I've been wanting to try Pho Ha Noi and since they opened the Fremont Pacific Commons location it was some what closer for me. The interior decor and spacious. I heard it was a PF Chang's before PHN took over this space. Unlike the average Pho restaurant all of the accoutrements from the bowls, utensils to the sauces are matched and well thought out. I got their signature P1 pho which had loads of beef cuts including the chopped beef topping. The broth was excellent and came with blanched bean sprouts. Service was very good and you can pay at your table. Ok with the important experience out if the way here is one Negative. With so many Vietnamese coffee offerings from Banh Mi and pho restaurants, the Vietnamese Ice Coffee at Pho Ha Noi is the worst worst that I have ever had. It didn't taste like coffee just creamer. ( look at the pic) I was in a hurry going to an appointment so I didn't complain and just dropped it in the trash can on my way to the car. Minus Star.

I was excited to see Pho Ha Noi is finally in Fremont! With all the hype around this place for such a long time, I had really high expectations. Looks like they took over the old PF Chang restaurant. The place was huge, plenty of seating everywhere. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, wrote our name down on the list but barely waited to get called. We quickly looked at the menu and looked to flag someone to take our order. The staff seem to be scrambling, probably a little short staffed. After some time our order finally came. How's the food? Combination pho- $18-You need to ask for the mung bean sprouts for them to give you a plate. The mung bean sprouts come warm and boiled. I prefer mine raw and let it slightly cook in the soup but its not too big of a deal. The broth is flavorless. Honestly they need some sort of salt on this broth. I was going to ask for fish sauce but staff was so busy it was so hard to find someone to help. The meat was good, short rib being the best thing in this bowl. I don't think I'll ever go here again for pho unless they flavor their broth better. For $18 I was hoping for decent pho. Grilled lemongrass short rib-$18-It was okay. The warm nuoc cham made this dish. The shortrib was lacking flavor. We kept dunking the ribs in the sauce to make it delicious. My boyfriend was still hungry after his meal. They should offer larger morsels or uncut ribs. Chargrilled pork rolls- $8.75-our favorite thing we ordered. It was flavorful, fresh, and crunchy. If I ever come back I'll just get these. I would be satisfied for less money. Overall I don't think I will come back if I want good pho. I know many less known pho places that aren't as glamorous that offer better pho, better prices, and better service. I would maybe get some of those spring rolls to go though!

Been here a few times now and can definitively say the convenience of its location is one of the only things that keeps me coming back - and even then, I think I might just bite the bullet and make the drive to SJ for pho at the OG spot or another one of the plentiful options down there. Pho Ha Noi took over the old P.F. Chang's location in Pacific Commons and features a menu pretty true to its name in a setting reminiscent of sitting in a massive wooden boat hull.Pricing in the bay for a bowl of pho has gotten pretty brutal over the last few years and this place is no exception, averaging ~$19/bowl. What sets this location apart compared to its brethren is the value - and by that I mean the lack thereof. My last order of pho tai duoi bo came with a paltry serving of noodles, two small pieces of oxtail that were mostly gristle anyways, and a few pieces of overcooked beef slices. The broth was fairly standard, if not slightly less flavorful than what I'm used to. I've also tried their nem nuong cuon (grilled pork spring roll) that was less grilled than I prefer (too squishy) but was still a better deal than the pho. Can't quite put a reason to the discrepancy in quality here but hey, I'm a customer, not a consultant. If I return, it'll be on someone else's request...or if the voices in my head need pho that desperately on short notice.

What's better on a cold night than a hot bowl of Pho. I've been eyeing this place since it opened earlier this year but wanted to wait until colder months to try it.Ambiance and decor are nice inside. The aroma right when you walk in smells delicious. The restaurant was busy as it was a Saturday night but we got seated right away. There is also a full bar here.We ordered the following: Chargrilled pork rolls (appetizer)Imperial crab rolls (appetizer)Side of crispy sticky rice1 pound short rib phoSpicy hue noodle with 1 pound short ribThe pork rolls came out quickly and right after our first bite came everything else. There was barely any room on the table for everything. I wish we would have just got the two appetizers first then when we were done everything else. Maybe it's just me with 13 years of restaurant experience but maybe ask your guests if you would like everything at once or spaced out. Especially knowing the table size and there would barely be any room for all the plates and cups.Food didn't disappoint. I enjoyed my boyfriend's broth more on his spicy hue noodle however. Condiments come in a side bowl and not already on the table like a lot of Pho places.

