Normally I don't write reviews for fast food joints. The expectations are low. But today I heard words from an employee I never thought I'd hear. I ordered three pieces of chicken for $6 for my mom. All dark meat. 1 wing. 1 leg. 1 thigh. After I got my order I realized it was two thighs and a leg, and my mom doesn't eat thighs so I kindly asked one of the employees to replace the thigh with a leg or wing. He said he was out of wings but started looking for a leg. Another employee, probably the assistant to the assistant manager, named Juan, told his coworker not to look and not to exchange my thigh. I said I'm not asking for anything extra here, you're out of wings so I'll take a leg as a replacement. He said: you paid $6 for 3 pieces of chicken. What do you want? Never in my life have I ever thought about throwing a haymaker at an employee. What difference does it make how much I paid, I'm just asking to get the order right or to do the best in their ability to get it right based on what they have. He proceeded with a smug look on his face and repeated the same line over and over again about how much I paid, and refused to swap out the thigh piece. I wrote in to corporate and they refunded me 700 points. I don't even care about the points to be honest. What a prick this guy was to say that to a customer who wasn't asking for anything other for what he ordered.

Ordered the chicken tenders, there pencil thin straps. Not tenders, more breading than chicken. Better off ordering chicken peices.

The employees have a very bad attitude and don't understand their work. They don't smile and don't take pride in their work. The Yelp reviews are terrible!

This man by the name of JUAN SOTO doesn't have an ounce of decency served me food that was cold and when I asked for them to warm it up he walked away with no help. He then continued to speak in Spanish and disregarded my question with no one even there. Please hire people appropriate for the job.

1 ranch for 2 five piece orders. Asked for more, they said they can only give extra for tenders. It's not extra though??? You're missing 1, buddy. Let's learn to count together
