Came here for dinner on a Wednesday, and there was no line. Ordered the chicken lollipop, which came out piping hot. Once it cooled down a bit, the chicken was perfectly crispy. Not too oily. Would recommend!

Used to be a weekly customer! The menu is small but the things they do they do well!This is a food truck, they have a few tables behind the truck but I always call ahead and order to go, I would recommend doing this bc otherwise the wait is like 15-20 mins for them to prepare the food.My fiancé always gets the chili chicken momo and I always get the veg manchurian fried rice. They make things very spicy (in a good way) if you ask and the portions are very good! I like the orange and red sauce they give as well. I've had the veg and egg fried rice too, they're a little more plain compared to the manchurian rice. Food is a little oily and flavors for all the chili flavored items are the same so not a ton of variety but good for just 1-2 items.The only reason I deducted a star is bc all the flavors are the same it's not really fun to get it again and again but every once in a while I do crave it and it hits the spot!

Updated review:This place was amazing when I first had it back in 2021-2022. However, in the last few years, the food has not been good. Recently, the paneer fried rice was wayyyy too salty and without very good flavor. Fried momos in chili also way too salty and greasy. Veggie wraps also extremely salty, to the point where my tongue hurt really badly. This used to be one of my favorite places in Silicon Valley, especially because of the paneer fried rice, but so far I have already been disappointed several times in the last few years. I feel sad that I have to find a different place that sells paneer fried rice.

The best chowmein I ve had in a while. The spicy level was adjustable & very quick service. Will be back soon again.

I loved this place when it initially opened (around 2019 if I remember right) and this was my go to spot for a while, and all my friends liked it unanimously as well. The Chicken Lollipop, Momo, Veg Manchurian and Chowmein (Chicken) were my favorites. But I'm afraid to see the food isn't as tasty and I also sense a reduction in quality in recent times so I had to reduce my rating. In my most recent order, I ordered the following,- Chicken Fried Rice (with Egg), Spicy: The spice was good, the fried rice was good, but I felt the chicken was barely cooked and I struggled to eat the chicken and just had the rice and kept the chicken aside- Chicken Manchurian: Again, felt the chicken was a little on the harder side. I wish I had ordered the Veg Manchurian, which is still good but not as good as before.- Chicken Momo: Good momos, not much to complain here, not a huge fan of the sauces though, which are important to me I've fried a few of their other dishes like the wraps and they're decent. Do not like their cold dishes much, I don't like them in general.I'd recommend you get the Momos/Fried Rice/Chowmein here, but probably get the Egg or the Veg. Chicken Momos are fine. You can try the Chicken Lollipop and Veg Manchurian too. Their portions are generally big, so it is good value from that perspective. Their service is quick, and they have 2-3 tables around the truck. It is in a gas station. It doesn't tend to be too busy.

We walked past this place on our way to another establishment, and I immediately noticed the fragrant smell and sound of stir fry being made in a wok out the back of this truck. So when we were disappointed by the food at the first place we visited, we ran back to this food truck and were happy to see if was still there despite it being almost 9:30pm. Everything was cooked fresh after we ordered and came out piping hot; giving us enough time to walk and find a place to sit before it cooled down to an edible temperature. -Chili Chicken Momo ($11.99): this came out burning hot and was amazing. There were 8 momos that were super flavorful and a little crispy on the outside, stir fried in a delicious tomatoey spiced sauce with onions and green peppers that still had a nice bit of crunch. It comes with a spicy red sauce and a creamy orange sauce full of umami. This food truck is a gem and I highly recommend you come by to try the chili chicken momos. I saw some other people getting the chow mein and which also smelled and looked amazing, so I'd love to come back to try the rest of their flavorful, made to order food!

Kitchen nightmares: major hygiene issues. The chef was scraping the tomato puree can with his bare fingers. Huge pile of dirty dishes in the wash basin, and there was definitely cross contamination going on between dirty dishes and food that was being cooked.The kitchen needs a good scrubbing. Don't know what water they use to cook, since the pipe went into someone's backyard into the back. This place needs a thorough wash. Cut veggies were kept in bins on the floor- exposed to flies and mosquitoes. I lost my appetite and just dumped the food into the bin. Not worth catching an infection.

Honestly for a food truck - awesome service! This was super close to where I was living so super cool to see a good food option nearby.Good: - Loved the chilli chicken momos - some of the best I've had! 10/10 - The veggie manchurian rolls were amazing! 10/10 would get again - great texture and the flavor was surprising - The chicken lollipops were good but a bit dry 5/10 - I also liked the paneer fried rice but it lacked some basic flavor 4/10 Bad: - Takes a while for food to be ready - Simple tables for seating - nothing fancy and no frills - Staff who took the order seemed to be a bit less patient with meOverall was really good of an experience and would come back! Unique fusion food and good food truck quality.

So, I'm confused as to why the reviews are so amazing for this place. I'd say it was Panda Express level at best. Servings are very small and the chow mein was super dry. It took a while to prepare , I expected better.
