Been coming with the family here for a few years, great food !! Amazing drinks! I recommend trying a "sol chelada" . Place is very clean and the staff is always friendly. If you're in town looking for a great place to eat and have some drinks then try this place. You'll be back I guarantee it!!!

really good drinks and pretty good food too. We had the micheladas with the shrimp (more like jumbo prawns) on the rim of the glass. Very tasty, even for those who do not like seafood. My shrimp cocktail was pretty good. This place looks like a whole in the wall type place but it serves up great menu items. I'll be back at some point.

I'm definitely not a fan - overpriced, low-quality Mexican food with bad service. Chips are store bought, the meat in the burrito was sour (it gave my sister food poisoning), and everything else was bland and needed to be drowned in salsa. The server was not very nice and completely un-attentive. We spent over $40 on two plates of unappetizing food - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I arrived with my family to have dinner Sunday at 830pm and as soon as I arrived the waitress who made eye contact with me which i asked nicely if we could get a table for a family of 7 she instantly gave me a rude and badly attitude responding that she couldn't help me that she was too busy to help me and the place was closed but they had the sign still on and other people were still seated.

The chicken enchiladas sucked. The chicken meat was nasty, hard and appeared old. It really takes a lot to screw up enchiladas. When I returned them she asked if I wanted something else and I said I will just eat the rice and beans on the plate. She charged me for the rice and beans. Also, during our entire meal, the employees were just sitting there drinking beers not providing service. I went to the jukebox to possibly play a song and after a few seconds of browsing, someone who worked there immediately played an annoying song. Don't bother coming here there is much better Mexican food else where in SJ. Keep your nasty food and poor taste in music to yourself.

Food is good(in past visits). Prices on their website are not accurate.i ordered over the phone and they even charge me some extra tortillas!!!!even when I ordered 2 sides of frijoles!how I'm supposed to eat them??? With spoon??? I ordered garlic shrimp wich i pay 19.99 ( and price online is 15)with only 5 shrimps!!! Also I got a shrimp cocktail and it was pretty much tomatoes and onion,not enough broth...And the excuse..they need to pay for the lard!!!Very disappointed and most of it very mad to spend 45 dollars there.

The TAMELS are just dry and hard I don't recommend them it doesn't have taste and I honestly wouldn't buy it again it's bad and stiff I would rate the meal a 2-10 it's hard and dry with no taste it took them 30 mins to bring me the e TAMEL so DO NOT RECOMMEND
