Visited this place with my wife & the food was great.Service was also good & the Ambiance was very chill which is great for me.I need to find time to go back & visit this place again.I did not visit the restroom which is a great way to identify a clean restaurant but food was great. Yes I need to find time to go back...

Hate feeling like I got scammed when eating out and unfortunately, that was the case here today. I came in specifically for happy hour, not realizing that they don't offer it on holidays. It's Valentine's Day, so I wasn't expecting that... lol. We sat at the bar and ordered only happy hour items, but the bartender didn't inform us that there was no happy hour until after we paid. They were even handing out the happy hour menu, which didn't list any exclusions except for the days/times. I'm not upset about the price difference--about $60 turned into $90--but more so about the principle of it.We enjoyed the drinks, but this experience definitely leaves a bad taste. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this and do not recommend this place .

Really good food if you're craving seafood. The gumbo had large pieces of seafood with really good flavor. Also tried the lobster roll and crab melt. Both were also very tasty. Our server was great too!Highly recommend if you're in the mood for really good seafood!

We made a same-day dinner reservation at Rustic House Oyster Bar And Grill. They were pretty busy on a Wednesday evening, and parking was limited in their small lot. However, I was able to find street parking nearby. The interior had a rustic vibe, with wooden furniture and nautical decor. For drinks, I asked if they had any mocktails and our server said they could make a Hibiscus Mojito, which sounded great. It was a bit too sweet for me, but I appreciated the option. We also started with a dozen Oysters to share between the three of us. There were three varieties, and they all tasted fresh and delicious. We also got an order of Popcorn Shrimp to share, and these were pretty good. I really liked the house-made ginger sauce, which was both sweet and smokey. Instead of an entree, I ordered the Cheesy Bread and added crab to it. The addition was pricey but totally worth it! The amount of crab was generous and I ended up taking half of it home - super tasty. My friends both ordered the Sauteed Scallops, which they loved. The scallops were served with risotto, sauteed spinach, and a buttery fresh herb and lobster sauce - great combination! Service was fast and friendly. Would return to try more!

This place doesn't seem to be under the same management as the Rustic House in Los Altos anymore.Oysters were not shucked well; there were so many shell bits in every single oyster. The space is kind of run down.Did not like the cocktails as they were priced way too expensive for not great taste:$16 Hibiscus Margarita- too sweet.$14 Bee's Knees- watered down, flavorless.$14.95 Trout Deviled Eggs- weird sweet dark sauce that overpowered the savory flavors from the eggs. The asparagus was so hard, I felt like I was chewing sugarcane lol! Will not return, not worth the standard Bay Area prices for lackluster experience.

Went here with my family on Valentines. Service was great and attentive. It felt cozy when inside and not that busy during a late lunch. Food was incredible and wait time was quick like 5-10 minutes after ordering. Overall 10/10 experience will definitely come back again.

Made a reservation and was seated immediately. Not too busy for a Wednesday evening. Service was nice, attentive & efficient.I ordered the Fisherman's Sangria for my drink & got to try a sip of the Mango Margarita. I would recommend trying either. Our table ordered the Calamari, Civiche, Cheesy Garlic Bread, & the Royal Miyagi Oysters for our appetizers. I ordered the Crab & Lobster Linguini for my entree and dor dessert, I ordered the Warn Brownie.I enjoyed single dish! Everything tasted great! I would eat here again and definitely recommend this restaurant.

I think this place was just OK, nothing really exceeded my expectations, but also nothing was terrible. The service was good. My food came pretty fast. The restaurant itself is pretty big and gives off a countryside vibe. The food was just mediocre, but nothing was overpriced either. 4 stars but not sure if I'll come here again since nothing really stood up to me.

Came to the Rustic house for a friend's bday. We sat outdoors which was dog friendly so my pup can come. They have nice combos/specials like champagne and oyster for $30-40. Quite a good deal. All mains are about $30-50, apps are $15-30. Bummed we didnt make hh as they have amazing deals. Makes me think prices back to 2000s. Everything was decent, folks were nice with decent service. Will return for casual drinks and snacks. Total came to $50/person
