Not made to order pad Thai was dry. They only give 5 pieces of coconut shrimp and 3 pieces of spicy fried fish, and yet it's anextra charge for those items.

Lemon garlic shrimp never disappoints!One of my favorite food stands at Oakridge!The Singapore vermicelli noodles are very good too!Although I don't recommend the pad Thai, too little flavor for me.

This is a Food Court walk-up-to-order restaurant. Service was fast and friendly and very tasty. Portions are very ample. The space is very clean. My granddaughter and her teen friends live it

Love this place as my new default go to for Asian food at the mall. The line for chicken teriyaki is way too lunch during peak meal times, but Ruby Thai has short lines that serve their customers well with quality food and service. What I ordered: -Lo Mein: Not too oily noodles, but could use more seasoning since it was on the dry side.-Mango Chicken: An absolute banger in their meat options. It's a customer favorite all around with its crunchy, tender meat. -Lemongrass Shrimp: Be advised that this menu item has an added fee since shrimp is a premium, but the seasoning was so well done on the shrimp. Mellow flavor from the lemongrass and crispy from the golden battered shrimp.

I usually mostly get food from Ruby Thai Kitchen when I'm at the mall, either at Westfield Oakridge or Great Mall. They're usually the same in terms of quality/taste and quantity. I get the fried fish and the Singapore noodles. They're both pretty delicious. I like the shrimps too. The curry chicken is another entre to try! The Thai Iced Tea never disappoints. Overall, a good place for a quick grab and go!

All I need to say here is it's the absolute worse food I've ever had. This is not Thai food. It's a sorry wannabe Panda Express.

It's fine. I have determined their entrees average out to fine and their sides (horrible pad Thai and flavors Singapore noodles) are a waste of calories. This food court has over a dozen choices, but the "Thai" food sign always seems to trick me into thinking it's something more than alternative panda express.

Ruby Thai in Oakridge Mall serves up two dishes that my family really likes. The first is the Mango Chicken with Singapore Noodles. Our girls (7 & 9) love this and there is something very special about those thin Singapore Noodles. The favorite for my wife and I is the Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp. Unlike many of their other items that are precooked, this is cooked on when you order it. It takes about 5-10 minutes but it is worth the wait. We got the Jalapeno Teriyaki Chicken one time and that was good also. The people that work there have always been very nice. If you do find yourself in the mall this is definitely worth checking out.

I thought the one at the Great Mall was good, but this one at the Oakridge Mall location has more noodle options and yummy fried plantains. The food was fresh and hot, and the customer service was good too.My favorite restaurant in the food court.
