This is a wonderful place for a quick yummy lunch! They have many great options but my favorite dishes are the Sichuan style for a spicy kick The lady owner is always very friendly. The ambiance is quiet and laid back.

The food was OK, but it was not exceptional. The price was definitely not worth the portion though. I had the lunch special of chicken and snow peas with the included side of fried rice. First, the rice did not look particularly fried. There was almost no egg content, and the rice was still white. It definitely was not worth what was paid for even as a lunch special. I went specifically for the hot and sour soup, which was also significantly overpriced for what you got, but it was pretty good tasting. Be careful of the online ordering. Although they are open all day, I was not permitted to order online because the online order directly from the website said they close at 2 PM. I called at 1:58 pm and asked if it was too late to order. They said no. I explained the website said that they closed at 2 PM. And she said they were open all day. I went back to the website and tried it again and got the same message but this time the message said they were closed. I called back and they went and checked. They found it hard to believe that it wasn't taking orders so they did take my order over the phone. As I arrived, I got a message from my phone saying that they would be open soon. This restaurant was completely empty with just two of the workers taking a lunch break. There was almost no parking, as well.In reality, they don't deserve as low of a rating as two stars because the food was OK, but they don't really deserve three stars either for the price and the amount of food received.

I used to come here more frequently when I worked in RWC but the flavors and portion sizes still hit. Get the lunch special for a better deal, as they feature a main dish, soup, and rice. I love their salt and pepper fish and the soup is always good!Service is nice and friendly and they are quick to bring out the food. The flavors taste just like I remember, and friends I've brought here enjoy the taste and prices too. A solid choice for Chinese food!

I'm very unsure of what to rate this spot because the first time that I came here, I enjoyed the food. It was delicious and fresh so I wanted to come back as soon as I had it. They also have great lunch deals! The second time that I came here, I ordered my favorite dishes again and also tried some new ones with the people that I was with. The staff is very friendly and everything feels authentic. When I went to the restroom, I noticed that there was breaded meat outside of the bathroom. It was uncovered and the back door was also open (without a net). I was a taken aback and slightly nervous to get food poisoning, but luckily no one got it. Would I go back? I'm not sure. Seeing what I saw, it makes me scared to go back because of their sanitation.

Food: 4-5/5Service: Standard, didn't lack anythingAmbiance: CasualValue: 4/5We ordered the chongqing style beef, cabbage, cold noodles w/ chicken and dumplings. The Chongqing style beef is definitely a specialty item and more "unique" where you may not find it at every Chinese restaurant. This was my favorite dish and imo really good. The cabbage was tasty and the rest of dishes were good, but nothing mind blowing. Service was standard where we got refills timely and food came out quick, but nothing above and beyond. I would come back again for certain dishes and that comfort feeling.

Good food in a relatively quiet corner of Los Altos. The servers are friendly even though I am mostly there for takeout. My daughter love their burgers!

I ordered delivery based on rating and I don't understand why this place has such good rating. Hot and Sour soup was not hot or sour.Spring rolls tasted stale.Fried rice was not fried. While a portion of mixed vegetables was huge, it tasted bland and lifeless The biggest let down was pork belly. It was a small portion of sad-looking pale pork. There was nothing crispy or delicious about it.

Just going to quickly add to my old review. They really need to get better at time estimation. I ordered food via their website scheduled for 5:00 pm. It still wasn't ready at 5:15.There was literally 1 table with people.Just like... come on. If you can't hit your time estimate say so.
