the classic Pork XLB is delicious. The place is clean and well lit. The music is nice and not too loud. The service was friendly and quick.

We came here to celebrate my sister's birthday. Our first time, and we ordered many items off their menu. We definitely liked all the options we chose, including the soup dumplings, beef pancake, green beans, and pan fried dumplings.The giant soup dumpling was the capstone item.

On a cold night dumplings sounded good. However there were some good things and bad things about this restaurant. Their storage/organization is a little haphazard with a random freezer in the corner, propane tanks right when you walk in, and bussing station within view of diners. Also their plastic chairs are pretty dirty. They're a light pink color and you can pretty much see how many people have sat in them. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful with suggesting dishes. The food was average I've definitely had better dumplings. Absolutely skip the chicken wings, they were fatty, slimy, and average taste. The dumplings and wontons were a little overcooked and poorly wrapped. However, the flavors/fillings of the dumplings and wontons were very good. Overall I'd probably explore elsewhere for my next dumpling craving.

Came by on a Sunday morning right at opening time, so the place was quiet and still prepping for the day. We were seated right away and scanned the QR code for the menu. We ordered pork xlb, shrimp har gaw, garlic noodles, pork& shrimp shumai and beef pancake. What we liked- beef pancake tasted fresh(yum) and was filled with crunch vegetables. Garlic noodles were a bit on the sweeter side but the spicy sauce they provided fixed it, so delish! Pork & shrimp shumai were plump and juicy. What we didn't like- shrimp hargow and xlb both were lackluster. The wrapping was too thick on both and no umami flavor at all. Recommend to try only if you are in the area.

I loved Serious Dumplings! The garlic noodles were absolutely bomb--we devoured every last bite. Perfectly chewy noodles coated in a rich, garlicky sauce made for a seriously satisfying dish. 5 stars all the way and i will probably dream about this noodles! Add their spicy chilly oil to take it to the next level!The pork XLB was also solid--flavorful, juicy, and well-balanced. But the real highlight for our kiddo was the chocolate XLB--a fun and delicious twist that was perfect treat for her. The restaurant itself is super cute, with a cozy ambiance and friendly service that made our visit even better. Definitely a spot we'd return to for another dumpling fix!

We were quoted a 2 hour wait for Din Tai Fung and decided to try this spot instead ~ no regrets, we were sat immediately, and when we ordered the food came out within 15 minutes if not less, not to mention everything came out at back to back at once which for me I always appreciate. We ordered the garlic green beans, chicken wonton in chili oil, chicken xlb, lamb dumpling, veggie dumpling, garlic noodles, curry rice (no spam), chocolate xlb.Everything was super delicious and flavorful, we would definitely go back again and it was worth trying this spot vs waiting for 2 hours somewhere else. We were done eating before we'd even be sat. The playlist and vibe of the restaurant is fire with some cool neon decor and some murals. Overall this was a great experience with some yummy food!

Cute restaurant in San Pedro's Square with nice modern vibes. The service was fine, but unfortunately the dumplings were just okay. Here's the breakdown. 1. SJB (4/5) - The best item we ordered. Had a lot of soup inside but the bread felt too thick in some parts. 2. XLB (2/5) - No soup inside at all :( also presentation was sad 3. Chili wontons (2.5/5) - Chili oil didn't have good flavor and was bland. Also the super tiny bowl made it difficult to mix.

Our first time to Serious Dumpling and is did not disappoint-the food was fabulous. The flavor of the monk dumplings and the soup and veggies inside blew my socks off. I was amazed at the garlic noodles- probably the most flavorful and best garlic noodles I have ever enjoyed. The cucumber salad was also flavorful and refreshing! Highly recommend and can not wait to return! Thank you for a great meal!
