Poki Run

Poki Run has truly ruined it for myself when it comes to my poke cravings. No other place can compare, especially when it comes to taste and quality of that sushi rice. Let's be real- if your rice is trash, the meal itself couldn't possibly be any better when it comes to this type of dish. Poki Run is a bit of a drive compared to a couple of poke spots located a lot closer to home but I'd easily make the trip. 5/5 stars!! Seafood, protein, and ingredients are always fresh, tasty, and the pricing is 100% justified. Flavorings as a whole is always spot on and satisfies all my cravings completely. Having a few recent fails at other establishments have only solidified my love and high praises for PR.

I was interested in trying some new poke restaurants in the area and decided on Poki Run. I appreciate that they have some unique things on their menu such as the black rice, mango mayo sauce, and blueberry mayo sauce. The regular poke bowl is also fairly priced and the portions were great. My poke bowl consisted of Black Rice, x2 Salmon, Ahi Tuna, House Sauce, Cucumber, Onion, Avocado, Seaweed Salad, Crab, Edamame, Green Onion, Masago, Wasabi, and Ginger, Sesame Seeds, and Furikake. I asked for Spicy Mayo and Wasabi Mayo to be drizzled on top and got the Mango Mayo and Blueberry Mayo sauce on the side.I definitely would come back for another meal, the mango and blueberry mayo sauce were interesting, I would probably get them on the side to try again.

I LOVE POKI RUNNN!!! It beats Poke House slightly because they offer up to five scoops and have a variety in their menu. I usually go for the bowls, and the biggest win for me is how consistently fresh the fish is, along with their great variety of sauces!In the bowl pictured, I opted for unagi and decided to try the blueberry mayo. Initially, I was skeptical (because blueberry mayo?!), but it adds a light, unexpected sweetness without being overpowering.The restaurant is spacious with lots of seating, the staff is always welcoming, and the area is kept clean. Highly recommend! I come here often and will definitely keep coming back :)

Since our usual poke place had been disappointing lately, we decided to look for another poke place to try. Saw this place had pretty good reviews and decent pricing, so we had to try. It's located in a shopping complex where there are plenty of parking spots. Not many people there when we got there so we were able to order right away. As we looked at the menu, we noticed the pricing was higher than what we saw on the menu in the photo section from about 5 months ago. Not happy with that, but oh well we are already here. We ordered 2 regular bowls. Each regular bowl receives 3 scoops. The employee scooping for my daughter was quite generous with her bowl compared to the one serving me, but the scoops felt small. Perhaps that's how much most places scoop nowadays. We like that they have a house sauce they and other options you can choose from to mix the poke with. We both chose the house sauce which is good. I thinks it's a sweet soy base sauce.As for the toppings, we like the toppings they offer and a big plus is that a scoop of avocado is free! Most places charge for avocado. We also like that they offer aside from spicy mayo, a mango sauce. There are other interesting flavors as well such as a blueberry sauce, but I chose the spicy mayo, mango sauce, and unagi sauce.All the flavors mixed together created a very tasty poke bowl. Both of us like this place better than our old go to place. We will be back again.

I'm a big fan of Poki Run! It's probably second only to Poke House in my book. I love the variety in the menu - you can get a side of sushi rolls with your bowl or opt for a few rolls instead of a bowl. The fish is always fresh, and the toppings are great! I also love the various sauces. The one in the picture is a blueberry mayo, which was really unique and surprisingly good!The toppings offered are pretty standard and always good. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable there is ample space to sit and eat.

This shop has been around for years, and I used to frequent this place a lot with coworkers. Now, it's been a while, but I appreciate the freshness of their fish and that they also have rolls like California Rolls, Avocado Maki, Inari, or Spicy Tuna Rolls. This is one of the few places that doesn't charge you extra for the seaweed salad or masago.Nice and clean. They provide complimentary chilled water for their patrons.Service is nice and friendly!

Love this place! It's Korean infused poki!!! They have amazing sauces like mango and blueberry. The fish taste pretty good and haven't had a bad experience yet. They have black rice, which is my go to base. In terms of protein, I normally opt for spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy shrimp however they have other proteins like tofu, Izumi-Tai, and many more. When you order, you'll be in and out ready to eat pretty fast. Service is friendly and easy going!

I regularly go to this place with my partner and I can't believe I haven't wrote a review yet. This place has black rice as a base, with avocado as one of the main toppings (no additional cost). They have some great selections.Service was great. I think next time I need to ask them on the recommended sauce to make it spicy and creamy. I think my only comment is to have less mayo in the crab salad and it will be fantastic! This place is definitely more of a take out. They have a few tables inside. The service is fantastic and everyone is super friendly.

I wish I could give Poki Run 100 stars. I would challenge you to find a Poki place better than this.. go ahead.. I'll wait. The food is super fresh, absolutely delicious and with great options. The staff is so courteous. I believe it's a family run business and they do such an amazing job. The place itself is so clean. And they ensure they keep it clean always. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

I had decided to give this place a try since i was nearby and i'm glad I did! I got a regular bowl with sushi rice, spicy tuna, spicy crab, spicy shrimp, cucumber, onion, avacado, crab, edamame, corn, green onion, jalapeño, house sauce, spicy mayo, unagi sauce, all dry toppings. They have a great variety of other bases, proteins, sauces & toppings. Good service and clean place. It was very good so I will be back again!
