Came here yesterday for lunch around 1pm, I got the regular hiroshi ramen ($18) and takoyaki ($10). Casual vibesPros:- huge portion of yummy ramen noodles - I like the thin texture and they give you a LOT of noodles.- Delicious takoyaki!! Loved the little radish on top and sauce that they put on. Not too much batter, which I really appreciate.- Lots of available seating (at least during lunch)- Pretty quick service, the waitress was really efficient- Easy parking lot to utilize at Bishop Ranch- Really well cooked egg (easily my favorite part of ramen ahha)- decent tasting broth!- They let you take out ingredients if you don't like all of themCons:- the cha siu was a little too fatty for me- While the takoyaki is really tasty, a little pricey for 6 small balls (feels like nigiri pricing lol)Overall, not bad! It was perfect for a colder day since we were in the area shopping.

There's nothing quite like a hearty bowl of noodles on a cold day, so my friends and I decided to meet up for ramen at Ramen Hiroshi. To be safe, we made a reservation in advance for our large group (there were 7 of us); however, the restaurant was quiet on a Sunday evening. We were able to place our orders relatively quickly, and in no time, we were digging into our steaming bowls of ramen.I ordered the shoyu (my go-to) and was delighted to see that it came with all of the fixings - bamboo shoots, soft boiled egg, kamaboko, scallions, pork belly, and nori. The noodles were pleasantly chewy, and the pork belly, which can sometimes be too fatty, was tender and flavorful. While all else was executed well, the shoyu broth was a bit too salty for me. I wasn't in the mood for the tonkatsu broth this time - which I hear is their specialty - but I'll have to give it a try on my next visit.

Great service and well maintained restaurant and this place is in the Bishop ranch mall.I ordered chicken miso ramen, the noodles are really soft and perfectly cooked. However the broth is little bitter not sure if Ramen tastes this way. The soy chicken is really tender and thats the first thing I had.

Felt like having a warm bowl of noodles on a rainy chilly day. I haven't been here in a while and I remember how good their ramen was. We were greeted right away, seated right away, and service was friendly. Food was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it because our ramen was good. I ordered the Hiroshi Tonkotsu and it was very flavorful. The noodles were al dente. Not mushy. The broth was delicious. The egg was perfectly cooked! The pork was yummy. I wish I had ordered extra pork and egg. Hope to come back again soon!

Went on a Monday for a later lunch with a friend. Mondays at the Lot seem chill, this place is upstairs tucked in next to the theater. It was windy and a bit chilly outside, so soup sounded good. We both settled on the same choice, the Yuzu infused chicken bowl. It comes with a medallions of sliced chicken, hard boiled egg, bok Choi, bean sprouts and fish cakes, and noodles in a very rich broth. So filling I couldn't finish all of mine. Our server was very helpful with all our questions and the food came quickly. I added some hot green tea and my friend a sparkling water. Our meal was quite reasonable. Love having so many great choices like this place when coming to the Lot!

Came here for dinner on a night where we wanted to try something new. It was pretty quiet on a Saturday night, we walked in and were seated immediately. It's got a very casual atmosphere. We ordered ika (fried squid) to share and at our table we got Hiroshi tonkatsu and shio ramen bowls. The service was quick and attentive, the food was okay. We've felt like we've had better broth. Noodle texture was decent but it was an average bowl of ramen, in my opinion.

First time to this location. The ramen we ordered Soyu and Miso were pretty decent. Unfortunately, I can't say that for the service. We were waived in to be seated and that was in. It was not busy, but the witness did not come over until we flagged her down. The employees were all standing around in the back chit chatting. They close at 9pm, but turned away customers st 8:30pm. Is that normal??Would have to reconsider coming back again.

Delicious pork bone and/or chicken broth ramen with the bonus of having two vegetarian broth ramen bowls to choose from as well. The crispy chicken wings are satisfying. The wait staff are kind and friendly. The top ramen place in San Ramon, according to my family's opinion.

Service was decent and staff were friendly and attentive. One waiter was very considerate and checked on our water pretty often. Not the biggest fan on the ramen. The tantanmen was not quite flavorful and the signature tonkatsu ramen didn't have good texture. Both bowls were also quite oily and didn't have much broth.Food - 4/10Ambiance/ Service - 8/10
