We went for the Insane Asylum room and it was so much fun! We completed it a lot faster than expected but it was still a great room and well decorated for the theme! Kristina was our gamemaster and although she was sick she greeted us warmly and helped us out with hints and even took our photos for us! What a star! Definitely recommend to try a room or few here!

I loved it! Went to the insane asylum for my birthday and my group didn't finish. Would be good for an older group but still fun overall. I would totally recommend this.

My experience with this escape room was great. We went there on a weekday for my daughter's birthday and chose the Wild West room. While it looked bare at the entrance, it had a total of 4 rooms and the level of puzzles were great. We did have to take help 4 times but we managed to escape within time :) we loved the Wild West room experience! The girl at the counter was super informative and helpful! Thanks a lot for making my daughter big day extra special!

Our group of four completed the Atlantis room. Thoughts:- I didn't have that much fun and unlike other escape rooms that I've been to, this one wasn't as engaging. - Staff were very nice and were flexible with us changing our room time- We completed a mini-puzzle but no mechanism triggered. Staff then had to walk us through the mini-puzzle (which we had done correctly). We had to kind of shimmy some parts around for the next mechanism to be triggered. This happened twice.- Couldn't find the place at first, wish there was a larger sign. We parked on the other side and did almost an entire circle around before realizing we had to turn around (we couldn't go forward and had to go back). FYI when you're standing in the parking area facing the building, it's on the right side and by the chain-link fence.I don't claim the title of Escape Room expert at all, or anywhere close. But it felt a little bit on the too-easy side. I wouldn't be back since there's plenty of other competition in the area.

For $65 a person, I expected more. It was our first time here and our first time at such a place. We had hoped someone told us what to do. We let them know it was our first time, after they asked. And she goes "Oh-ok!". So they put us in the room and when we asked for a clue, it was as if we were being n inconvenience by asking. Was totally not work it and the gal and guy at front desk were just rude. It was my son birthday and this was what he wanted to try, needless to say. It was a complete waste of money for us!!! We will try another place next time. SKIP THIS PLACE!!

It's in a completely divey area. The building is shabby. There were homeless people squatting nearby. It's an old place that been around since 2106 or so. Not the bet or nicest escape room I've been, but it was super fun!We went twice three days apart. Mainly because we failed the first day and wanted to redeem ourselves. If you buy the same day you do one, you get 30% off the next one if you book that day. Wild West was doable for beginners/intermediate and quite fun. I think you need at least 5 people to complete all the puzzles and tasks in time. The Perfect Crime was the hard one. Way harder than the others according to the staff. Since I was with 4 people that never even did an escape before, getting halfway in the allotted hour is pretty good. I'll post pics but not enough to give away any secrets! Try it with family or friends! I wouldn't recommend kids; too difficult. The staff on one day were very unfriendly. I don't know how they keep this business going with employees like that. It is, after all, a service business built on fun and enjoyment. However, the staff on the second day was super friendly and nice. Left a much better impression.

My friends and I have done a few escape rooms pretty successfully and pride ourselves in not taking any hints.Tried out PanIQ's 'Atlantis' room with a party of 6. The room was a good difficulty level and set up/props were okay. The puzzles were challenging and more often than not, ended up being a lot more simpler than we had originally thought. Everyone was able to solve a few puzzles each or worked together on more difficult ones. The space itself is nice and there is no noise interference from other rooms, the props and set up is good but can be helped with possible maintenance. The cons are that towards the last of the puzzles, staff had to tell us one of the puzzles was a bit glitchy and instructed us on how to navigate it. The staff's voice ended up overlapping with Poseidon's voice with was a bit comical and another part of the room was not actually part of the puzzle. So we were thrown off. Nonetheless, we escaped with time to spare. I do recommend they do maintenance on few of the puzzles due to wear and tear in this room for a better play experience.Parking is easy, there is plenty in the area. Park in the spots close to where the lion statues are and you'll see a sign for PanIQ where you will walk down a path to the end where PanIQ will be. Following the GPS will lead you to the other side.

Our group attempted the Atlantis themed escape room, which was cool in theory, but the experience wasn't as great as it could have been. Our experience was just okay -- I'd probably give a higher rating if our escape room was better maintained. There was a particular puzzle that we were doing correctly, but we second-guessed ourselves and wasted unnecessary time because it wasn't displaying that it was "solved". We asked for a hint and the staff member confirmed we were doing it correctly, we just needed to "press harder". There were also various props that we were unsure what to do with -- they were loosely bolted to the floor and the wall, but were loose enough that it seemed like we could lift/remove them. It was unclear whether this was intentional, so we were cautious in handling these, as we didn't want to unintentionally break anything. It would be great if these could be secured more tightly to the floor and walls, so that there's no ambiguity as to whether they're meant to be removed or not.The numbers written on some of the props and puzzles were faded, and it was hard to make out what they were supposed to be. It would be nice for future guests if these were re-marked every so often. When we completed the room and the staff member came in to ask whether we had any questions, we pointed out a puzzle on the wall that we hadn't gotten to solve. The staff member informed us that it was an "old puzzle that needed to be removed a long time ago" since it was no longer necessary to complete the room. Hopefully they can remove this sooner rather than later, or at least put a sign near it, because I can imagine groups wasting unnecessary time and potentially not being able to complete the room if they spend time on this obsolete puzzle. The staff were all helpful and attentive during our experience, and were able to assist us with all our hint requests (there were many). Also, it's a little difficult to find the designated parking lot for PanIQ Escape Room, since the signs directing us to the lot were tiny and the parking lot was very dark. I'm not sure how safe the area is, but I would advise arriving in at least a pair -- walking through that dark parking lot and narrow alley did not feel very safe.

My first time at an escape room & it was so much fun! From what i've heard from word of mouth & researching online, this is one of the best rooms to try out or start off with if you've never experienced one. A little pricey but what isn't these days right? You're going to need to go with a group of people because the more brains the better your chances of escaping! Plus you only get an hour (Which, luckily we completed our game!) & some rooms require multiple puzzles to complete so the more hands the better your odds. The staff was extremely friendly & they help you out with clues at the start podium if you need them. They have lockers in the beginning of the lobby so you can leave your stuff, also has a lock with a key you can borrow to make sure it's secure. Restrooms are available, just one with multiple stalls. If you choose to purchase tickets, waivers will be sent to you via email to complete before starting the game. Overall, i'm glad i chose this location for my first escape room & i gotta say that i want to try the other games as well! Plus you get a discount for the next one so i'll be back!
