First time dining in at the restaurant. The parking lot is decent sized. The restaurant is fairly large. It can accommodate quite a few large parties and maybe a small wedding reception. Two separate restrooms for men and women. The service was nice.My wife and I ordered...Salted Fish with steamed pork patty (3.5/5). The portion was a bit small for the price. The flavor was good. Peking Spareribs (3.5/5). The sauce was pretty good. Some of the fried spareribs were dry but overall pretty decent.Takeout order of the Szechuan Minced Pork with Green Beans for my mom.

Been here since I was younger and Ocean Delight is a solid spot for dim sum in South San Jose. Though I prefer other places, Ocean Delight is cheaper and it's a big plus that they offer dim sum all day. Came here for my brother's birthday dinner and we were satisfied. DIM SUM (4/5): * Fried Shrimp Ball* Fried Crab Ball* Fried eggplant with shrimp (super good)* Sui Mai* Har Gow* Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll (the best)* Football (fried chewy dough with meat)Other Dishes: 1) Mongolian Beef, 2) Chow Fun, 3) Honey Walnut Shrimp, 4) Peking Duck, and 5) Salt and Pepper Squid. These were all good but the peking duck ($50) was okay. The meat was kind of dry, but the skin was crispy. It was our first time trying the duck, but we will stick with our usual choices. My family comes here every once in awhile and the owner still remembers us. The place is clean and they even packed our food to-go for us.

Terrific service and portion sizes. Very much enjoyed the exceptional technique on the salt and pepper tofu ($16), which was actually silky tofu cubed and then dusted in the tapioca starch and deep fried. This is a technique that is really seen. Most places use a firmer tofu or bean curd and then deep fry. Admittedly, I like both versions, but really appreciated the effort it takes to make this particular one. The dim sum was a bit uneven, with excellent turnip cakes, deep fried meat dumplings ("footballs" on the menu), and shrimp cilantro dumplings. Th siu mai were average and the egg tarts over baked. Would visit again when in the area.

Delicious! I've been coming here since I was a kid and our favorite dish was the salt and pepper shrimp. Now I only eat dim sum and it's so delicious and fresh. The interior is very classic and clean. The servers are very quick and kind. If you come often, they'll remember you. Will continue coming here because it's so yummy!

This is a true Family owned and operated business with delicious down home Dim Sum (well I don't really know if its down home in China, but it sure is here in California). You can tell its been here a long time, but the food is just great. We've been looking for a place that serves Dim Sum for dinner and found a place that has the best Dim Sum I've had in a long time. They don't do the cart thing, but every dish is made to order so its super fresh. Its not a place to go if you are in a rush. The plates come out as they are made. The owner, Yvonne, is lovely and very helpful. We now go here regularly (pretty much everytime we go to Costco which is nearby)

Decided to eat here since it was close to where we were staying. We ordered something light before hwading back to socal. Hargow, sesame ball, siu mai, mushroom wuth shrimp? Ribs? All of them were delicious. Some were a little bit salty.Slow service, tbh. Server needs help during lunch time. Can't do it alone for online order, to-go and dine in.No water in the bathroom, low water pressure in sink. I wonder if staff is able to wash hand effectively when using the bathroom.Fyi: only bottled water for $1 or tea for $1. Why? So your choice is 1 bottle water for all the sodium your taking or hot tea but no water. Yikes.

This is my brother and his family's go to Chinese Restaurant and our party of 6 had a wonderful lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. Some of the dishes we had- BBQ Pork Buns, Wor Won Ton Soup, Fried Rice, and Fish. We also had the Crispy Fried Silky Tofu with Shrimp Meat, which I've never had before and loved it, especially the sauce with it. The restaurant is inviting and nicely decorated. All the servers are attentive and friendly. We also chatted with the owner who was very hospitable. I definitely look forward to returning next time I'm in town.

Family came for lunch on Memorial Day Sunday and there was no wait. My family has been coming here for years. Service has always been good and pretty quick even when it's busy. Our favorite is the beef rice noodle roll which you have to order off menu. Our second favorite is the garlic pea shoots. Get these two items when you're here. Over the years they've changed from carts to dry erase photos. Even with the changes you can always count on the classic dim sum!

I've been here so many times, mostly for dim sum because it's close by and convenient. I wouldn't say it's in my Top 5 places for dim sum, but it's good when you're hungry and just want dim sum without the wait. I also go here for just the baked bbq pork buns when I have cravings for it. However I've noticed it tastes a lot better when you eat it there than when you order it to go.I recently had dinner here because I wanted lemon chicken. Never had the lemon chicken here before but it was pretty good! The lemon sauce could've used more lemon flavor, but I liked the crispiness of the chicken (probably because I asked for sauce on the side) and how light the batter was. To add some greens, I ordered the green beans with ground pork and that was delicious. The green beans were cooked nicely with a nice bite and the meat was very flavorful-- the pork is salty on its own but very good with rice. The only thing I was disappointed in was the 2 flavors of spareribs (Peking ribs and idk what the other flavor is but it was dry, no sauce). The spareribs were so dry, and the meat was tough to chew. I liked the flavor so it was a shame I couldn't really eat it.

Used to love this place. But it forces 18% automatic tipping which I did not like because is so so. They also raised up food prices but does not justify the increase. my shrimp fried rice barely comes with any shrimp. sizzing rice soup also less ingredients and smaller portions. I had to bring my shrimp fried rice home to add shrimp of my own. Prices does not reflect quantity for the necessary increase.
