I cannot stop raving about this spot. It's my new go to spot for Vietnamese food besides my mom's house! This time I had lunch with my sister, and she also enjoyed it too. She ordered the pho with the brisket & I got the bun bo hue. It was extra flavorful & I'm glad that she also feels the same way as I do about this spot. I feel like the times I do come here, it's been consistent each time! I come here often for lunch so the owner graciously gave us an appetizer on the house. It was piping hot, crunchy and juicy! A bowl of hot noodle soup definitely hits the spot for a cold storm like today! I'll definitely be back maybe next week for lunch looool.

Found this not too far from our hotel. It's not walking distance but there's plenty of parking. It's kind of pricey for pho and I thought the portions and quality could be better. The well done brisket for me was tough, also too thick. The spring aka summer rolls were very good. He had the ribeye pho but it barely had any ribeye, maybe 3 pieces of meat.

Decent Vietnamese food in Pleasanton - we were especially impressed by the appetizers. My wife and I stopped by for a quick lunch and were only the second customers there. The décor was nice - I especially liked the giant mural along the wall. We ordered Thai iced tea and Vietnamese iced coffee, then looked at the menu. We ordered the bánh mì (Vietnamese sandwich with chicken) and bì cuôn (fresh spring rolls with shredded pork skin) appetizers as recommended by our knowledgeable server, and decided to share the mì quang lunch special (rice noodle with chicken, shrimp and egg). The food didn't take long. The spring rolls were deliciously fresh and crunchy, and the taste improved when they were dipped in the sauce. An excellent appetizer option for the low-carb customer. At the other end of the carb spectrum, the sandwich was equally satisfying, though I had a couple more jalapeño slices in my half than I wanted! We were quite full by this time, and couldn't do justice to the noodle bowl - most of it was packed to go. Total bill (after tax and tip) was a little over $60, which is a bit expensive for lunch, but justifiable given the food authenticity and quality. Will be back.

Last minute lunch turned into something good! The rain was pouring so pho to the rescue! Great clean place! Soups were very tasty. Service was quick but a little hiccup with our order but they fixed it right away.

Came here on a whim since I was so hungry and was in the area. I craved BBH so I ordered it and was surprisingly satisfied with it. Flavors are there, a little on the sweet side but there was savoriness. I love mine with a lot of chili oil so I added more spice. Safe to say, I devoured it and left the remaining soup behind. Give it a try!

I recently moved back to the East Bay from New York--definitely missing my bookmarked restaurants, but I'm excited to explore all the great food, dining, and fun the Bay Area, especially the East Bay, has to offer. I haven't been feeling well this past week with the flu, so I decided to get some pho, which really hit the spot. I was recommended Pho Saigon in Pleasanton, and it didn't disappoint. The broth was fresh, the meat was tender, and the spring rolls were super fresh and delicious. That said, I was a bit surprised by the price--$18 for chicken pho felt a little steep, so I'd give it four stars. Still, I'd definitely recommend it and am looking forward to trying more pho spots in the area.

Came here for lunch and there was no wait time! We were seated immediately and the servers were really nice. I got a combo pho with steak, tripe, and another meat I can't remember the name of but it was really tender and fresh. The noodles were a bit bland as they were stuck together and they weren't as flavorful as I would've liked.
