Quickly

I stopped in while at the mall today. It's a small shop but very friendly. I ordered from a tablet and had my order in my hand in less than 10 minutes even though they were fairly busy. With the extensive menu, there was a lot to choose from in terms of drinks and food.I ordered a mango fruit tea (green) with mango stars and honey boba. I really enjoyed it, it has just the right amount of sweetness. I also got the fried lumpia, which considering I got it in less than 10 minutes, was amazing!

Say what you want about Quickly, but it's an ol' reliable. I was hungry while hanging out at Eastridge Mall, and none of the food options in the food court seemed appealing, so I headed downstairs to Quickly for my popcorn chicken fix.I gotta say--inflation is a b****. You can still see the old popcorn chicken poster on their wall with the original price of $5.99 scratched out and replaced with a 9.The inside of Quickly is exactly what you'd expect--about 500 menu items and counting. The worker taking my order was running the whole place by herself, but she was super awesome at her job and kept things moving.My total for the popcorn chicken came out to around $11 after tax and tip.Overall, 7/10 because it could've been fresher, but 5 stars for the service because she was so nice and awesome at her job. :)

I recently visited Quickly to try boba tea, and I was unsure about what to order since I've never ordered for myself before. Katie, the cashier, was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to explain the different flavors and even let me sample a few options. Thanks to her patience and guidance, I now know which boba tea I prefer and feel confident ordering on my own! Great customer service and a welcoming experience. I'll definitely be back!

The popcorn chicken was RAW! Went to Quickly in Eastridge mall for a quick snack after the gym and noticed the popcorn chicken was raw and was sick after. Almost the entire bag was raw and have noticed it after we had left the mall. Started eating it before really looking at it and then slowly realized it was raw, the chicken was pink inside after breaking it apart and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. Waited 10 minutes for our food to come out which was not a big problem but from looking at the chicken it was raw. It is not worth it to go here at all. The service isn't that good either and unfortunately will not be coming back.

I went to the store on Friday, ordered popcorn chicken, tofu and classic milk tea, the popcorn chicken is so juicy and revoked my memory about the childhood, yup I know Quickly from that time(Don't guess my age). The girl seems super nice, she helped me with the order, I got my drink and snack within 5 minutes, the price are also reasonable given that all other places are kind of expensive. Will come back again!

Thank you to the amazing young lady working on 10/5/24 who was running the store alone. We placed a huge order (10 separate orders) and she kicked butt on getting it all done so fast!

This Quickly is located in the Eastridge Mall. The service was not good at all - one of the employee was clueless and she kept referring us to the other employee, and this particular employee had an attitude and he was rude. The drinks and food took a very long time here for just a simple milk tea and popcorn chicken.I wanted a quick snack, and ordered a classic milk tea and an order of popcorn chicken. The milk tea tasted a bit bitter and it had this weird aftertaste - oddly enough, it tasted like how dirt would potentially taste like. The popcorn chicken was a bit greasy and oily compared to their other locations.

I haven't been to Quickly since way before pandemic and today I was craving popcorn chicken and milk tea for lunch while stopping by the mall. There was no customer when I came here at around 130pm todaay. There was one staff working and she did not pay attention to me. There is no bell to ring. I waited a few minutes before she looked out to see me. I greeted her and she just looked at me while she took off her gloves. She came up to the register and just looked at me. So I placed my order. She didnt asked for level of spice for the chicken nor level of sweetness for my drink. I took the My order was ready in about 10 minutes. I like my chicken spicy so I was glad to see that there is chili powder and pepper on the side. However, it's hard to mix the chicken up with thw spices evenly in the small bag with lots of chicken. The price $8.99 for chicken is decent for the amount of chicken you get. It truly is crispy as advertised though some pieces were more dried and chewey than others. The chicken pieces are pretty big and takes about 3 bites for me to finish off one piece. The seasoning is flavorful but I think it's a tad salty as it leaves a tingy feeling on my tongue and wanting to drink more tea or water from it being salty. The JMT is 50% sweet but I feel it was still too sweet for me. 25% may have just do. The drink was alright. It lacked tea flavor and was very creamy. I'm not sure if I will return in the future but who knows.

Kids loved this for milk tea and snacks.. It's pretty good and prices is very reasonable. Parking is good because it's mall. I do recommend this place.
