Pedro's Cocina & Cocktails

The restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance is very cozy and feels super upscale. We were seated right away and the server was very attentive. Our food came out quick and was really tasty! I was really impressed with the quantity of food! I got the chicken pozole and it was huge! We ordered items off the kids menu and it looked like a regular full size meal. For only $9! The other main courses are a little pricey but definitely worth it with the amount of food you get! They definitely don't skimp on quality or quantity! Definitely check this place out for a family outing or a cute date night!

3.5 - the food isn't bad but isn't amazing and is pricy. I had the combo plate with an enchilada and a taco. The taco was pretty good but the enchilada was bland. Interior wise, the layout is a bit of a disaster as it feels a bit crammed - it was hard going to the restroom. Staff wise, they're excellent - no complaints there. Price for what you're getting though is a bit pricy - $7 for chips and salsa is a bit steep (that kind of stuff should be free).

Food was good and the drinks. The food came before drinks which was too bad. They charge for chips which seemed petty. Service wasn't good, very aloof. Tables are weird, there's no room for your legs in the booths due to the large posts that take up all the room. When there are four people in the curved booths it's awkward to have conversations because you aren't facing each other. You are facing the table across from you, so it feels like you are watching them during the meal. Overall good food and drinks, but furniture style and layout don't work. Service could use friendly smile.

Didn't know this was here! Came on a Sunday night and it was pretty crowded. Interior is bigger than it seems and had lots of fun little booths for big groups. The only weird thing was our booth faced a two seater that had big plush chairs facing out from the table - not sure if they push in when guests are seated?!?! Overall service and food was super quick. We saw a ton of people get the sizzling fajita platter and am glad we did! My fave dish of the night was the tostadas since I love a crudo. The Thai Caesar was super interesting and I want to try making it at home. Don't skip dessert! They rotate the menu and the waiters know which to recommend!

Remodel looks amazing! Hadn't been to LG Pedro's in a zillion years but decided to meet a friend there. Not too busy on a Tuesday night around 6, but did get busier as night went on. Decided on seats at the bar. Greeted and given menus & offer of drink order. Got the Paloma which was very fresh. Also got chips & salsa to start which comes w 3 dips (classic red salsa which could have been a bit spicier for me, green and a crema dip). My friend and I split the Veggie Fajitas which was a generous portion. Veggies were perfect, not overcooked and well seasoned. We chose refried beans and those were good too. I'm sure I'll be back since lots of family & friends have been looking forward to the reopening.

Amazing remodel of this of this Los Gatos staple. The new owner had a great vision and the new updated remodeled restaurant is exactly what Los Gatos needed. Beautifully updated everything and the different rooms are named after their old employees @ Pedro's! ( so nice) The food was outstanding compared to the original Pedro's, it's definitely elevated and their cocktails are excellent. Stop by and bring the family

Had dinner at Pedro's Los Gatos and was not disappointed! This is the quality of food I experienced in Mexico City. The guacamole with pistachio salsa macha was possibly the best I've had. For the main course the seasonal chili relleno on a bed of risotto was delicious with a smoky flavor. Will definitely be going back!

It's our first time trying Pedro's and all of our family members loved it! The food quality is amazing - it's hard to pick a favorite but the steak and fish were more than delicious (and we finished them too fast so didn't get photos ugh). The flavor and presentation is very unexpected (in a good way) which kept us interested through the dinner. Moreover - the drinks are super creative! I tried the lavender cocktail which was presented like a magic trick, a little fun is always welcomed! We will definitely come back again to try more dishes, and maybe other locations as well!

Pedro's in Los Gatos is the perfect mix of style and flavor! The renovated space looks amazing, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My relationship with Pedro's goes way back, to 35 years ago when our house was torn up for remodel, and we took the kids for Pedro's dinner three times a week. I have been looking forward to the remodel despite the long relationship with the old menu and staff...many birthdays and parties there over the years. Since the re-opening, I have been there four times: a small group dinner, a large banquet, and twice for dinner and drinks at the bar. Overall, the food is fine despite missing some old favorites, but the service has been very spotty, especially at the bar. The bar staff seems much more interested in chatting with the servers than paying attention to the customers. Even when the bar was quite empty, I had a hard time getting the bar tender's attention for my food order, and later to settle my tab. Nothing kills my interest in returning to a restaurant than a staff which seems not to care about the customer experience.
