A solid 4/5. Staff wise, this place is excellent. Food wise, I had the Truffle Burger which was excellent as well; really flavorful but the burger was small. And I know it's not a direct comparison but an In and Out double double is way bigger, and it's cheaper and has fewer calories. This is likely because of the truffle and the angus beef offset this comparison, but still makes you wonder the value for the money. My wife had the chicken sandwich and that was really good as well( but also a bit small. Fries wise, better, in my opinion, than In and Out; very flavorful. That said, we also split a hotdog which wasn't that good - tasted a bit rubbery. Over all really good food but a bit pricy. It's a nice alternative to In and Out thanks to the variety in their menu - just be prepared to pay a little more.

TURN ON THE HEAT!!! It's freezing in here. Your staff are freezing, too. Terrible atmosphere. It is 55F both inside and out. Food 4 stars: The cheeseburger was hot and delicious although on the small side. The fries arrived lukewarm warm and quickly lost all and any heat. The vanilla milkshake changed my life! Thick, creamy and contains custard and egg!! The plastic straw was no match for the consistency and collapsed with every draw. Service 5 stars: They tried their best. Ambiance, including temperature ZERO stars: it was impossible to relax and enjoy the food because it was so freaking cold! The industrial style doesn't offer any warmth to offset the low temperature. I won't be going back until they heat the place to a comfy temp.

Finally open! They offer vegan options. (You'll need to ask them to omit the cheese & sauce for the veggie burger.) Veggie burger was a bit bland & fries cold but realize it was their soft opening today.Clean & big space. Super friendly workers too :)

The store is brand new and the food is great. I have heard that it is pricey, and we order just 2 double burgers and split a fry. not much more than any burger place around. thank you Shake Shack.S.M.B.

It's a Shake Shake, not sure what magic people are expecting here. It's beautifully redone inside, the menu and food is exactly as expected, and I had a super smooth pick-up from a DoorDash order. What more can we ask for? It was a lovely and on-par experience.

I ordered a mushroom burger and I read the one I wanted. I received a meatless mushroom sandwich very disappointed. Very overpriced for what you get. Very small burgers. I ended up buying a regular burger bc I wanted meat. It was soaked in grease and looked deflated. One thing I can say positive was the ppl working there were very nice. But not worth the money you will leave hungry. Never again

Ordered online. Food was deemed not ready. Asked for cashier to check. Still not ready. Maybe could have annunciated my name better. But ended up waiting 30 minutes and multiple checks for my food to have been on the shelf ready when I walked in. Asked for a refund. Not worth waiting for that.

Just ate there. The place is definitely cold inside. Dont know if they are having heating problems, or if its by design. (Dont want people lingering and slowing table turnover.) Very uncomfortable for dining in. Had the plain cheeseburger. They have ketchup dispenser, but they have no yellow mustard at all (I asked). They offered honey mustard dip! How a place that sells burgers and hot dogs doesnt have any yellow mustard, even packets, is pretty lame. The nuggets were good, but small. Also salty. The burger was small for 7.99. Was still hungry so went to Jack in the box up the street to get some more food before heading home. IMO there was nothing special about the food/value proposition.
