**Overall: 3.5 stars**Pizza My Heart is a chain, but the pizzas are SOLID! It is hard to walk into one and not order something. They taste consistently good, and the toppings are plentiful! Our favorite is the Big Sur. The veggie one is good also. The prices aren't that bad either. My kids always want to get the tshirt+slice deal for $8. They now collect them because it has the city on the shirt.This store location is close to a great ice cream store and a few steps from the beach. You can grab a pizza and eat it while feeling the sand under your feet and sun on your face!The only downside is it's not great to eat there, even though there's a room for dining-in. The indoor dining area feels more like an after thought with the scattered chairs, unkempt tables, and piles of boxes in the back.If you get pizza here, most take it to-go, so it doesn't seem to bother anyone.

Pizza 1 has been Pizza My Heart for a while now. The location is great for taking slices home or to the beach. They are always slinging slices! It's kid friendly and has indoor and outdoor seating.

Ordered one of their vegan pizzas. And it was extremely difficult to eat as base was falling off (as shown in the video). Also taste was very average. They also do not have any menu and when asked for a menu response was we don't have bro, I'm just saying it right (I asked for menu as there were few different options and each one with different toppings, so it wasn't easy to grasp all the details when he was saying out so fast)

We would always go here when I'm at pizza one. We are very happy that they still have the Corralitos pizza. However, the crust is not that great it's thin, easily breakable not appetizing but all its crust and it's close to our house.

Perhaps it's hard to get enough or your best employees to work on a holiday. Sullen staff. Not a smile on anyone's face. Said I'd like a glass of water, was referred to the side wall and a decanter. Thanked her, walked over. No cups. Walked back, asked for a cup. "We don't have any, would you like to buy a bottle of water? Nope. Cups were located and re-stocked. Water decanter empty. Tables all dirty. Trash overflowing. Long wait. Brought out a to go box and asked if we had 3 pieces of pizza. No, 2, so she took the box back. Returned with the box a bit later with our correct slices. No longer hot. No metal tray offered for divvying it up for eating as usually provided for dine in.

This review went from "Ashy" to "Classy", due to a manager named Romano.We are locals that order from here all the time. This time my parents were in town from Florida and we rented a room at the Rio Sands and decided we wanted Pizza.We called and ordered for delivery, only to not receive anything and no phone call.We were definitely not happy to say the least.I called the next day to ask for my money back and complain, the Manager Romano explained some of the issues there were having with Door dash, and it made sense to me.Then, he went ahead and refunded our money and gave us a free pizza to make up for the mess. You would think that this kind of service is normal (especially with a mistake like that) but unfortunately, we live in a time where these things don't happen anymore!!Thanks Romano!!

So to start it off they got my order wrong, which is really sad considering I ordered online. How can you mess up an order that is digitally written down in front of your face. They forgot a whole pizza. So we call and tell them, all they said was "ok we will refund you for the pizza, sorry about that." They Didn't offer to make it right by remaking the pizza and delivering it to us. The pizza that did arrive was good. Didn't arrive very hot but the taste and flavor was great. We ordered 3 pizzas in total and received 2 pizzas and a slice. I'm willing to try again because the taste was great. Wish I would have just picked it up though.Customer service I give 1 star. Need harder to try to make customers happy.

I've been putting up with the surly service because the pizza is good. Today I noticed a 50 cent charge for the box my slices came in. I note that the packets of parmesan and chili flakes have been moved behind the counter so you can't reach them, and they don't give you any with your pizza. There was a shaker with chili flakes by the water cooler, but not of Parmesan. The pizza isn't good enough to overcome surly service, hidden charges, and lack of condiment. I'm done.
