Ambiance was great, best Chinese food I have had in the Bay Area. Ordered fried rice, chili chicken, and manchurian. Served was very nice and helpful. Service also very quick. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back if I am in town.

We ordered special appetizer "dragon paneer". Which was different than other Indo Chinese. Everything was else was really good. We also enjoyed chocolate pyramid for dessert. Service was good as well.

Found this restaurant when I took my car in for service. Their web site claims that its the Bay Area's Finest Indo Chinese Restaurant, and boasts Open Table Diners Choice awards 2022 - 2025. My experience was good, but I am not sure it lived up to that kind of expectation... :)To really explore the menu you probably have to go with a group and eat family style. I was by myself so I was glad to find they had a lunch platter. Really enjoyed the Hakka Noodles - great taste and texture without being overly greasy. Only thing is that I could have used some more vegetables with the noodles. The Chilli Chicken was also tasty. The Pan Fried Chilli Fish was a little too salty to be eaten by itself or with the noodles - maybe it was seasoned for eating with white rice? The Chicken Spring Roll was disappointing. Greasy wrapping. Dry ground chicken. I could only eat a couple of bites and then ended up throwing away the wrapper and mixing the chicken filling in with the chilli fish sauce. I also tried the Aam Panna which was good - on a hot day I could have really used some more of it. For dessert I tried the Darsaan (a la mode) which was crispy, yummy goodness and a lot of it so I took a whole box of the crispy noodles home. They were perfectly good with chai, even without the ice cream. Service and ambience are good but nothing exceptional. The waiter was friendly and attentive, but for some reason there was only one waiter working. If he was stuck on the phone for a take-out order, there was no option but to sit and wait.If I am in that neighborhood again and in the mood for Indo Chinese I would go back. However, I do not really think it is worth the drive to Fremont from other parts of the Bay Area. There are other competitive options closer to home.

We came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Although there is a large parking lot, every spot was taken so plan your visit accordingly because there are a number of businesses sharing this lot.We came specifically for the ghost pepper challenge. Yes...you heard me. My Husband loves spicy food. When he heard about this place, he had to try it. We were greeted by a friendly host and shown us to a table immediately. We ordered the ghost pepper dish, fried rice, lamb curry and a noodle dish. Once the order was placed the waiter promptly presented my Husband with a waiver to sign. . They are really serious about letting you know you better know what you're getting into before they bring it out.Well....they know what they're talking about. The heat is intense. It's no joke. My Husband immediately knew this is NOT for the faint hearted. He took 2 heaping spoon full mixed with rice and noodles but after about 5 bites....he waived the .The rest of the dishes were pretty good. I'd definitely come back to try the momos.

*Vegetarian Foodie Review*Best Indo-Chinese Food in Bay Area!Celebrated our anniversary dinner with family at this amazing spot! Ordered a variety of dishes, and here's how they fared:- Hakka Noodles (Requested Mild, no MSG, less oil): Our 4-year-old loved it, and it was a hit! Almost finished half, and took the rest to-go for lunch the next day- Dragon Paneer (Monthly Special): Flavor was exceptional! Spicy and well-balanced, but some paneer pieces were overcooked and hard- Schezwan Fried Rice (Spicy, with paneer, less oil): Hands-down the best in Bay Area! Requested paneer for added protein, although it wasn't necessary - the fried rice itself was stellar- Cauliflower in Manchurian Sauce: Typically a favorite, and this time didn't disappoint! Paired perfectly with fried rice and noodles- Warm Chocolate Lava Cake: All time fav. Sweetness is just enough. Service is usually pretty fast, and we appreciate that they accommodate our request to send the Hakka noodles first so our kid can get started.Love the vibes of this place - it's got that typical Indo-Chinese vibe that makes you feel like you're in for a treat!Overall, this place serves the best Indo-Chinese food in Bay Area. We'll be back for sure!Highly recommend for Indo-Chinese food lovers!

