I have been to this establishment a few times here and there when I use to work a Monday to Friday work schedule. I would come every other day right after work to get my pho fix or hu tieu and order some fried daikon egg to-go. My current work schedule changed into a twelve hour graveyard shift, so coming here would be either on days off or ordering food to-go on the way to work. The service is very friendly and I have had no complaints so far. I see the owner once in awhile and we just have a good chat.

For years, New Pho Saigon + Pho Saigon has definitely always been on everyone's "Late Eats" list! Humble small business that always take care of their customers but I was a little disappointed this visit..Location: Tucked away from the busy main street with plenty of parkingPricing: $ -$$, decently priced large bowls of pho but the add ons are expensiveService: Always friendly to customers, attentive to needsAmbiance: Humble restaurant with plenty of seating and lots of good energy from plants, but many tables we tried to sit at were very sticky. We moved a couple of times..Food: Our 4 orders came out FAST, suspiciously fast lol Soups were inconsistent in temperature. The broth is where the heart of the pho is but the broth was very very salty which over powered the other aromatic flavors. The steak was unfortunately really tough. My chicken pho ap chao (crispy noodle) noodles were stale and hard. The temperature of the vegetables and sauce were inconsistent and found bits of solidified sauce. After we ate, we didn't feel well either.. that wasn't good.. :(

Loved that this place is open late at night as we were starving and a lot of restaurants were closedPortions are very large for the pho - ordered the combination pho and it did not disappoint. Broth was flavorful and all the fixings (sprouts, mint, etc.) came with it.Also ordered the fresh rolls and the rice noodles. Fresh rolls tasted different - wasn't really my cup of tea but did taste fresh - just never had it prepared that way so am not dinging them. The meat was on the inside near the roll with the lettuce in the middle. Rice noodles were the dry type without sauce and tasted good. There was a sports game playing on the big tv which was enjoyable to watch during the late night. This fits the bill for a late night meal!

We were needing food nearby after we had run some errands. We felt like getting a bun and so we went to New Pho Saigon. When ordering it was nice that they confirmed we were going to "NEW" Pho Saigon as there is a Pho Saigon very nearby.Parking was relatively easy and we found a spot in front of the place. It was quick to get the food as we called in before picking up.We got #85. Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng Chả Giò / 燒蝦豬肉炸春捲檬 / Marinated Shrimp, Grilled Pork, Egg Roll with Vermicelli. I was assuming that the grilled pork would be lemongrass flavored but I don't think it was. It looked more red than your usual grilled pork which kind of remined me of tocino which is a marinated pork in filipino cuisine.Everything was fairly standard but unfortunately something in the dish made me a bit nauseated which was a bummer. No fault to the place as I have a few food intolerances and it's always a gamble when eating.Overall, I think it was okay. Service was good in terms of ordering and pick up. Food was okay. So I think for now "okay" is a good way to describe this spot. I'll have to try more from the menu and re-review in the future. Definitely take a look and try them out for yourself!

I have been here numerous of times throughout many years and the service is always the same - EXCELLENT! The owner boss lady is so accommodating and friendly! and the food is very tasteful and vibrant in color. I would say the Pho is average but their other dishes are very yummy. The rice/rice noodles combos are the most flavorful. Also, the egg rolls are a great crunchy appetizer or addition to your combo meal! Great place to hang out with friends or family sit down.

What a find! It's been a while since we had pho, and since it's the new year, we wanted to try something new! Found New Pho Saigon on yelp, awesome reviews, say less. The restaurant is a little hidden, but it's not hard to spot once you enter the parking lot. There's plenty of parking outside. When you walk in, you get the feel of a authentic pho restaurant. The aesthetics really brought back memories of some pho places I went to growing up. There's a wide variety of dishes, pho, rice, noodles etc. It's a great selection for all appetites. I went with the combination pho, steak on the side. The fiance went with the tomato beef vermicelli bowl, and we also got the egg rolls because everyone seem to be raving about it in their reviews. It did not disappoint! The egg rolls were delicious, fried to perfection, and it's a different type of wrapping. It was super crispy, and loaded with meat inside. Great start! When my pho came out, it looked amazing. I already knew by the look and color of the broth, and the aroma of the herbs, this bowl was it. And it was. The broth was super hot, as it should. You can really taste the beef, herbs, it was perfect. The bowl was loaded with meat, with my order of steak on the side. It was everything I wanted. My fiances tomato beef was great as well. The beef was super tender and cooked very nicely. She really enjoyed it. We were both very happy with our food, and definitely adding New Saigon to the list. Service was good, the staff was very friendly. This might be our next go-to for Vietnamese food! If you're in the area, give it a try!

Came here with some coworkers, one who frequents this place a lot. I was excited to try a new pho place and turns out they even have my favorite daikon radish cake with egg. I ordered the combination pho, small size and felt it was a good portion of food. The broth is lighter than some places but also I did not feel like my throat was dry from MSG compared to other places. Despite being lighter, I could taste the star anise through the broth which was a great feeling. The daikon radish cake was solid, just needed to be more crispy on outside. For this case, I prefer the egg to be crispier.Next time I want to try more items such as the dry noodles and the bbq pork. It was quiet on a weeknight but definitely don't let that fool you. The food is solid and the owner is so nice and hospitable, making sure we were happy with our food and stopping by to chat with us!

I came on a weekday afternoon during lunch time. The place wasn't busy and there were lots of tables and booths.I ordered the fried spring rolls and combo noodle soup. The flavor of the broth was very refreshing and light. The small size was just enough to fill me up. I also ordered the fried spring rolls and they were perfectly crisp and packed a good flavor. The service was fairly quick and this place does accept contactless payment. Would definitely come back for a quick bite.

Haven't been here in awhile as we moved far away, but this place still hits the spot! We were on the way home from our road trip and it was late and we were hungry. What better time to stop by for pho! One thing that we noticed was that they changed their cups to new ones. Only a regular would know that lol. The service was great as per usual, the owner is always happy and friendly. We ordered our usual bowls of pho and some egg rolls on the side. The egg rolls were packed with a lot of meat, which was great, however made me a little full and I wasn't able to finish my entire bowl of pho.I'm sad I won't be coming here for a long long time, but look forward to when I will come back again.
