I love South Indian food ( and Indian Food just ain't Indian Food - there is South Indian , North Indian and others in between!) - coming back to AB - they were understaffed but once we got over the initial hiccup of getting seated the food more than made up for it. We ordered :1) kids pizza utthapam - my son loved this2) idli vada combo - excellent sambar, coconut and cilantro chutney. The. Medhu vada was excellent and the idli was soft and fluffy3) onion Rava Dosa - very good! Very little oil4) South Indian Thali - omigod so good - vatha kolambu, Paruppu Usli, Avial, vada Curry - yummy!5) Filter Kapi - husband really liked itWe will definitely go back for the kalyana sapadu ( marriage feast!) Definitely a place to visit if you are looking for well-cooked, no- frills South Indian food - Not sure what to eat - try the Rava Dosa or the Thali - you can thank me later!

My fellow Vegetarians, it's a go to place for sure. I would definitely recommend and say this at par with the Anandh Bhavan name and claims it's rightful place amongst my list of vegetarian food go-to restaurant list.Food ordered : poori combo, parotta comba, combo 3 , vada sambhar

This restaurant has been sending old food. We ordered a few weeks ago and ended up with a terrible stomach ache all for a few hours. We also kept throwing up for a few hours.I would give them minus five stars if possible. Avoid this place.

The worst Meal I ever had is at this place. They will pack you rotten food. Would never recommend anyone to go at this place. Protect your health. They don't even take order properly. Ordered the Rava dosa and they gave Masala Dosa. Also the side chutney's they packed was all rotten. Wish there was an option for Negative star.

Good South Indian food in South Bay. Their mesh vada and utthampas are usually good. The cutneys are fresh in the morning. The good part being the open early on weekends. There is definitely room to improve quality of food and for faster service, at times they only have one waiter who gets overwhelmed with number of customers. Filter coffee is a must try.

Terrible food. I ordered masala dosa, idly and bisibelebath. Dosa was rubbery. Sambhar is watery. Idly is very hard. Bisibelebath felt more like rice and plain sambhar mix. Overall disappointing experience.

To start with, it's very good south Indian place. We, a small group of 6 people gone there craving for Dosa. Too easy to find a table. We ordered couple of Masala Dosas, Malabar Masala Doas, Madras Kal Dosa, Onion Uthappams and coffees. It took more time than expected to serve our food. The Masala Dosas were really good - potato based masala had the perfect flavor to remind me the Masala dosa I had back in India. We didn't know how Malabar Masala dosa was gonna be like, it turned out to be ok, felt there was a lot of ghee or oil on that one. Madras Kal Dosa was a killer one. It was delicious and surprising to me that it wasn't oily at all. Onion Uthappams were a little oily, but tasted really good. All the chutneys and sambar served along with these Doasa were fabulous. The tomato and coconut chutneys stood out. Nothing more to say about coffees - very very good filter coffee. This place has got a good ambience. There's a biriyani place also operated from the same shop, may be under the same management. They got plenty of parking behind the building. Staffs are very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed our dinner there.

I was actually very surprised with the taste/quality of the food. Went with family for dinner and ordered some south as well as north Indian dishes. I must say my family is very picky, but all of us were really happy.We ordered Rava dosa, Puri, Garlic naan, Paneer curry and Vege kadi.The puris were oily, and a little crispy. But other than that rest was good. I've been looking for some authentic Naan and this was the place that i finally liked. Every other restaurant seems to bake it in the electric oven. This one was baked in the tandoor oven.

Ordered combo meal and poori from Uber. Food was very cold and cockroach was found on food. This shows even during COVID time, they are not maintaining hygiene which is unacceptable! Spent 33$ for the food which we couldn't consume! I am never going to order food or recommend anyone!
