Pho Now

The minute you walk into Pho Now, you're greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff is young, energetic, and clearly eager to make sure you have a good experience.The pho here is solid. It's served piping hot with a flavorful broth, and the portions are very generous. The large bowl is huge! perfect if you're really hungry.It's a nice place to grab a casual and satisfying meal with great service.

Came with the SO to this awesome place because I saw their Bun Thit Nuong and had to come and try! We got here pretty early so there was no wait to get seated. Really liked this place and would come again.What we got:1. B1: Vermicelli bun with grilled pork, shrimp and egg rolls, and2. C4: Rice co'm grilled pork chop and shrimpWe also got some signature drinks:1. Fresh Lemonade soda, and2. Kumquat iced tea w/ salted plum.The star was definitely the grilled pork chop. It was more a sizzling plate and the pork chop was excellently seasoned and very tender. The vermicelli was also very good! I don't think I loved the egg rolls, so next time I order I would just stick to the grilled pork and shrimp, but the egg rolls are _very_ crispy if you like that kind of thing. The sauce for it was nicely spicy.Favorite drink was hands down the fresh lemonade soda. Not too sweet but very refreshing.Would definitely come again!

Pho Now has been one of my top places to try ever since they opened. I was easily influenced by seeing a video on Tik Tok and knew I had to come and taste it for myself. The restaurant is bigger than I expected and had a lot of seating area available. It has a more modern look and feel to it than most Viet places do. We really liked how they have TV's playing with different food shows from different countries. The service here was really good. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to help. We ordered the egg roll plate as well as their pho. The egg rolls were not your typical egg roll. It has a rice paper shell but is super yummy and should definitely be eaten with the lettuce and mint that comes with it. I also usually do not like pho but the broth it great and filled with flavor. Also, if you come here you need to try their passionfruit drink. It is so good and I crave it everyday. The crunchy pieces of passionfruit seed are great. The only thing I didn't really care for here was the spring roll. I think it was filled with too many veggies and usually I prefer them to be less filled and skinnier. The peanut sauce was really good though! Overall, I would definitely return. Service was great and very fast. Food came out in less than ten minutes!

Came here for their happy hour (4-5pm) $9.99 pho dac biet with my parents. It only comes in the size of small but it is honestly not too bad for that price. Theres a robot that goes around delivering drinks which was very entertaining to see. We did notice the wait for our pho was little longer than expected, I'd say around 15-20 minutes for it to come out. The pho itself wasn't really screaming flavor in my honest opinion, it felt like it was lacking a ton of umami. For 10 bucks for a bowl, it's honestly a great deal! Theres service was very spot on with the waiter always coming by and refilling our waters regularly. Overall, it's not a bad place to get pho but I do wish there were some more flavor in the broth. I would definitely check out their promotion if you ever wanted to try this place out.

Decent pho spot! Lots of seating, casual restaurant with kind staff.I enjoyed the pho but the wait was wayyyy longer than expected after I ordered. Pho usually comes out fast. We waited about 25 minutes.The bun thit nuong was pretty good, large portion, grilled shrimp and pork was very tasty. Eggroll filling on the other hand wasn't that good. Usually there's some woodear mushroom & vermicelli but it was pure meat with not much flavor. Would return if wait improves. The rice plates looked good. Maybe it was busy? It was the night of Dec 23rd so didn't expect it to be.

The menu has a nice selection of items. We went with pho, bun, and spring rolls. The robot was a fun element bringing us water. The food was good. Nice serving sizes. I'd ordered a tea that I didn't get, but they were cool about removing it from the bill. The location is spacious and clean.

There aren't many Pho places in South San Jose that I enjoy, but Pho Now is an exception! I love the colorful and modern vibes and decor and they offer Pho, Vermicelli Bowls, and Sizzling Rice Plates. The Beef Pho is super tasty. The fresh noodles held together very well and didn't fall apart. The quality of the tender beef is on par with other pho spots in the area, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting. They also serve a special Wok-Seared Beef Pho that is different from other Pho spots and I love the good char smoke flavor from the wok and the beef was super tender! The one dish I've tried and didn't enjoy or recommend is the Chicken Pho. The two times I tried, the chicken is super tough! I'd stick to the Beef Pho.

We stopped by Pho Now for lunch today, and while it didn't entirely hit the spot, I see so much potential!The fresh shrimp spring rolls were absolutely delightful - a wonderful start! The shrimp sizzling plate showed promise, but the veggies could use a bit more love. They were tasteless and bland. The sweet sauce thhadcame with the sizling plate was not enough. The pho had its moments, too. Unfortunately, the chicken pho had hard, overcooked chicken (hopefully just a one-off!) and broth that needed a boost (fish sauce to the rescue!). The shrimp pho got a tad broccoli-happy, and the large pho portions could've used more noodles.I adore the modern vibe and spotless cleanliness, though! Service was great too!

Came here for lunch from work, 13 min drive.Ordered Pho Ga with carrots and broccoli for $18.  It was just OK.  The broth was weak and there was not enough meat.Also ordered fresh spring rolls which were on point; pretty with the lettuce sticking out but not very practical.
