Even if the rating was less than 4 stars, I'm giving it 5Ordered honey black tea, less ice and sugar. It was the perfect blend. The sweetness was perfect for the tea making it enjoyable.Since I got there before the crowd came, I got my order within a minute.I would come back here and try out their other drinks

Haven't seen a brown rice-based milk tea before so had to try it. Not sure I'd get it again, but it definitely had a unique flavor and was worth trying. Ordering was simple using the kiosks and the wait time was reasonable.

I decided to try this place out as I've always walk by it. I ordered the strawberry horchata and dragon mango green tea. The dragon mango green tea was very good. I would definitely order that drink again. I never had strawberry horchata before, but I'd definitely say it's pretty unique, tasted like a strawberry churro and was very sweet. The only downside is that the boba was not fresh at all. It was pretty hard as soon as I sipped my drink, which kinda ruins the whole experience.Service was really quick and efficient. As soon as I order on the kiosk, drinks were made less than 5 min, which is awesome.

Quick and casual spot to grab boba in Valley Fair mall! They have self ordering kiosks and drinks come out reasonably fast. My go to is the Thai Tea Stormy! Boba was also a good texture.

Got boba on national boba day! A close friend and I were walking around valley fair and were craving boba to commemorate the day. We decided to go with R&B since it was nearest the food court. It's an automated process where you order through a kiosk, wait for a text on your phone, then pick up at the counter. I got their mango green tea with aloe Vera as my safe choice whenever I try a new boba shop. Great, sweet, and refreshing! No complaints, just good boba

Better than I expected. Even though this boba place was only rated 3/5 stars, I try it out because I was curious. I ordered the Mango Green tea with no toppings- 70% sugar with less ice. The flavor was really good, I have tried this same drink from other places and it can sometimes be bitter or watered down. The staff were nice and efficient. Definitely will come back to try other drinks.

As a self-proclaimed milk tea/boba connoisseur, I did not have high expectations for this place based on what I've heard. I was really just craving a milk tea while at the mall and wanted to try something that I hadn't tried before. I was actually pretty happy/impressed with my house (brown sugar) milk tea!This drink had a good amount of sweetness at 70% - I would not get any more than that. The tea flavor is not strong, so that was a downside. But the overall flavor was still tasty and definitely satisfied the craving. The biggest downside is that the brown sugar boba was not flavored/sweet at all and they stuck together, making it hard to suck up the straw. I did appreciate the chewiness of the boba, though!This is located on the 2nd floor of the mall right next to the dining terrace/food court. You order on the kiosks, so card payments only.

The lychee milk tea frost wasn't a slushy. I asked the employee and they said it was a slushy. And I said it was just liquid. She said that's how it's made and denied to make another drink. I wouldn't recommend going again

Worst boba tea we had so far. We order brown sugar boba milk and the tapioca was soooo hard to chew. The base wasn't good either. I would not recommend this place as there's so many better options in the mall.

Me and The Boys decided to go to Westfield Valleyfair. We decided to try this Boba spot called R&B. The service here is very fast and convenient. I got the Matcha strawberry mango with Boba, which was really good. Make sure you come check them out when you're in South Bay.
