Seapot Hot Pot & KBBQ

Came here to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time! The combination of having hot pot and KBBQ simultaneously, along with the conveyer belt of toppings running next to the table and the servers bringing us our orders so promptly, created a very fun and a bit overstimulating atmosphere at times. There is an abundant number of options for toppings and meats available, though I'm not sure if it was worth paying extra to do both hot pot and KBBQ since I think I would've eaten the same amount even with just one.We loved the topping/sauce/dessert bar, especially the fresh fruit which was a great palette cleanser at the end of the meal. A bit pricy but worth it for the experience and plentiful options, and what really made our meal was our server! He was so friendly, attentive, and helpful- kept on coming by to check on us and helping out with the KBBQ grilling, even putting our meat into a neat little circle (pictured).

This was my second time at this seapot location and it's always a fun group dinner atmosphere. If you like the thrill of a meal sit by the conveyor belt and wait for your friends to direct you which dishes to grab in a hurry. They have a good sauce bar and I like all the choices and individuality of the hot pot. We didn't do the kbbq part. You'll definitely leave with a fully belly! Leaving four stars because they also have a giant tv which is pretty distracting and was playing the inauguration when we went. Not the vibe for a meal.

Side and Sauce bar was kept clean and refreshed! The dishes on the belt were always stocked & freshThe service was quite consistent, however they only came over to take our order for meats 3 times even after being done for an extensive period of time. The meats were great as well as the selective choices of broth to choose from.Overall great experience!

When it came time for dinner, I decided to check out Seapot again. Tho their wait times are crazy, we signed up for the Yelp waitlist via mobile and just ran a bunch of errands.Since it was only an extra $10, we decided to do the premium menu. Of course, since we paid for it, we got everything on that menu - Australian Wagyu Toro, Australian Wagyu Brisket, Australian Wagyu Shoulder Cut, American Wagyu Chick Ribeye, American Wagyu Dice, USDA Angus Prime Short Rib, Jumbo Tiger Prawn. If you adore kalbi, I suggest getting the prime short rib. It's much better than their normal galbi. I'd skip the prawns. It was drowning is a garlic sauce so completely overpowered the seafood.For my pot, I got Healthy Herb and then added a bunch of hot sauce from the bar to it. It was either do that or get the Spicy House broth since I adore heat. But I like Healthy Herb as a base, so I went that route. The conveyor belt of seafood, veggies, meats, etc, is one of my favorite features of this spot. I adore variety. And even better is small portions.Service in general was kinda spotty. Our server had a great attitude tho. Was super engaging and friendly. But it could take a while to get things such as beverages, etc. Luckily there's the conveyor belt items to keep you occupied once you get your pot and grill going. Not sure how they clean each table when turning over, but it did feel a little sticky and dirty when sitting down.I love the conveyor belt concept of Seapot. Okay let me start by saying "you got to check this spot out " we had the best experience as we arrived and got seated. Just be aware there is a wait time and it could take long but I feel like it's worth the wait. As we were seated and meet are amazing server Ethan. Shout out to Ethan!!! Very attentive helped us with the menu and guided us also gave us recommendations which everything was just so good. The vibes were cool loud but it's like you don't even notice it lol they have a big screen playing music videos and if there is someone celebrating their birthday they make it known lol. Cool bar with booth chairs to sit as you wait. I love the sauce bar you can create your own sauce there is also a conveyor belt that goes around you can pick from even if you don't get hot pot. Definitely will be coming back

All you can eat hotpot (and bbq) with a delish broth and sooooo many options of veggies and meats. Lunch can't get better than that. I've been here several times (with colleagues and family) and each time I've left happy and satiated. Here's a picture just as we were getting started... anytime after that I can't remember to take pictures coz I gots to focus haha. They are super busy at lunch time.. pro tip sign up on the yelp waitlist or make a reservation if you're coming in as a big group. Even then they are pretty quick with service and the conveyer belt with small plates of meat, veggies, seafood and noodles is quite handy. I'll be back soon.

Lots of food options, they charge 20% if you don't finish their food and you have 90 minutes so take only what you really want to eat! Tons of meat options, seafood, very good ingredients, amazing sauce condiment station (line during peak time at 6PM), come early 4:30PM so you don't need to wait in line.Beef toro is the best! Pork belly is nice too, will try premium meat next time. Tomato soup and herb soup base are great for kids. You pay $1.50 to get half/half.

I luv the food and the very fast service, it has the meats and more then Arby's and it is bussin.

Food was sooo good lots of selection and being refilled fast.Ambience and service is great! Will definitely come back!!
