This was one of the best Valentines dinners we've ever had. I personally feel when I walk into a restaurant if the staff are smiling, Happy, and genuinely seem to be happy to be working there, the dining experience is going to be amazing and it was. The Valentine's ambience was five stars. They were huge and I'm huge Valentine heart balloons all over the restaurant and Beautiful red roses everywhere. The staff even gave me a complementary bouquet of red roses while we were dining. What a classy touch. Let's not forget the food, the food was delicious. We ordered the halibut Crudo, bruschetta canapé, shared the Caesar salad, I got the Bronzino, and my lover got the risotto, and we got dessert. We do not have one single complaint. Plus our waitress and staff were so accommodating and kind. We can't wait to go back. Thank you to everyone at Quattro for a wonderful time. Kisses and hugs.

The ambiance is upscale as expected for a Four Seasons hotel restaurant. The service is phenomenal with wait staff constantly checking for any opportunity to serve. The Caciocavallo Impiccato was much better than we expected! Note: you pour the cheese in the bottle onto the entire plate (especially on the bread & meat). Strongly recommended! The Pizza Parma was a bit of a let down being very dry and lacking sauce. The meat and cheese were good when present but overall could have used more. The Fettucini Alla Carbonara was a big let down. This was somehow very dry, and the cheese was both too salty and lacking flavor. On top of this, the noodles were very hard and chewy due to how dry the overall dish was. Over all, this is a 4 just because the first dish was good and the service/ambiance were excellent. Strongly recommend avoiding entrees here! Just go with the easy starters that are hard to mess up.

We have a girls party. It was very warm inside with sunlight we can wear our dresses and not feel cold. We are required to order $85 menu with 2 breakfast/brunch items and one dessert. Too much food. Wine is $50 corkage per bottle and only 2 bottled. Parking is free. Space is ok. Not particularly beautiful for that price.

Quattro is a super delicious Italian food. I enjoyed my meal with my friend. I had the Tagliatelle ai Fungi and it was super good. Also, I paired it with some white when and if was perfect. But sadly there was a fly and it when in my glass. I told my server and she gave me a new glass which was very nice of her to do so. The desserts were phenomenal. Truly enjoyable and I wanted more. However, there is a downside. The dessert wine my server recommended. I did not enjoy it at all. It was in a pretty glass and it looked like a tulip. I am not sure what it is called but it tasted like perfume. I kept telling my friend I was drinking perfume. Other than those mishaps it was a great restaurant to talk with my friend. The ambiance is very modern and has a great vibe. It fits perfectly in the hotel. It is classy and great for dates or girl's night out. This restaurant has some downfalls but it is good and a must-go-to-stop when you are taking a staycation in four seasons.

Did a staycation at the Four Seasons Hotel & decided to eat at their restaurant downstairs. Excellent choice! Dinner & dessert were wonderfully made along with their excellent customer service & the ambiance inside & outside are perfect. Love how they setup the hotel during Christmas & the food couldn't have not been any better. I had leftover for a midnight snack since I worked two entrees.

Restaurant in the Four Seasons, Brewed coffee and Cappuccino were pretty MEH.California Omelet, Huevos Rancheros, Egg Frittata and Pancakes were decent but for the price and being Four Seasons expected more.Service was five stars, but that is expected given the hotel.

This review is exclusively for their dining event, "1001 Nights". We booked the experience via OpenTable. The event was an inclusive 4 course meal (not counting the warm focaccia bread and a welcoming rose water beverage), they presented a menu in which you would select 2 dishes from either the salads, appetizers, or dips sections. Then choose 1 entree (beef, chicken, veg or fish), followed by a dessert (4 choices: ice cream, fruit salad, tiramisu, or milk pudding). This was outdoors in the patio section of the Quattro restaurant. Pretty elaborately decorated. There was also a belly dancer who came out once an hour, and in different outfits to wow and entertain us. Service was friendly, however they almost skipped our main course and rushed us into dessert. Forgivable mistake, since they were actually pretty nice. (FYI 20% service charge will automatically be included when you receive your bill)

Very overpriced, but I think that's obvious when you're eating at the four seasons. It's good service, though it's not consistently so. Sometimes no one seems to be working - but I can't fault them for having difficulty staffing. The food tastes good. Nothing is incredible or wowing you. But it's solid. Though sometimes you get a dud.

This review is based on a combo of bar service 2 days & one lunch on the patio. The 3 stars was for the lack of service. Service was not 5 star, it was 2-3 star. The food was fine. This bar/restaurant is inside the luxury 5 star Four Seasons Hotel, where typically service is outstanding. This was the first time I've ever been to a Four Seasons where we stood next to the bar for about 7 minutes, while people behind the bar put away dishes & went back and forth to the kitchen & never said a word to us? To top it off, there were two girls at the hostess stand that also just stared at us periodically, until finely after our seven minutes, I walked over and asked is your bar open or closed? They simply said it's open. I mean, did they think we were standing there for the health of it? No apology no asking us to please have a seat, very unusual lack of service for Four Seasons. There was literally nobody at the bar, so we sat down, and it was probably another five minutes before someone asked if we wanted a menu. I'm going to guess that they were on a shift change, but that should not be the guest's problem. Having said all that, our food was very good, but extremely pricey (as we expected, but you're also typically paying for exquisite service which we did not have). We had a cheese board that was nice, our wine was $23 a glass, but we enjoyed it. I don't think that the guy behind the bar was actually the bartender. He was trying to make drinks and was reading how to make them and was supposed to be making a non-alcoholic drink for someone and messed up and put in it. He nicely offered us that drink for free so that was a bonus that we accepted given that we were disgruntled earlier. We did tip him well also, since that free cocktail was $25. We returned for lunch on the patio the following day, and Service was OK but just different than any other Four Seasons that I've been to. I chalked it up to employees being new and maybe unsure of them themselves. I loved the EGGPLANT MOUTABAL which is Smoked Eggplant Puree, Pomegranate Seeds (DF), (VG) with pita bread. The dip, outstanding, but the pita bread was not the freshest nor was it warm. We decided to just go with their house Quattro burger, which was huge and yummy & neither of us could finish it. It was very good and it came with a large hot crispy portion of fries. We had a bottle of wine on the patio, which they did chill for us and come back and pour periodically so that was nice. The outdoor patio is beautiful with the flowers and the fountain. Anyway, my 3 stars is because this was least impressive all around 2 days I've had a Four Seasons restaurant.

As frequent diners in the Bay Area for the past six years (we moved from New York), we were surprised to find our first experience at this restaurant so disappointing. I made a reservation nearly a month in advance and specifically requested the à la carte menu, as I am vegetarian and often find prix fixe menus limiting. Upon arrival on Valentine's Day, we were warmly welcomed and seated in the main dining area. However, when the server arrived 15 minutes later, we were informed that we could only order à la carte from the bar area, despite my reservation request. To avoid further disruption, we decided to stay seated. The service was unfortunately slow and disorganized. Servers repeatedly asked for our order, and it took 40 minutes for our welcome drinks to arrive. Our first course was served after an hour, despite the server's assurance that the chef would prepare a vegetarian option for me. After two hours, and with only 4 of the five courses served, we asked the server to pack our dessert as our child was becoming restless. Upon returning home, we discovered cheese had been packed instead of dessert. For a nearly $500 dinner for three, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
