Small restaurant with several tables. I've never seen the restaurant super packed so I don't anticipate finding a seat to be a problem. The fish is decent quality and there is a moderate selection of toppings. The small bowl comes with 3 scoops of fish for $15 which is pretty well priced in the area. Seaweed salad, crab salad, and avocado are all extra charge. The portion is moderately sized where you won't be stuffed nor will you be hungry.

Came here today on president's day holiday. Normally you would order on a piece of paper but I guess they ran out?I got 2 (3 scoop of protein) poke bowl and a beef don. For my poke bowl I got half brown rice and half salad along with my choices of protein: salmon, tuna, and crab salad. It baffled me that crab salad is even considered a protein.... it's usually considered as a topping. The toppings and sides selection is ok. Not as good as poke bowl in colma or icey poke in san jose. The guy who helped me out made my bowl way too saucy. 1 of the poke bowls had just steamed rice while the other had half salad half brown rice. I may have heard wrong but the guy who helped me out today muttered under his breath "ma fan". Which means a hassle in cantonese. Threw me off but the store should've been prepared with those papers to order or just say nothing at all.

Standard poke place. The interesting thing is that instead of telling them what you want as you move from one side to the other, you check your options on a piece of paper and then pay for it. This is probably because they serve more than just poke. I personally don't like this method of ordering because the wait seems longer especially when they have a bunch of togo orders. There are a lot of things that cost extra but probably no different from other poke places. I don't think the fish is super fresh but they are not spoiled either. I don't like the rice however as the sushi rice is just regular white rice (too dry) not good sushi rice. Overall it's alright so it gets standard 3 stars.

Line was a bit busy upon walking in. Definitely a busy place. We ordered 1 large poke bowl, and 2 medium bowls. They definitely forgot a couple things on all bowls and the amounts of the protein were so sad. Since it wasn't our vibe that day, we took our food to go. Not a fan.

WOW one of my favorite poke places!! Poke one doesn't just serve poke bowls, they have sushiritos, curry, hot bowls, and more. Once you enter, you write down what you want on the checklist paper and hand it to the worker. Super easy and quick. They give so much in the bowl and the edamame is HUGE. I love the big scoops of protein and the sauces were delicious. The place is pretty spacious and there was plenty of seating when I went. Please give this place a try if you're ever in the area!

This is my go to poke spot! They carry build your own poke bowls as well as premade sushi burritos, curry, hot foods (beef bowls, pork bowls) and more! I love how they give you an order form to order from so you're easily able to see/pick all of the different options. The inside is clean, the service is very fast, and they usually play kpop on the stereo. There's a good amount of tables for indoor dining. They also have a stamp card & if you purchase 10 items, you'll get your next one for free!

This is a solid poke spot with plenty of fish options. The prices are affordable for fish nowadays. I used to like going to a different place in Burlingame, but the price for that has gone up so much, so I started going here since it's a better deal. The fish is pretty fresh, and I really liked the salmon. It's also nice that you can get tofu without it costing extra or counting as one of the proteins. Definitely a good place to grab a quick and satisfying bowl

A solid 3.5 stars for me. I wasn't expecting much from Poke One. Order with a paper slip and choose everything you desire. All of the ingredients seemed fairly fresh. Nothing really wowed me but it was better than other poke spots. The prices are averageThe portions are good for add ins and sides. But fish is light

This might just be my new go to poke bowl when I'm too lazy to go to San Mateo. So far there's always been plenty of seating to sit and have a decent conversation without too much noise. Very straight forward ordering system. Fill out what you want on the form, hand it over and then you get your poke bowl. Me? I'm all about the salmon. Two scoops are plenty for me and I'll take as many free sides as Ican get! Love the fact there is a loyalty program too with stamps! Will definitely comeback!
