Absolutely amazing! We asked the amazing women to come cater a birthday party for about 50 people and loved every bit of it! They were very thoughtful and thorough with the menu, allowing us to sample a little bit of everything and decide what we wanted to serve. Ultimately we went with chicken, beef and al pastor tacos (side of onions, cilantro, and peppers to add as desired), served with rice, beans, three sauces (mild, medium, XXX hot), ceviche and guacamole with a side of taquitos and chips. The food was absolutely delicious! No notes whatsoever. Some of the best guacamole and ceviche I have ever had, and the tacos were so flavorful! Watch out for the spicy sauce, because it really packs a punch (but if you can get paste the spice it was delicious). Everything was cooked in the backyard, and we got all of the leftovers to happily enjoy for the next few days! Everyone was raving about the food all night, and even went back for seconds and thirds. They came the night before to drop off some equipment, arrived on time the day of the event, and set up an absolutely beautiful display of food! The women were so kind and an absolute delight to talk to! They have amazing recommendations on what to pair with which taco to really elevate the flavor. It is very clear how much effort and care they put into the food that they serve. We loved the food and will definitely be visiting the main truck to get our authentic street taco fix!

Was leaving the Guitar Center and hadn't had lunch yet. I saw a big pink taco truck and about ten people waiting in front. Decided to give it a try. Have no idea why people rate this place so highly after trying their tacos. My order was for tacos de asada, carnitas and pastor. After a bit of a wait (near 20 minutes in line and to get the order), I finally got my tacos wrapped in foil and took off. The girl working inside the truck was friendly and spoke perfect English. They only had the salsa verde, so I took a couple of those with my order. All the meat inside the tacos was near flavorless. The meats didn't taste like they were grilled; the beef asada and pork carnitas and pastor had the texture and taste of boiled meat with a minuscule amount of seasoning. It took nearly all the salsa verde to try and draw some flavor out of the tacos.Eating these tacos felt like a chore. I could hardly taste anything apart from the cilantro and tortillas. Didn't compare at all to the grilled and flavorful tacos at El Grullense across from Costco in Redwood City or El Chalateco's Al Pastor shaved from the trompo on Jackson and Alum Rock. In a nutshell, the people who work there seem nice and the truck was clean and painted brightly but their food was a disappointment.

Decided to try out the Taco truck in front of Guitar Center. Took a quick look at the menu, and just decided to order a regular carne asada burrito. They asked if I "wanted everything on that", and I said yes. What I got was a huge burrito. Unfortunately, it was almost all rice. There was a small amount of carne asada, a small amount of whole beans, and a small amount of onion/cilantro mix. Perhaps a small amount of cheese on one end. No salsa or pico de gallo. It was $14 for a large bland, dry rice burrito.

Came across this place while looking for tacos after our usual spot closed, and wow did we fill that gap quick. I can't believe we never heard of this spot before. These quesabirria were probably the best I've had in the bay area so far. Don't balk at the price, they're massive and absolutely stuffed with more meat and cheese than you could reasonably expect. The consomme is also super comforting and satisfying. The tacos are also GENEROUSLY portioned, cabeza was so tender and flavorful, suadero was crispy and tender at the same time. I would skip the al pastor, a bit bland compared to other spots. The pineapple agua fresca is ridiculously perfect for washing your tacos down, don't skip it.The service is super friendly, and they have plenty of seating, go check them out!

So delicious! The pastor with the fresh pineapple was my favorite. I opted for the homemade tortillas. Kind service and a yummy meal. Food truck with outdoor seating only.

Came on a Wednesday around 12pm for lunch. There was no line and parking was easy. The entrance is a bit small so just slow down so you dont miss it. It right near a gas station.Customer service was great! Got 6 Carne Asada tacos at $4 each. It was really good, they put 3 on each plate. They had 3 different sauces included and some candy. They cook them fresh so it'll take around 10-15 min to get your food. If you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend. I wish they had price transparency on their menu bc I had no idea what costed what and each meat was a different price. I had my tacos taken to-go but they only had plates wrapped with tinfoil which was kinda hard to carry with the other things I had. I wish they had to-go boxes. Other than that, great tacos!

Definitely eye-catching a uquie Mexican mobile taco truck that really stands out its bright red pinkish color with decorative motif and live music. It shares its lot with Guitar Center and right beside a car wash. Saturday morning is when I came by notices there were no other customers perhaps they weren't open but, I heard the young lady said buenos dias and she was very attentive and polite I notice there were no price on the menu items so I asked the young lady and gave me the price which was extremely reasonable so I chose two carne asada tacos $4 each with added meat and a large size burrito for $14 no sour cream as I requested and the ladies were so attentive and my wait was very short since I got there 20 minutes after 9. Best of all they do provide bench seats and tables for those who like to sit and eat away. Both tacos and chicken grilled burrito were so enriching with its authentic flavors comes with salsa cups. The burrito comes with beans, cheese, rice, onions, cilantro with generous portions yet it was so fulfilling. Check out their daily specials can't missed out on that. Would highly recommend for its authentic Mexican cuisine.

MENU AND FOOD: This food truck offers a variety of Mexican favorites, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and birria.SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE: Service was friendly, but the wait time for the food was a bit longer than typical. They do have a sign that warns of a wait time as their food is cooked to order. They have outdoor seating.PARKING: Located within a plaza, they have a shared lot.IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: We had a variety of tacos, all of which were well presented and came loaded with meat on tortillas that were a bit larger than usual. However, the tacos were dry and sadly lacked flavor. At 6 pm on a Friday night, they did not have lengua and only had enough buche for one taco. Also, be aware that most of their meats carry an extra charge of $0.50, with the exception of chicken, chorizo and al pastor. With the pricing, lack of flavor and wait time, we are baffled by the many 5 star reviews and will not be back.
