Rollin’ Flavors

The food here is fantastic. The service of the workers were genuinely helpful, going through the menu and recommendations. I highly recommend the quezatacos (for the crunch texture) and rollin tacos (classic taco with crispy cheese).They offer 4 different style meats: carne asada, chicken tinga (with chipotle), Chorizo (with potatoes), and chicharrón (with salsa verde). I've tried all four but my personal favorite is the Tinga and Chicharrón. They also offer Birria in some occasions. The tortillas are handmade and delicious. Also, the tamarind agua fresca was sweet, tart, and refreshing. Hours are very limited so catch them when you can!

My wife and I tried Rollin Flavors and the food was on point. The handmade tortillas along with authentic Mexican City cuisine was packed with flavor. This is our second visit to Rollin Flavors. OMG! I tried the tostada and the taco with beef this time. It was the best. I left feeling full and satisfied. Mouthwatering delicious Can't wait to go back since they have a permanent location right now!

I've been going to Rollin Flavors since they opened and the food never fails to disappoint. My favorite is the quezataco de asada

I recently tried Rollin' Flavors, and my family and I were impressed by how delicious the food was! We started with the Quezatacos, which were unique compared to other tacos I've had because they include melted cheese with your choice of carne asada, chicken/tinga, or chicharrón. Hand made tortillas also!! The following day, I had to go back! It was so delicious that I also tried the Gorditas and Sopes. I highly recommend this Mexico City-inspired food truck. Great dishes and great service/vibes!

Love love love ! I was able to make it to their gran opening and tried their carne asada tacos, the meat is crispy and not chewy. I also tried their quesa tacos de tinga and their gordita with chicharrones con salsa verde. Hands down my two favorite. Their aguas frescas are very tasty as well ! Highly recommend !
