Pho New Saigon

My kids and I had an amazing time at this Vietnamese restaurant! The food was so fresh, it felt like the ingredients had just come from the garden, and the meat was so tender it practically fell apart on the fork. The flavors were spot-on, and we couldn't get enough. Bonus: it's healthy enough to make you feel good about eating way too much!The staff were incredibly kind--like the type of people you wish were your neighbors--and luckily, this restaurant is our neighbors! The whole place had such a nice, cozy vibe. Very clean. If you're not lucky enough to live down the street and walk over like we did, no worries--there's plenty of parking. This spot is a total winner, and we'll definitely be back!

This is my family's go to pho spot in the area. Customer service is about average and the food comes out fast. Broth is tasty, with a strong beef flavor and minimal star anise/clove aroma that we prefer.Easy parking in the plaza, free wifi, and located next to 99 Ranch to go do groceries after you eat. Bowl of pho is $14-16 each

We order pho and a beef stew, both were good but maybe a little more oily than we prefer. The waiter was friendly and the food came out fast. The restaurant fills up fast with a weekday lunch crowd, but isn't too busy or loud. The plug in air freshener is too strong, the waitress wouldn't unplug it but turned it down which helped.

We were in the area and craving soup so we gave this restaurant a shot even with the reviews it had. To start- service was nonexistent. We sat down, and waited a long time before we got tired and went up to the counter t order our meals but other tables did get their orders taken at the table really fast so that put us off in the beginning. Food did come out fast, we ordered pho and bun Bo hue. Pho was not bad, the broth was light but tasty and didn't even need much else but it didn't have a lot of noodles or meat for a large. The amount was more compared to a small MAYBE a medium. Bun Bo hue wasn't good. It was just pho and pho broth and some spicy oil. Very disappointed in the taste and price because it was a lot pricier than pho but really that's what I ate.

This place has been our go-to for a while now. I always get the vermicelli and it's one of the best. Their appetizers are all good and we usually either get the chicken wings which are huge and delicious, the spring rolls, and recently the shrimp cakes which are soo good. The staff is pretty friendly and there is never a wait when we go

If you are vegetarian or prefer vegetarian please be very specific about your order. Be sure they repeat your order. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls and veggie wontons. She called out some numbers on the menu and we nodded. The next thing we know the wontons were pork filling and the rolls had shrimp in them with a side order of "we don't have vegetarian on the menu" explanation. I am still unsure if we were supposed to be reimbursed in this drama. We paid for it anyway...

Stopped here for a quick bowl of pho before heading to Ranch 99! Service was quick and everyone was so friendly. We ordered number 12 large and imperial rolls. The the rolls were a bit too dense and the skin was quite thick. The bowl of noodles were solid and the meat was soft.

I genuinely enjoy this Pho place and find it to be very comforting. The Pho broth here is clean and simple in my opinion, adding your choice of sauces and side dishes to eat alongside your soup is just a great combo. I typically order the #1 it comes with all the fixing of beef that they have especially my favorites, tendon and beef meatballs. It's served with your side veggies and upon request they can give you more. Beef Banh Mi - The beef is seasoned nicely and the fresh jalapeño, carrots, greens and mayo balance the flavors out into the fresh bread. Their chicken wings are simply fried, not much seasoning that it over other chicken flavor but enough to not be plain. The sauce that it's served with is the show stopper lol such a great match, crispy goodness dipped into a sweet and tangy sauce. Thai tea is refreshing and of course sweet but if you let the ice melt a bit it's just perfect after your meal. Service is direct, fast and clean. The man who takes your order is always attentive, you pay at the register after you finish ordering and eating your meal. I definitely recommend this place, very cozy and fulfilling.

A great place to grab a quick bowl of pho to go. It's in a plaza next to. 99 ranch so there's parking. Fast and friendly service. And a family oriented ambiance. Thank you!

Where do I begin? We came in and were not even greeted. we weren't sure if somebody was supposed to see us or if we should see ourselves so we went ahead and sat ourselves. it took a while for the lady to walk up to us and she asked us what we would like to order, but seemed pretty rushed, so rushed that she did not even seem to want to take the drink order . Ready two red flags ... She took down our order, but apparently totally forgot my husband's order and nobody came back to check on anything we asked for a water and a straw, and she seemed to have attitude about that. We just overlooked all of the bad things because we were very hungry.We watched everybody get served their food, and I already ate mine, and my husband still did not have his food. She had completely forgotten to put that part of the order in. I did not want to pay, but I did because I ate the pho . The pho was good and so was the orange juice that was mainly consisting of ice, but the flavor was goodI don't think we would go back though. I just can't believe that they forgot his entire order and did not even offer any kind of compensation. 0 stars for customer service When we walked in, I felt like they thought we were doing ourselves a favor by being there . Terrible
