Emergency 5 star update!!!!SkyZone Fremont is now open until 9 PM weeknights and Sundays, 10 on Fridays and 11 on Saturdays! Also any training issues that had troubled me have been resolved. I'm slow to anger and slow to update because I want to be sure that things are corrected. There were a couple false starts after my last review, but the hour change is proof positive that SkyZone is back on the right track!

Customers pay for service. No service, no pay. Appratenly the simple business rule does not apply to you. Then I have nothing else to say. This update is to respond to the owner's response.

Sanitary issues !!! OMG disgusting is to say the least. Everyone walks on and out the bathroom in those orange socks. Hella kids running in and out the bathroom stepping in God only knows what then jumping , rolling around on those mats. Nobody is spraying anything down ! I literally wanted to burn my clothes after going here. Plus they had to nerve to make you pay FULL PRICE for warm soda. No ice available on a Saturday but you're literally down the street from Safeway, Dollar Tree and Luckys. But my daughter had a blast and so did the other little kiddies. We were there celebrating a birthday.

The indoor space is smaller than I expected. Super packed during weekend because birthday party was back to back. Not much space for kids to run and jump due to too many people around including adults who were sitting around.

We had Sean help with my son's birthday party, and I can't say enough good things about him! He made hosting a big crowd feel completely stress-free. From start to finish, Sean was incredibly helpful, organized, and professional. He ensured everything ran smoothly, from setup to cleanup, and handled every detail with care and precision. Thanks to Sean, the event was a huge success, and both the kids and adults had an amazing time. I highly recommend him for any event--his dedication and effort truly made my son's special day unforgettable.

This place use to be one of our favorite spots to bring my daughter for the past few year, ever since she was old enough to jump. We would come with groups of friends for little leapers hours. This was amazing because they truly catered to every age. It was also amazing for us because it was only $20, and my daughter, who only jumped for around 30-45 min before she wanted to play at the arcade where we proceeded to spent an additional $40 on games. But our past few trips have been very inconsistent with rules and policies. We went a while back and the lady at the front had no clue about the littleleapers time, so she charged us for both my 3 year old and husband to jump that morning which was around $45 dollars. Of course, I knew this was wrong, so had to call to talk to the manager who refunded us for the wrongful charges. Today we went on a Saturday only to be informed that little leapers is no longer available on Saturday or Sunday. Not sure what made them want to make this change but no working parent will be able to take their child to little leapers hours on a Thursday or Friday. Very frustrating! Today we chose to jump anyways but cold only purchase a pass for 1 1/2 hours, which was way more time than we needed. Cost us $30 and it was not the same experience at all, since there was lots of older kids there doing flips and playing way too rough for my 3 year old. On top of all that, last time we were there we were told no strollers were allowed on the upper observer area. Today I counted 3 strollers in that area while I had to hold my 6 month old because I thought strollers were not allowed in that area. Makes me very sad to say that me and my family and friends with young children will no longer be coming back. Not sure if there is new management or what caused them to make this change but it would have been nice if they could have kept at least one weekend day for littler kids to enjoy the park as well.

We had our kiddo plan his own birthday party this year, so he picked Skyzone as he had been here previously for a party when it was a different name. We got the Epic package not knowing what the RSVP would look like. Even though some people didn't show up, it worked out fine. They are very organized with the way they run parties. They call us the night before to finalize details and then once we get there, we wait for our name to be displayed. Once it is our turn, the kids get to run around and jump and play. They had tons of fun, but eventually got bored or restless and wanted to go to the arcade, so we ended. up buying cards for all the kids. One recommendation is I wish they would have a package deal for the arcade cards for parties. That would be great. The food was decent. We ordered all types of pizzas, fruit and chicken tenders. Our hosts were good. They took care of us. The only downfall was that their points for the cards weren't working so they couldn't load points and had to write notes down for a future visit. All in all, the kids had a great time and that is all that matters.
