I usually go to the Popeyes on Capitol since I've never had any problems. Today, I was reminded that there's a Popeyes closer to home here in the mall of Oakridge. Had some issues with my online order for pick up.When I had my brother go pick up my order, I was later informed that I had 2 orders placed within 1 minute of each other. I'm assuming it was a glitch from ordering online. So I had him ask if they could cancel one of them, the answer was no. So i was fine to take home the two separate orders. When my brother came home (annoyed), he came with only 1 order/recipt. I asked where the second order was, and he said this was all they had given him. He had mentioned the manager and him didn't have a pleasant exchange and took the receipt of one of the orders.I'll have to claim a dispute for the order that I didn't receive. I wanted 48 wings (2 orders of 24), was charged for 2 separate orders (so I'm expecting 96 wings) and received 1 order with 1/2 the number of sauces I was expecting to receive. Wings were good, but the experience was a bit of a disappointment that we didn't really enjoy the wings as we'd like.

This Popeyes needs some "spinach". I really like Popeyes products, but this store is TERRIBLE!! I created a takeout order via the app for pickup. I picked up my order and left. Once back at the car, I found that the unsweetened ice tea was sweetened, the coleslaw was missing, and no utensils were included. Since we were still at the location, I went back in to exchange the iced tea, collect the coleslaw and get utensils. I was informed that this store doesn't have unsweetened ice tea (but it is an option on the app!). Once I had a utensil, I discovered that the red beans and rice was burned -- it had a burnt taste. I won't be coming back to this one.

The time is 7:10PM. They close at 8PM. Tell me why the cashier ALMA tells me she's no longer selling sandwiches AT ALL because she doesn't want to make any more since she's getting ready to close. That's not my problem, there is 50 minutes left! You are getting paid to serve us! Wtf!

In general, I like this chain, but I can't recommend this location. I ordered a 3 piece tenders combo with a biscuit and a side of red beans and rice and a lemonade. I got the lemonade, the tenders, and a dry biscuit. They left out the red beans and rice, butter, honey, and sauces. When I went back I was able to get butter for the biscuit and the red beans and rice and a spork, but they were too busy talking to each other to pay attention and get anything else for me.To the franchise owner: you need a new manager and to retrain your staff.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Ordered two big boxes with rewards and for some reason didn't go through and after a struggle of proving it, employee was willing to go through giving us something for free, but we wanted our original order and politely asked for the manager. The manager then decided to escalate the situation and refuse to do the order. We then placed a second order of the same two big boxes which we payed full price for, that also didn't go through but the chicken and order was available in which we had proof of fully paying the order, but decided to proclaim it was closing time 5 minutes before their closing time and decided to throw away all the food in front of us. Then I had to request a refund for both my points and the order I payed for, and before closing time didn't even let us order a third order at the store itself. Employee was very understanding but manager definitely had some kind of bias or was discriminating or was just lazy. At this point we wasted over an hour and gave up and went home to eat with whatever we had in the fridge. God awful.

When you ordered a Combo on any you gets and you are still charged for the drink and the sides that which should not be charged for it. Combo with drink and sides to be included in the price. They took advantage of us with that. They gave us a small box which should be not belong to the foods that it was put in. Foods are 5/10 but waste of money that we should be not charged for. They does gave us plenty of stuff we needed. The area is plenty to sit down. Clean area. So space. Not sure if I'll be coming back.