We were in dire need of some sustenance after watching a 3 hour movie but didn't want anything super heavy. So generally we end up thinking spring rolls. We hadn't tried out Pho Ha Noi before so we decided, hey why not? In short, feels a little misplaced, but it was popping and the food was good though pricing can feel a bit steep.L O C A T I O NPho Ha Noi is located at the "start" of Pacific Commons near Market Broiler and basically took over the PF Changs and thus you can see the remnants of decor. Parking was a bit tough that night as parts of the parking lot were reserved for Christmas funtivities. But there's a gigantic lot which just means you may need to just walk a little further.I N S I D EIt's very spacious inside. We didn't eat in and ordered to go, but one side had a bar area. It was very busy and some kids were running around.M E N UWe didn't really peruse the menu too much but it seemed like they had pretty standard Vietnamese faire. We focused on the rolls and since they had a trio sampler of rolls, we opted for that.~ A9. Ha Noi Special Rolls ~You had your standard pork and shrimp then they had the lemon grass pork grilled one and a pork sausage roll. They were quite unique especially the pork sausage one which had this crispy egg skin roll inside which added a lovely textural component. There were three different sauces: a fish sauce and we believed two different peanut sauces where one might be with hoisin and the other just plain peanut sauce. Either way, delicious spread and a good way to sample all of the different rolls. The price for three rolls did shock me (roughly $16 + tax).S E R V I C EAs I said, they were quite busy but they were attentive to us when we were waiting. Easily paid by credit card.O V E R A L LI was surprised about this spot. Definitely didn't expect much and I did appreciate the variety of rolls they offered. I'm looking to explore more of the menu, but not a bad option if you're looking for some Vietnamese food. Will update my review as we experience more of their food. Try them out!

As I've been seeing many ads pop up for this spot, I decided to try it with my bf as we were in the area. Upon arrival, we saw a lot of parties walk in so that was a good sign to see. I normally don't try a lot of Vietnamese places bc most of the dishes I crave, my mom can make. But this spot is pretty good to go whenever I can't get moms cooking. As you walk in, the restaurant is decorated very modern with a traditional twist to it. The space is very spacious but they can seat a lot of people and it doesn't feel stuffy. The service was really good as well. Many of the staff would walk around and ask if the customers were okay or needed anything. The utensils they provide look super clean. Which is a plus bc I always clean my utensils before I use them. Now, for the food. My bf and I were really eye hungry so we got the Nem Nuong spring rolls as the appetizer. I would say it was fresh with the lettuce, cucumber, pickled veggie and the wonton wrapper inside (not sure of the name). The nem nuong inside was a thick cut and the spring roll came with a dipping sauce that had some pineapples for its sweet component. In addition, we also had the garlic noodles. It was the Angel noodles that had a lot of garlic and Parmesan and topped with fried garlic. We also ordered the pho with the short rib and the bun Bo hue with the short rib. Both the broths were super clean and refreshing, and the meat super tender. The portions are pretty big and comes with a lot of noodles which we were not expecting but are not complaining hahah. The short rib is huuuuuge but super tender. You can easily cut it with your chopsticks and it'll come right off. To help us easily digest the food, we also ordered some drinks. My bf got their Vietnamese ube coffee & I got their special healthy drink which comes with basil seeds, coconut meat, and grass jelly. The coffee is strongggg and not overly sweet even though it has the ube which is a plus. The special healthy drink is refreshing and tasty. Overall, the experience here was good. I'll definitely come back to try the other dishes :)

First time at this location and I just didn't care for it. Yes, it looks nice inside, it's clean, and service was good.... But what happened to all the flavor OG Pho Ha Noi was known for???Their shaking beef is good but kinda $. I do wish I could pour my own hoisin and sriracha, instead of giving it to us together. It's not bad pho, but it's also not on my top pho list either. I'd prob just drive to SJ for more flavor.

Amazing food. Ordered Spicy Hue Noodle with 1lb Short Rib and it was really good. You can't taste the spiciness. A good amount of portion. Very friendly and quick service. Quite a huge place and not too loud.

The one and only 5 stars Pho restaurant in The Bay Area, food is top notch beef meat, one thing I love is coming here while, Vi her name is Vi if I'm not mistaken, she not just sweet and smart, she fast, pay attention to details of what her customers want and every time we go there on, VI work shifts (if we're lucky) we don't have to stress up the name of side plates (not in the menu to order) Cause, VI, she Understands right away. Thanks for remembering what we liked to order here at Pho Ha Noi.
