We tried the very spicy beef noodle soup and pork belly noodle soup. The noodles were excellent and the pork belly and beef chunks were generous and delicious. The flavor of the broths was very aromatic and fragrant. I usually go for mild spicy; the very spicy beef noodle soup was too spicy and garlic forward for me, but the non spicy pork belly soup was perfect. The waiters were super quick with the food and polite and speak fluent Mandarin. Would come again when I'm in the area!

Stopped in here for dinner and was extremely pleased with my experience! The service was super efficient; it seemed like we hardly waited at all to be seated and for the food to come out after we ordered. We got the pan fried buns (which came out super hot and delicious, spicy beef noodle soup (definitely spicy but not super bad) and the pork belly noodle soup. All of the noodles were fresh and delicious. Portion sizes were quite large! The setting itself is pretty straightforward: bathrooms are clean and tables are fine.

Honest Review:My fam and I have eaten here at least 5x and every single time they were inconsistent with food to the point where the last visit we had, we ordered the chicken steam soup dumplings and it came out RAW! I had to quietly whisper to them since they have a rep and asked them to cancel it instead of making a new one. Fortunately the waiter/server made sure to let the kitchen know and gave them a little heat. The open kitchen is unpredictable with staff members, sometimes can be a mixture of genders having both men and women then sometimes only women or just men; I believe the women duo did us the most justice one time where all the food were delicious, so delicious I wanted to come back the week after to have the same food we ordered as follows:Sticky Rice Pork Ribs x1 (must have)Beef Wrap x1 (can't go wrong)Leek Pockets x1 (my go to comfort food, just something about it lol)Claypot Tomato Chicken Leg x1 (any claypot is good especially on colder days to warm you up)Braised Rib Mixed Noodle Mixed Rice x1 (always a great choice with lots of yummy flowing black or brown bean sauce)Snow Flake Pan Fried Dumpling x1 (better than the pan fried pork buns cuz there's more flavor)The reason for the 2star review was due to the inconsistency of the kitchen staff preparing the food and the 1x encounter of having RAW food, I was lucky enough to feel it once bitten midway; had it of been consumed then I would of definitely gotten food poisoning. Still I wanted to give this restaurant 2stars having that it was 1/5 so 20% chance of it occurring again is relatively low compared to all the other we were there! We're going to make sure if there's really no other place to go then we will reconsider trying this place again lol; we have tried their other locations in Milpitas, Fremont and Newark and they have all been great!

I decided to try this place after looking for a dumpling place in Pleasanton and this was highly rated on Yelp! We were seated quickly since it was a weekday lunch and ordered our food through an ipad. We sampled the green onion pancakes, snowflake pan fried dumplings, pan fried pork buns, soup dumplings, and pork belly noodle soup. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was! Both the soup dumplings and pan fried pork buns had ample, savory broth inside. The snowflake pan fried dumpllings were crispy with the skirt on top, and the pork filling was plentiful and seasoned well. I really enjoyed the pork belly noodle soup too! It's not a dish that I normally order, but it was seasoned well and even came with a bowl of seaweed soup, which I was not expecting. The service was also pretty good! I wanna go back to try the red oil wontons and the beef wrap. Always nice to discover a new, tasty restaurant!

Second time coming to this location, craving their Soup Pan Fried Buns. The decor here is very simple and basic, unlike their Fremont location which is really nice and modern. There is ample parking here which is nice. The two of us decided to sample more items, and we ordered a Spicy Beef Shank and Tripe 夫妻肺片, a Soup Pan Fried Buns 生煎包, a Chef Special Sweet and Sour Pork 鍋包肉, a Stir Fried Chinese Lettuce (A Choy) 炒A菜, and a Combination Chow Mein 什錦炒麵。That's way more than we could finish. The Pan Fried Buns were delicious as usual, the bottom of the buns were perfectly crunchy and soft. The spicy Beef Shank and Tripe was very nice and came with a good amount of tendon which was my favorite. It was my first time trying their Chef Special Sweet and Sour Pork which is a famous dish from North Eastern China. The meat was coated with batter and deep fried. According to my friend who is from that part of China, this dish was very well made. The batter was not too thick and was very crunchy. The A Choy and chow mein were also very tasty.Service was average, typical of a casual dining Chinese restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Food quality was very good overall. I do recommend this restaurant.

I can't rave about this place enough! The food is amazing and super fresh! They give you an iPad with the menu, you chose your items and place your order. The food comes out really quick and uggghhhh soo good! The kung pao was the perfect mix of spicy and crunchy, the sticky ribs were tender and flavorful, the pan fried dumplings were the best I've ever had and the chow mein was perfectly greasy and chewy without being mushy. The staff isn't very friendly but they are prompt with service and more than helpful with menu questions. I thought it was just a dumpling spot but was pleasantly surprised to see all the menu items. So so good! It is on the menu expensive side but it's worth it.

Normally I'm a huge intestine lover, I got the intestine soup and it was wayyy too games, could taste the freshness of such. The egg was crazy overcooked too. The braised beef soup was delicious though. Noodles themselves nothing to write home about, pricing is a little expensive I'd say. Ambience is kinda ravey and modern -- not the best for Asian parents. The Shanghai pan fried dumplings were okay! Def wait for it to cool otherwise you'll be surprised with hot meat liquid.

Finally came to tried this restaurant after seeing lots of ads on social media. We came around 3pm on a Friday after shopping at the outlet! We were glad this place doesn't have an afternoon break between lunch and dinner like some others do. There were more ppl than we expected at that hour. Here are the things we ordered:XLB - skin was a bit thick to our liking. But the taste was very good. There was lots of soup inside!Beef stone pot noodle soup - they mix it in front of you. It comes in a nice pot to keep it warm. The noodles and beef were nice. It also has veggies in it. The soup is a bit oily. Also, the portion is not too big to worth $23.99Beef roll was very big portion . The outside was nice and flaky. There was lots of veggies and hoisin sauce. I wish there was more beef inside to balance it. The TVs were not on but they were playing a playlist of Joey Yung which was nice!Overall, it's good to have if you're craving for some authentic Chinese food. Looking forward to try other stuff on the menu!

Excellent all around today as we visitedafter a day of wandering and buying stuff across the street at the outlets. If you are looking for a very authentic Chinese noodle restaurant experience, this one passes with flying colors according to my guest from Shanghai, and from my personal experience (lived in Shanghai for many years). The noodles were served quickly, the texture and type were exactly as one would get in a restaurant in Shanghai. WeGot both a spicy and non spicy beef noodle soup that were perfect and as we expected. Server was polite and helpful (in Chinese). Chef and kitchen staff who were taking turns taking their lunch break made sure our food got to us quickly and piping hot!! Oh and the XiaoLongBao is excellent! Overall a fantastic meal!
