This is my boyfriend and mine's favorite pho restaurant! We come here at least every week because the food is amazing and A LOT. If you want extra noodles, you got it! The waiters are especially amazing. They are very sweet and they get your food to your table ASAP. If you're a big back craving pho, come here!

Stopped by around 9pm on the weekend, moderately busy but not packed. We were seated within 5 mins and taken to our table. The interior was fairly nice, pretty big establishment.Restaurant staff came around quickly to take orders, and pho came out within 10 mins. This was probably the strong point of the service, because other than these instances, service was very hard to come by. We had to ask for chili oil 3 separate times and wait close to 10 minutes to get any. We also could not find anyone to request refills on our water. Restaurant staff did not come around at a single point after dropping off our food/chili oil. The pho itself was amazing. It was full of flavor, and so delicious! The large felt like a large, and this is comparable to some of my other favorite pho spots in the Bay Area. I would come back solely for the pho, not much else.

Idk how Pho 90 Degree gets a 3/5 when their food always comes out piping hot and is always a satisfactory meal.Their ché hit the spot. The combo of coconut juice, raw coconut, basil seeds, longan, and jelly can never do me wrongFirst time getting the hu tieu and it was good! Shrimps were huge and noodles were a great texture.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy, pretty quiet considering it was Christmas Eve. We got a table for 7 people and were served on a timely manner - they only took awhile to get us water (we asked several times) but our food came together and not too long after we ordered. I ordered bun cha hanoi and it was delicious. They packed the assortment of meats into the bowl which had the special sauce and pickled veggies. I was a bit worried it wouldn't taste good at first because it didn't seem like a popular item and this place is known for pho, but I was happy with my choice and would make it again.

*Visited Thursday 12/19/024 around 10:30pm Came here with my boyfriend for a late night pho dinner and was pleasantly surprised that the food here has improved. The last time I've been here was about two years ago. This recent visit was nice and peasant, our waiter was pretty kind and quick to get our orders in. Despite coming in around 10:30, the restaurant had quite a number of customers in it- as well as a pretty large group (15+) coming in around 11pm. OKAY THE FOOD: * I ordered their Elegant Rose Tea with Boba, and found it pretty tasty! * Nem Nuong Cuon was pretty tasty, and came out pretty quick *There's fresh noodles now!! I recall that Pho 90 used to not have fresh noodles and was so happy it's now an option *Pho Dac Biet - pretty filling and not bad at all. Happy eating! x

This Vietnamese soup house closes late, so I am so glad that it is in my neighborhood. Came home from a late night flight craving for some good Vietnamese soup. They generally close around midnight. When we came, it was quite a bit late so the staff were understandably, a bit tired. However, you have to try their Vietnamese spring roll, especially the nem nuong roll! Their pho had so much meat! I believe they also have a location at the great mall.

Just got out of watching Frozen the Musical in SJ Convention Center and headed to Pho Hanoi only to find that they closed at 9pm and luckily stumbled into Pho 90 degrees and was pleasantly surprised. They give you so much meat with the pho dac biet. I have never taken what's left of my pho home until that night. I finished all the beef on top and the noodles only to find more beef at the bottom. Broth and pho were good. The nem nuong cuon was good as well, the sauce is the shrimp dip that I like. Highly recommend this place.

I frequently visit this shop as I am always heading to Grand Century/Vietnam Town to stock up on viet food. I think this is a decent shop for pho and the broken rice plates, but definitely feel the quality and taste of the food has steadily declined over the past few years. Still a great spot, but with all the new pho shops in this area you are likely to find something better (like pho Ha Noi). Tried a new item off their menu-- the bo ne skillet. It was just ok, wouldn't get again. 3.5 stars overall if able to give half stars.

Pho was well seasoned, though the short rib was literally a massive rib and I was struggling to get the meat off so I'd recommend a non-bone option. Service was abrupt.Logistics:- indoor and outdoor seating - plenty of strip mall parking - pay at counter when done eating
