8pm for everyone's information.

I ordered #1 the Philly cheese steak. Don't do it. There was hardly any steak in it and no green peppers and onions. I had to ask for more green peppers and onions, but the gal who helped me hardly spoke English. She was talking to me in Spanish. Luckily, I spoke a little for her to understand me. Their steak texture looked like and tasted like what comes out of a can of dog food. My wife ordered the foot long tuna on flat bread, that tasted and looked fine, but her sandwich was NO FOOT LONG. I understand the Gal who helped me tried her best, but I advised not to get any of the Steak sandwiches here. You are better off going next door to Charley's or Togo's across the street.

I placed an online order for pick up at 3:15pm and received a confirmation for my order at 1:37pm. I drive to the mall where this store is located and when I get to the counter and pull up my email to pick up my order I notice a message at 3:03pm stating that my order had been canceled. The store could not give me a justification why my order was canceled. This was ridiculous. I do not recommend this store and Subway needs to get their act together.
