Conveniently located in San Ramon with plenty of parking, this spot is easy to get to. The service was prompt, and the laid-back ambience made for a relaxing meal.I started with the summer roll and avocado roll. Both were delicious, but the avocado roll really stood out--it was the highlight of the appetizers for me.For the main course, I ordered the pho with steak and meatballs, accompanied by a side of veggies. The broth was rich and flavorful, even without adding plum sauce or chili oil. The steak was tender and cooked just right. However, the meatballs fell a bit short of expectations--they lacked the bold flavor I typically look forward to, especially since they're my favorite part of a pho dish.Overall, this is a solid spot for pho, and I'd come back for the convenience and quality.

Pho taste good, the broth flavor is there, but they don't give enough side veggies like other pho locations. Portion size is also smaller. We ordered beef stew, chicken pho, grilled pork chop over rice and banh mi.pork chops are two small slices with a small cup of rice. I would say it is less than 8oz of meat. But the marination and the flavoring is there. Banh mi is not authentic. Radishes have no taste, no jalapeño, and they put this "chimichurri" style sauce all over. For the price, you may skip and order it from authentic Vietnamese sandwich place.Service is pretty good and fast. They took our order and food came out very fast. Location is pretty clean and bright. Only thing is that floor is a little slippery in the hallway going to the bathroom due to the oil build ups.

Located in Crow Commons. Very interesting layout. The cashier stand is in the middle of the restaurant and on the side has individual eating booths like in Japan. It's also not the first time a Vietnamese restaurant sells boba drinks on their menu however, their decision of advertising jazen tea as its own entity is unique. We ordered:~BBH - lacked spice and traditional BBH flavor. It also didn't come with pork blood like all the BBH I've had. ~pork chop rice plate - pork chop didn't taste "grilled", lacked lemon grass flavor, and rice was overcooked and mushy. (The pork chop with fried egg was the same price as grilled chicken with egg roll, so we asked if we could order the pork chop with fried egg but sub the egg roll and they said no) ~kids pho with steak - wasn't able to order the steak on the side and the soup wasn't that great. Overall, I appreciate the Vietnamese representation in San Ramon. But they have some work to do if they want more than the locals to come.

Delicious pho and noodle bowl. Super flavorful and generous portions. The best chicken bowl I've ever had. Definitely recommend!

Overall I'm a fan. I got the small vegetable phone with egg noodle and it was delicious. Mom got the veggie pho with regular noodle, and sister got the chicken Karage and loved it. Chicken isn't spiced. Only thing I would warn is that the egg roll order is for one only not a pair. I would come again. I've gotten the drinks before and love them.

First bowl of pho had a mosquito in the broth and then asked them for another bowl which had a long piece of plastic in it. I told them i will not pay full price and said they can only give me 20% off after i barely ate any of the bowls of pho. Mom came here multiple times before and found hair in her broth. Used to love this place but can't do this type of food service anymore. Hopefully you see this before they delete it because they have been deleting these types of reviews.

It would be really great if I liked this place as it is in the same shopping center where I get my hair cut and do my grocery shopping, but unfortunately it is not a place I will be back to. The pho does not taste anything close to authentic and the menu is confusing. How can a menu be confusing? Because there are numbers, but they are not in order and many get skipped making it feel like there is a secret menu. I guess you get this at other pho restaurants that are chains or franchises as wellYou can always judge an Asian restaurants authenticity by the number of that specific Asian eating there and by how clean it is. No Vietnamese folks there the day we were there and my son even said the bathroom was super clean. Honestly, the only reason I came was because my haircut took longer than expected, and my kid was hungry. Also, they have football on the TVs, so that was a plus. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I just can vouch for this place. Food: 2/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 4/5 (clean and bright)

They're just OK. I felt like they were lacking in flavor and the quality of their ingredients. BUT if you're craving Pho, this should do the trick. Service was fine and the restaurant was clean. I did enjoy their wide selection of BOBA.

Probably one of the best Vietnamese pho places in the tri valley. Restaurant is clean and open. Food is prepared fast and neat. And the people are always nice despite being so busy. We order food to go often. They also have a separate counter in the back to order special teas.

Pho Hoa is just down the street from us so we decided to give it a try. It's clean and modern inside with comfortable booths and a spacious layout. We tried the #1 pho with raw steak and #21 pho with brisket and meatballs. The noodles were perfectly cooked with the right chew, the brisket and meatballs were great, and the price/portion was fantastic ($14 for a decent sized regular bowl). Unfortunately I just could not get over the broth. While it wasn't bland or sweet, the taste was off...maybe too much coriander or fennel? Some spice that made it taste soapy. There was also too much oil floating at the top of the broth where it was difficult to get through. If Pho Hoa is able to adjust their broth, this would easily be a go-to spot for pho.