Everybody has a bias for food from the part of the world they are from. I'm no different. When it comes to Indo-Chinese I really have no tolerance for South Indian style Indo-Chinese. It has to be Bombay or at the least Calcutta style. Last night after zumba class all I could think about was veg Hakka noodles! Having eaten at their San Carlos location, I knew my minimum expectations would be met.We ordered the veg Hakka noodles and chicken in Manchurian sauce. And really this place serves flavors that are closest to the food you get in Mumbai. We liked the flavors so much we ordered an egg fried rice and that dish delivered on taste too! Service was ok, but I feel it could be better if we had arrived a little earlier. Pretty much all of the staff was trying to clean up and leave for the night, and that's understandable. Joe our server did not rush us and actually took time out to chat with us before heading back to closing up for the night. The old fashioned that the husband ordered from the bar was at best a 3/5, and perhaps management can look into that. Restrooms were clean and the dining area was also well appointed and pleasantly reminiscent of Chinese restaurants in Bombay. All in all, I see myself coming back to this place any time an Indo -Chinese craving hits, which should be about once a week.

With all the food places around Pacific Commons, you do not need to eat here. We were curious about the concept for this restaurant and we were in a hurry so we decided to give this place a try when we found there was a long wait at multiple of our top picks of restaurants in the complex. We were seated immediately and ordered shortly after. I did not appreciate being told I need to order rice. He said the dishes were saucy and I can appreciate a tip from the server but I didn't like his insinuation that it's unthinkable to order two entrees with no rice. My husband felt the rice helped him be full from the meal, otherwise, he would have left hungry. I ate the dishes without the rice and I was fine. It's a personal preference that I don't take plain rice with my meals. It also bothered me that the order of rice was huge and costs $10. Typically, it's a few dollars for a smaller portion of rice. I can't decide whether it's the large portion of rice or the $10 that bothered me more when only my husband was partial to the rice. We took the remaining home so it would not be wasted. The Hong Kong lamb had terrible quality of meat in unnecessarily small cuts and a watery sauce that didn't make sense to me. My family is Cantonese and I was curious what this dish would taste like and after eating it, I still can't tell you what it's supposed to be. It felt vaguely familiar like I could have eaten this at a Chinese restaurant but I can't quite place what this would be called at other restaurants. The Sichuan fish dish was over $20 for 5 pieces of battered and lightly fried fish fillet. The sauce was not Sichuan at all. It tasted sweeter than it did spicy and we ordered medium spicy. I am used to medium spicy at Shang Cafe in the same complex and this was barely spicy at all. To cap it off, the server stared me down as I was paying for the meal. Most people would turn their head or leave the console on the table and walk away while the customer is tipping. He sped through reading the charges to me (I barely finished looking at it before he moved it to the tipping screen) and just watched me while I paid...I did not appreciate that. The food is over priced for the quality and quantity of meat in the dishes. The flavors are not authentically Chinese or what it's supposed to taste like. If it's supposed to be fusion, I don't think it was executed well. The service is not good. There is no reason to eat here unless this is how you want your food to taste.

I was quite impressed with the food but it's certainly not mind blowing. I would describe it as quality Chinese "fusion" food. I've been meaning to try this place in person but we only had the chance to finally order from here via DoorDash. We were hungry (important) and didn't want to take the chance with the wait or customer service (based on reviews) so I'm glad we did delivery.Minus one star due to the price of the food. There are still many items we want to try but we destroyed all the food between the four of us:Dry Cauliflower ManchurianChilli Garlic NoodlesDry Chilli ChickenPan Fried Chilli PaneerChicken Momo Dumplings (must have the sauce and I would ask for extra next time)The chicken, paneer and cauliflower dishes were all pretty saucy. On DoorDash there was no option for spice level and nothing was too spicy but there were plenty of Thai chili's especially in the chicken dish and that added a bit of a kick. I would probably order the momo, cauliflower and chicken again but I would like to explore the menu and try some new dishes.
