New Ocean Chinese Restaurant

Service is very welcoming.Really fast with meal time. I enjoy the family vibe ,and I absolutely love the spicy fried rice. Hands down the best place for spicy fried rice you have to try it! Its amazing.

Order food delivery, took about 30min and everything tasted delicious! Recommend the honey walnut prawns, chicken fried rice, mongolian beef, orange chicken and crab Rangoon puffs. I also ordered a side of white rice. Everything was reasonably priced! I love that everything tasted fresh and how its supposed to taste. Nothing was greasy and it was all flavoful. I haven't been to the restaurant itself yet but plan to do so. Shout out to my friend Juanita who told me about this hidden gem and local biz.

After years avoiding here because of the bad customer service i got over the phone, i decided to give it another try, this time I ordered online. When i came for pick up my order was hot and ready and the cashier was so nice and friendly. She had my daughter pick a free soda. The customer service really redeemed itself!The food is really good and fulfilled my cravings! Glad i gave this place another try because i really enjoyed the food and good prices too.Broccoli in oyster sauce - 10/10 (perfect flavor and crunch)Chicken w/ snowpeas - 9/10 (perfect flavor just needed a little more crunch)Veggie chow mein - 10/10(Delicious with perfect amount of veggies)Sweet n sour chicken - 6/10 (flavor was good but was soggy and mostly breading barley any chicken)

This place is my always go to Chinese food when I need my fix. I usually order the hotnsour soup, sweet & sour pork, mongolian chicken, walnut prawns and their salt pepper chicken wings with extra steamed rice. I go so often that the lady remembers my order and often offers me a free drink. My picky toddler loves their food as well so it's a win win!

The Combination Rice is amazing--loaded with shrimp, chicken, and more. It's one of my favorite dishes at my go-to family restaurant. The portions are generous. The lady is always friendly, making every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Ordered takeout here since it's close to my house. Ordered over the phone and it was ready in 15 minutes. Quality and taste was decent! Price and portions were fair. Would order here again.

This is a pretty small restaurant. The decor is not the best but it is clean. The food here is amazing. We love everything we ordered, even my very picky 10 yr old that only likes plain white rice liked the beef chow fun. The sweet and sour chicken was one of the best I had. It's so flavorful, crispy outside, moist inside, delicious pieces of chicken. Beef chow fun was cooked and flavored perfectly. Mongolian beef was delicious, spicy but not overly spicy. New Ocean tofu (?), wonderful crispy, deep fried tofu with a flavorful sauce. Egg fu yung was so full of meat and bean sprouts, so good. The service is great too. They are so sweet and kind. Definitely going back.

Food was good and came out quick. The place is also nice and clean. We got the honey walnut prawns and shrimp fried rice. The prawns were excellent and perfectly crispy. The fried rice was average. Will try their chow main next time. I don't understand why some reviews are saying the lady was rude. She was nice to us when we came.

Today I walked in to New Ocean alone while my man parked the car. The Asian woman who was taking orders behind the counter was not friendly at all. No greeting no smile, nothing. This was my first visit and I wasn't familiar with the menu. When I asked questions about the menu, she reacted as if she was irritated by my presence or me asking about the menu items. She was so unprofessional that I sat down and told her I would let my man order since he and his children have been here before. When my man walked in she was overly kind to him, greeting him with a smile asking him how he is doing and explaining to him his options. When she realized we were together she asks "are you with him"? I answered yes but by this time I was offended, had nothing to say and honestly wanted to leave. Thank God we ordered to go!!This place obviously doesn't value new customers or maybe black women as customers. I'll never go back again.

I love this place. Good food at fair prices. The cook lead is a real hardworker who is social. I enjoy coming here because they offer good service and it feels like home. I usually buy Walnut Prawns, Orange Chicken, House Special Chow Fun. I highly recommend if you are not looking to cook for the night.
