I ordered for my team of 6. We wanted to try different drinks to see which one is the best but ended up ordering mostly the same, due to everyone want their owm coffee.Let's take about the coffee. We ordered:Ube Coffee (based on my colleagues): Creamy, balance between strong Viet coffee and right amount of Ube. I prefer its not look like the picture because it's just pure food coloring if it looks that purple.Dalgona Coffee: I made these at home and never would I know it could taste this different. It was so good!Hot Egg Black Coffee (base on my colleague): He likes the egg foam but not the coffee, was too strong for him.Total bill: Around $33 for 6 itemsWe weren't in mood for any sandwiches so we didn't order. Next time we try and will update this review base on our experiences with the order.

A unique experience. RBC isn't based on a shop like you would normally see. As you pull up to the place, you'll see that it's surrounded by a whole bunch of delivery drivers (mostly Priuses) that's just sitting around, waiting for customer orders to be ready. Don't be alarmed, just go inside the building. Inside...you'll see more delivery drivers/customers, just waiting on their orders. Basically, it's a shared kitchen so you order your drinks from a kiosk. When it's ready, you'll get a text message and a link. From there, you click on the link (sent to your phone) in order to open up that locker # that's assigned to you and then you get your food/drinks. Estimated time seems to be always 20-25 minutes, and that's pretty much accurate. I highly recommend doing it online, especially if you don't want to wait around. As for the drink, my first time there: I got egg coffee (w/o milk), iced, w/ black drip coffee as the base, 50% sweetness, in Hanoi style. It's definitely user error but I didn't enjoy it as much. It was definitely on the bitter side, and I'm so used to drinking it w/ milk, so now that I've had it without, I wouldn't suggest for anyone to get it this way. I went back 2 days later and got their pandan latte, iced house cream coffee latte, iced milk egg coffee, and dalgona coffee. All of which is 100% on point. It's so creamy, tasty, and the adjusted sweetness to your level is beyond accurate. Honestly, I love supporting small coffee shops like this as opposed to a chain. I also can't stress enough how polite, friendly, and respectful their staff is. I've only interacted with one girl and she's 100% the definition of customer service. Location is near SJC airport, but also really nothing nearby. I hope one day, they're able to open up their store!

This is a ghost kitchen so you check in at the front (checking in at the kiosk didn't work for me) and they give you your order once it's ready. My order took about 15min - I got a bagel and an iced salted caramel latte. My total was about $10 which is fair given that the drink size is decent. I selected 70% sweetness and its perfection; a mixture of strong coffee, but with some sweetness. I would definitely come back and try other drinks.

I don't see a lot of review for their coconut coffee but here is the first one. I'm a coconut lover, I eat and drink stuffs related to coconut. Let me tell you, their coconut coffee doesn't taste like elsewhere, at least in the Bay Area. It has this unique flavor that you can only find in Vietnam if you have tried a good coconut coffee there. Most of the coffee shop here in the Bay have weird taste coconut flavor, they always have this sour, lychee aftertaste with the coconut coffee, but I don't find it here. If you have been in Thailand or Vietnam, had fresh coconut water before, you would easily to tell the different of artifical vs natural coconut flavor, especially in coffee. I would recommend order 50% sweetness for the best taste. 100% is a little bit too sweet for me, 0% is still good, but 50% is the balance.
